I never quite got a grasp of the mechanics on my own, but I have to give some huge props to the UI and snappyness of the controls. It felt good and satisfying to place a tile down, and I never felt like it misplaced it when moving them around. Good job!

If this is your first game it's a good job! Ran without any problems, everything seemed to work. Gameplay felt good. One thing I would comment on though, is you had the asteroids get progressively bigger, which while looking threatening, actually makes it easier to hit them. Just a small think to think about when designing threats. Best of luck getting your votes!

I really liked the mechanical ideas you presented here, really scratches that itch to make things efficient. I would only point out that the controls feel a little clunky. The spaces between the tracks were also spaced out really evenly, which meant that more often than not a mistake that was made couldn't be undone. That's understandable given the time constraints though. Good job!

Fun arena top down shooter. I want to give a shout out to the way to built the scene, even if some of it is prebuilt assets, how you put it together is still important. Game was fun to play around it, The only comment I'd give is that the bullets didn't seem to travel very far, which made it difficult to hit enemies, and meant a lot of screen space didn't go used. All in all though great job

What a great thematic twist on a classic game type. Game had a good feel to it, and I like the touch of there being different items and a different player each time the game was played. The music was a pretty great choice too. I would love to see you expand upon this idea.

This has the makings of a really interesting game. Running around trying to get the most destruction done. One thing I would comment on is that the movement feels a little slow, and you travel faster while jumping, is there a friction on the ground material? I liked the graphics and the music though, good job!

Looks like you had the makings of an interesting concept here. Sorry to hear that you didn't have enough time! Fun game, love the graphics and the sound design. The gameplay from moment to moment is pretty fun! There's a few small things that I'd comment on: I couldn't get the fridge to work for me, I would click on it, the bar would fill up, and then nothing seemed to happen. I also don't know if there's any success state in the game, so you keep going till you fail I guess? That'd be okay if there was perhaps a score at the end saying how well you did. Overall though good job!

A frantic fast game. It was fun to play, and just the right length. I liked how the bullets curved around the planet, and how you managed to give them drop on a spherical object. One small thing that I would suggest was that the hitbox for the player seemed a little big, and sometimes I would pick up the fuel or get hit when I didn't think I should have, other than that, great job for 48 hours!

Fun little strategy game. The sound effects had me laughing, so they did a god job setting the tone. I would love for there to be a few more tile interactions, and maybe different tiles should you ever choose to expand upon this game idea. Fun idea. I thought it was really clever to use a control scheme like that. Graphics and music were both very nice. I do feel like the controls should have perhaps been inversed though, it felt very weird to use the right legs to turn left and vice versa. You got me to play long enough to win a round, which took quite a while, so I'll call that a success!

Wow, this ended up really good. I really hope to see if you continue developing this.
A few suggestions though: The controls were a bit odd. I really appreciated that you programmed the keys to change as the camera rotated around, however the controls just didn't click with me at all, and felt clumsy. I ended up simply using the 'w' key and rotating the camera the direction I wanted to move or drop an item. At the mention of items, there is one other thing that probably resulted from the time restraints of the jam: more than once I managed to trap myself while moving about the levels. One level I had to redo about 4 times, not because I didn't understand the goal, but due to a mispress (The clumsy controls mentioned earlier) I would completely mess up a run in my stage. I think if you keep developing this an undo button would be a lot better.
Overall though, I really enjoyed the graphical style, it was clean and unobtrusive, and I think a nice quiet somber piece of music would accompany this game perfectly. Great job!
If you'd like to give my game a look, I'd be very appreciative. You can find it on my profile.
I definitely like the graphical design. It's all very crisp and easy to read. However there are a few small things I'd comment on. Namely, the unclear theme and goal. It seems as though the game wants you to just fill in the board. Initially I was excited about the idea of having to put certain colored tiles around others, but quickly found that there was little point to balancing the bottom bars, or thought to my placements beyond if they fit or not. I also had a few problems with clicking and dropping, sometimes it would grab the wrong piece, and other times dropping it on the recycle button wouldn't work. Interesting idea though, I hope you continue to tinker with it, because tetris meets sim city is a cool idea!

This was a pretty funny game. I really liked the graphics you used. The gameplay was simple enough understand after a few moments of playing around, and after looking at the instructions. A couple of comments: I had trouble controlling the pollution with the trees. It wasn't clear if you were supposed to drop trees on pollution, or leave them near pollution. I also wish the camera had been scaled out a bit further, there's already a lot to micromanage, so restricting the information the player can see at a glance isn't necessary to providing a fun challenge.
All in all, I enjoyed it a lot, best of luck in the comp. If you like, please take a look at my game, linked on my profile page
This was fun! There are a few things I'd comment on or suggest though.
I wasn't a huge fan of the way the camera was handled, the jolting zoom out or in made it difficult to keep track of where I was sometimes. A smooth transition would have been nice
At a certain point, I got rather big, and was not able to see the asteroids, so suddenly I was knocked back down to very small without fully understanding what happened for a few seconds.
I also wasn't a huge fan of the zoom out key being bound to ctrl, it meant if I tried to move while pressing it, I had a chance to trigger a hotkey for my browser.
That being said it was a fun idea, good job! If you would like, please check out my game, linked on my profile
