Hillarious game, dont know if it meets the TOS but it is a great game to be playing. very fun game, very pop culture, very yummers as one would say, very spaghetti, very nostalgia. pouring.png
I just wish I could be mad at this masterpiece. Its an extremely good game considering time restriction and people count restriction. It was perfect everything down to the last drop, though the one smallest thing is no freeplay or way to get all the abilities in one sitting.
Its a neat qualitative game its just that it goes on for too long and theres no skipping this dialogue! Its not like the narrative is bad but it just gets repetitive and obvious. My computing device turned off right at the what i assume to be final level and I know how painstaking the return will be when theres unskippable dialogue and unturnable volume. The gameplay is epic and the level design + the number of levels is astounding but it just keeps going and going, like a dirty whine glass.
Phenomenal game. Sure its difficult but one can see that its meant to be. Everything from level design, to sound and arts to gameplay is a perfect expirience making me feel like im in one of those 2010 flash games again. Its so replayable too, I could be here for thirty minutes and still wouldnt notice!
Its a nice looking game but i didnt really get past jumping. The strategy is also not really understandable but i do like the hexagonal tile system and general idea of it.
It was perfect, well not down to the last drop but perfect. The interpretation is so fun and the goofy charm this game gives off makes my soul smile. Its so replayable and something so fun and new that i could never get bored playing this. It bugged a few times with the collisions but thats to be expected of such incredibly complex concept. Big kudos to all of you people. I can especialy relate to the concept of beeing an artsman and having a dissasociative codesman friend whos name starts with k who sees the benefit in all the bad things that happen. Rally can see myself in that aspect.
Its very relaxed and stressing at the same time. The idea is great and the execution is good. Also the trail at the end is my favourite part
The graphics are phenomenal and the gameplay is very engaging while the sound design and lore set such an opressing atmosphere that it was impossible to keep myself concentrated. I did feel a certain lack of strategy or expansion though. One more 10x10 map and/or a new enemy type would make this a solid 5 stars. It would also be great if we had the ability to be the Boshy, keep on improving!!1!

Loved it! Its a pretty fun little game. I just wish its strategic aspect wouldve been less optional and more neccessary to beat the levels. It did feel like i could do anything i wanted and there would always be a way back. I guess that is part of the games design however. Speaking of design is very innovative! I am proud to give this game its determining rating.
So heckin atmospherical i could feel the sounds touch me and could smell the scenery. The art, the sounds, the random traumatising effects and the lizards, oh the lizards. This game truly was not as simple as i expected. My only complaint would be the toll the atmosphere takes on gameplay as the controls are slightly hard to getting used to and the rooms, no matter how creative get stale over time. (Still our team game also fails teaching the player properly, so its relatable)
Hooray, great game. It was a bit non-touched up but you cant really expect such games with the glaring time limit. It was still very fun and strategic and it made me actively have to use my brain unlike many other jam entries ive played.
Im not sure if im just impatient, the "online copy" is not in the newest gamestate or if theres just no progression after the lightning weapon but theres no progression after the lightning weapon. (or its secret and im just stupid). The game itself is very cute and relaxed. The simplistic design and vibrant colour really make it stand out from other "Depth" games. So what the game lacks in progression it makes up in art style, would play again someday.
Never knew that flipping the plattformer concept on its head would result in such fun creation; It really fits the theme. As a fellow apprichiator of triangular characters i can relate to the plattforms.

