That was great! reminds me of Carcasone. Very impressive that you got the intelligent tile placement working in such little time. Very clean graphics as well with a consistent style.

That was great! reminds me of Carcasone. Very impressive that you got the intelligent tile placement working in such little time. Very clean graphics as well with a consistent style.
Very cool visuals. I liked how despite the repetitiveness, the color scheme change ups made it feel fresh as you went along.
cool looking game. I got stuck right at the beginning, I think I may have fallen through the floor or something? Also, the game was full screen and I could not figure out how to exit, escape didn't do anything and F11 didn't do anything, I ended up having to alt+f4
great writing. I'll admit I made it past the first door, and realized I needed to talk to the eel to somehow get past the locked door, but couldn't figure out how to get back so gave up. It would be nice to have a list of available commands in game somewhere, I had to keep switching back and forth between the cheat sheet and the game (on a laptop)
Very clever use of the theme. unique idea that I haven't seen before as far as I remember. The performance was quite bad, but I am also on a ten year old laptop so that may have something to do with it. The objects in the distance were pretty hard to see as well even when focused, but again that may be my machine.
I do like the concept and the hand art is hilarious. I couldnt figure out how to grab anything though, so I ended up just brute forcing my way to the bottom (I think). Great art and decent music.
Great game for 48h! The graphics are simple but perfectly set the mood. I couldn't figure out how to prevent the anglerfish from attacking, they would often kill me even when I was in a little cave in the cliff.
excellent graphics and smooth animations. I like the idea, but I couldn't figure out what the cards do, so I ended up randomly clicking them and it seemed to work because I kept killing skeletons. Some kind of popup or hover-over text might be a good idea to give more info
Decently fun, definitely rage inducing. Seems there are some problems with the platform spawning RNG, I often had it happen where it was impossible to make it further because there were no platforms close enough to reach, or if there were they were on the other side.
Very cool game. I love the sonar effect, very creative. It had a great sound too. Mood and theme was spot on. It would be nice if the mean fish looked a little more different from the nice fish.
I liked it a lot! the particle effect on the walls after using sonar was very well done and something I havent seen on the other games with sonar. I think if you combined it with the expanding bubble that a lot of the other sonar games use it would be even better. horizontal and vertical navigation worked great, but I couldn't figure out what the angles did in the lower level. I assumed they would let you move diagonally but that didn't seem to be the case. EDIT: I went back and read the controls and realized those were cameras, haha. Makes more sense now.
Nice game, beautiful menu art. The resolution is bigger than my monitor though and I could not find a way to resize. Maybe you don't want it to be resizable because it will mess up the pixel art though which is understandable. I did run into a bug almost immediately where my submarine got stuck in an exploding animation.
pretty good for 3 hours. There were some bugs where the collisions didn't work quite right, I flew into the air when I hit the ceiling at one spot and fell through the ground in another. Some of the puzzles were pretty clever.
Good looking game. Cozy and well put together graphics for 48 hours. Mechanics are simple but work well. There are a couple of bugs regarding projectiles still being active when you respawn, and dialogue playing each time even if the trigger is dead, but nothing game breaking
Clever controls and concept. Unfortunately, the game defaults to a resolution bigger than my monitor and I could not resize to fit. I messed around a bit but the canoe would go off edge and I would have to manually scroll to bring it back in view.
Fun game, I loved the silly art, especially the sandworm. Could use more explosions when the missiles hit something!
Amazing artwork, and the menu/UI is very well put together. Unfortunately, it desperately needs a tutorial, if not in game then in the description. It seems to be bugged as well, I couldn't actually put any ingredients in the pot or serve anything. And for some reason the customer prompts are in Spanish even though everything else is English?
beautiful art, well made. it would be nice to have a minimap or some way of seeing places youve already been
Solid solitaire. Decent visuals. Did get a bug where I double clicked a card and it picked up the card behind it as well, I wasn't able to separate them.
Nice game, simple graphics but they work really well. very good polish, didn't find any bugs or glitches. audio was simple but wasn't really noticable, in a good way. I don't play platformers that much so the very first obstacles took me an embarassingly long time to pass.
great artwork. controls are a bit simple and unfortunately the tutorial seems to be missing an explanation for the QTEs, but I figured it out. Also took a bit to realize the gates could only be passed when they are greyed out.
Nice little platformer. I don't speak the language so I'm not sure if it was explained, but the mechanics were not super clear. I did get that the grey platforms disappear when you jump on them, and it seemed like you are supposed to collect the green things.
Wow! my favorite one I've played so far. Clean and beautiful graphics, very impressive that you made all of those sprites in 48 hours. I also liked the sonar effect, that was well done. The movement and controls were forgiving and didn't feel janky. It's nice to play a game sometimes with not mechanics other than "go deeper". Not sure what the thing at the end was, an eyeball or something?
@colisan Thanks for the great feedback. I did find that bug after uploading, but it was too late to fix. I never found it during testing because I would reload the module each time I died or won to change something haha
@clintor24 Thanks for the feedback, all valid. I had trouble making the enemy movement work along with the falling gravity, and in the interest of time I ended up just making them move relative to the player, which like you said made it unfair because you couldn't move towards them vertically. If I had another week to work on this I think it would have been much better!
@gargantuan-janitor thanks for the feedback! agreed that the combat could be improved a lot.
Maybe I'm dumb, but like the other guy said, I couldn't figure out the password in the opening scene. I tried dog, bff, password, pinewell, couldn't click on anything and couldn't find any hints in the description. Shame, graphics look good and it looks fun.
Nice little game. Great silly audio. The wall texture was a bit too repetitive and fast, which hurt my eyes after a few seconds.
short and sweet. Very satisfying bullets from the three weapon types. Like some others said I recommend more intuitive controls, maybe wasd and mouse or ,. to shoot and qe to switch weapons. Great art and animations as well, very smooth and clean.
Embedded game does not work unfortunately, and I get an antivirus warning when I try to download the zip... I know its probably legit but it would be nice if there was an HTML5 version
