Both the illustrations and the music are amazing, well done! Especially those little comic strips representing a battle are just great! :D
It's satisfying to shoot the pumpkins and it has a nice ramp up of the difficulty, good job! :)
Very interesting game concept, I hope you will elaborate and expand on it! Love the hand-drawn style of the interface, too, well done!
A game from scratch in C++ and SDL2 within 48 hours? That sounds crazy! :D Love the concept, really satisfying to play.
I love the illustrations as well as the music, and the perspective reminds me of "Don't Starve", which is nice; the pumpkin monsters would fit right into that game. Well done! :3
Cute harvest speed-run game! :)
What a polished and well-executed concept and original idea, kudos! :)
What a cute idea and style, and great execution! Now imagine the game as a 4 player couch co-op with different production lines the players have to fulfill, like a 2D platformer version of Overcooked so-to-speak.
Having a mini game for harvesting the fruits and using the crow as a timer to put pressure on the player is a neat concept. The pixel art looks cute, too! :)
Really polished and streamlined puzzle game, well done! :)
The asteroid flinging mechanic is really fun, especially when you are able to pull of a nice shot to one of the inner or outer planets!
Great concept and implementation. Quite impressive what you've done within that short amount of time!
Cool idea to blend growing a garden with killing enemies! Jumping around and shooting enemies feels nice; love the art style, too! :)
No wonder people like farming simulators, it's quite mesmerizing to plow through a field. Good job! :D
Kudos on the game feel, it feels really juicy and polished! It's almost hypnotizing if you start to get into the flow of planting and harvesting the carrots! :D
My life changed, having experienced such a great adventure with the one and only Shrek. (Cool that you made a game in Blender, by the way!)
What a great concept and implementation! Love the little animations and the background music, too. Great job!
Amazing, what a fun game, and you did that in 48 hours? Crazy! :O
@aduermael it's not an unfair advantage if you worked for it! :D
Really nice concept as well as look & feel, polished to the point, great job! These chickens give me anxiety though! :D
I had a good laugh when the wind particles and the music set in and the game paused for a split-second after slicing up a zombie while drifting, great idea! Good job! :D
I can say, without any bias whatsoever, that the graphics are amazing! Jokes aside, good job! I like the little animations you did and the strategic farm placing! :)
Really love the overall vibe and atmosphere of your game!
Very addicting gameplay loop you've got there, congrats! The "Next Level" button is indeed quite small, but doesn't hurt the game! :D
For what do you need numbers or a number pad? You claim the upgrades by pressing "Q". Hope that helps! :)
@lerg I added a video to the game's description, but I have problems compiling a web build. It's my first time using Unity and I still have a lot to learn! :(
@lerg Thanks! :3
@vaizaragorn I wanted to, but ran out of time! :(
@googlypoo You can climb up walls by moving into them and jumping. Thanks for playing! :)
@coke No problem, thanks for the feedback! :)
@langotriel Thanks! The graphical assets are actually just textured spheres, cubes and cylinders within Unity, put together as prefabs. The illustrations (textures and icons) I drew with Krita and my tablet, which I luckily got rather quick with, given the fact that I work as an illustrator! :D
@matt-rix yeah, balancing within the last minutes of the compo was quite tough! :D Thanks for the feedback!