It is a pretty quick game but it does have a nice atmospheric value, no denying that
10/10 would kill parents again. This game is cute and intresting even though its a tad bit short. It makes me want to merge without looking! noce.png
Love EVERYTHIN. Pretty much the best game ive played so far. It has the perfect story, matched with the perfect unique twist that also fits the them AND it has fun gameplay reminding me of the binding of Isaac AND it has great art that lets one visualize the full plot AAND it has miscellaneous objects just like our game. Youre really gifted in this keep on game-makeringering!
No words can describe the emotions i felt during this. The sheer emptyness of the walk to the right, the descend that made it all worth it. The point of realisation that the red point is the point of no return. Just wish the left path couldve had more DEPTH (see what i did there >) ). I guess it is optimal for speedrunning though.
As probably stated 49 times already this game has an intensively spoopy atmosphere with very dark tones and cool designg but fails to progress gameplay too far. it definetly feels like the game doesnt give you a chance sometimes but who knows maybe thats spooky symbolism OOOOH!!1!
Its not the most fun game but it does have its shining moments with the lorebuilding signal scenarios. Its pretty difficult to get used to aswell. Where this game shines in my opinion is its variety of content and potential.
The controls and graphics are a bit harsch on the eye at first but the difficulty curve balances itself out exponentialy over playtime. Otherwise this is AMAZING!!1! :smile:The fish character is fun, the level design is well balanced and everything packs up neatly at the end. Im sure this first game of yours is the beginning of something great (but youll never outdo our 2d barely functioning games muahahah >) )
It feels like you had an internal conflict for the first two days and finished with a masterpiece on the third
FLASH GAME VIBES? INCREDIBLE SOUND DESIGN? FUN PUZZLES (especially the last level)? BEAUTIFUL LORE? GRAPHICS THAT MAKE ME DROOL? SEQUEL POTENTIAL? REALLY FITTING THEME? BASIC PROOF THAT ONE OF OUR OLDER CONCEPTS COULDVE WORKED IF WE WENT WITH IT AND WERE ACTUALLY GOOD? MOBILE SUPPORT? Wh-wh-how. Just go and conquer the games industry already, you people are amazing.
Oozing with charm, this game. Its really fun and creative, the gameplay, the story, the simple music, the manmade sfx. I only wish there was some kind of easier mode but I guess that level three is meant to be nearly impossible.
FUNGUS SPOTTED!!! Anyways this is such great game im actually at a loss right now. Theres a unique artstyle, a unique concept, fellow Kevin Mcleod enjoyer, really good story implication, and an assortment of highly complex puzzles which I could have never thought of. And the fact that one person made this is jaw-dropping. Its truly beautyful. Absolute cinema!
It has a really engaging gameplay loop. I wish there was more 2d style art as that part was really funny to me. It would also be nice if the bases signals were alerted through a more audible sound effect but that would probably not even do much in the long run anyways, whilest losing part of the games charm. We also landed on a similar idea during our jam entry with waiting for microwave signals but for some reason we chose the puzzle game and burned out (literally). Its nice to see that the waiting idea had some potential after all! Very cool game (but please we need the post-jam horse mode update!!!)
At the end of the day you can run through the whole thing and even then theres intense moments! Even if theres no sound i feel like this game has one of the most fun gameplay loops of all the compo entries and ill probably end up replaying it several times for that. Good job, mate, you made short, fun, game.
As a muscaria amanita adjacent being myself I do enjoy all the little details and mushroom puns put into this game. Its lightweight and humorous at times while also havin very serious moral complications baked into the story. On the other hand it... it... oh wait there is no negatives unless youre one of those weird individuals who dislikes reading! Great game, would annoy the yellow one again!
Woah dude, this feels like one of those whatchamacallits old flash game vibes with the gray goo an allat, especially in how it has seven whole levels! The guy who made those and all the sprites for nearly everything should really get a reward or smth. maybe some Spicy Hot Chocolate!
The atmosphere hardcarries this game. And yet the puzzle elements are so simple yet relevant!!! The control disruption and chest attributes are so creative!!! Its nice to see that someone elses puzzle game could prosper in this three day desperation and I cant wait to consume more of your games!!1!
While I dont quite get the good and the evil (probably an unused mechanic), i am simply in love with the worldbuilding! The environments (the fossil especially) are great. The music slaps even 15 minutes in. The characters are all so charming and have little baby sprites that jump around so yippiely. I played though the game four times just to see every little interaction and every ending. It is that humorous! Your artist seriously deserves a raise, dude. Go feed them some butterflies right now!
Hyper-creative. The camera aspect is really fun to mess around with. I wish there was a little less guidance like not being told that someone having a blast but instead reading about the species and evaluating their emotions based on that but at the end of the day this is a damn good jam entry, holy molly. Face technology!? Thats insane! Intricate alien design!!? Thats incredible! Your second ludum entry!!!? Thats so interesting! You people have a knack for this, truly!
Its a short but sweet title with functional gameplay and really cool art (trans ice cream included). It would be cool if there was a track while transporting the aliens and if the meteor slowboxes were smaller but thats probably nitpicking. For a first entry this is very solid and I hope to see more from you individuals. hooray
Its a nice little puzzle game. Id say that the two modes are not really neccessary and that the circle is too powerful but otherwise it has a perfect gameplay loop and it really fits the theme. The atmosphere in all of its minimalsm is very nice and does not require music to feel engaging. Cozy.

Cool use of the theme. Originally I thought it was just going to be a time management puzzle game but it turned much more complex very fast. Its a cool idea but played upon very strangely. The art is nice. The gameplay is easy to understand. The concept seems interesting. I just find the gameplay loop neutrally executed, and thats better than our game! Very cool entry
I dont know if this was your goal but its amazing how enraging youve made this whole experience. The black number on the black background, the extremely slow movement, the fact that you never know how many signals youll need, the hyper sensitive no friction floor, level two, the eternal death animation, and the music resetting upon every death. The fact that you as one person made this is amaing. We also thought of making something with doom directional faces during planning but it was supposedely "too hard". This game is very technically stable. I just wish it had slightly more polish.
Its a cool concept. It just really gets boring after a while with no music or obstacles or any way to speed up if you missed a piece of data. The controls being hidden behind story was very confusing and it took me a while to get the mechanics without them being more obviously shoved into my face. The game still fun and very intricate though. It was just gets a little barren once youre halfway through.
