This game is really spooky! 5/5

It is a very cool concept, my team also had the idea of using a point cloud to show the surrounding area (and we did a platformer with this). Showing the bubbles even if the light of the player is not on them could be a good addition to show the actual movement of the submarine (or add UI to display the inputs).

Absolute peak

Very polished! Unfortunately you shot yourself in the foot with the game design. You have so much beautiful terrain sprites, all animated, but you can only see it in one second bursts and not much at once.

With some more tweaks, maybe upgrades that let you see more or permanently see small % of the terrain, I think it could be a really fun game!

Interesting solution for management. I liked the system and watching the submarine. But I seem to have stumbled upon a bug, horizontal movement remained at zero

Very Cool! I love the little details like the images that only pop up when you first image them making you doubt yourself, I almost mist the dude running at me, and the overall layout of play built tension inately making the scares hit better, really good work, if this got further development I'd advise some kind of building soundtrack as something for players to latch on to, as I did find myself a bit lost and bored at parts wondering if this was all it was or if it was going somewhere, luckily it was and I'm glad I made it to the end, just food for thought!

All in all, great work!

I liked it a lot! the particle effect on the walls after using sonar was very well done and something I havent seen on the other games with sonar. I think if you combined it with the expanding bubble that a lot of the other sonar games use it would be even better. horizontal and vertical navigation worked great, but I couldn't figure out what the angles did in the lower level. I assumed they would let you move diagonally but that didn't seem to be the case. EDIT: I went back and read the controls and realized those were cameras, haha. Makes more sense now.

My submarine was on fire and flooding at the same time in one compartment. Should I grab the burn ointment or start pumping out water? Good idea for a co-op game.

Wow, one of the hallucinations genuinely scared me, that was awesome! Great little game!

nuelijarma 2025-04-08 14:55

I navigated patiently, it was a chill experience. Great concept!

I love the scary bits! It's like if lovers in a dangerous space time was a horror jam game! I laughed out loud when I saw the ending, especially after reading this jam page lol. I was definitely very hesitant throughout, and went on the slowest speed for most of the game. But it made the experience very immersive. I was constantly on guard, so the surprises throughout definitely made me wonder what was all lurking there that I didn't know about!

Great entry! Very fun.

quackqack 2025-04-12 01:57

I liked running around making sure every system was doing the right thing, fun game!

arasander 2025-04-12 12:25

Cool immersive experience here ! It gets spookier as and when I dive into the depths of the water. I loved it !

thereddevil 2025-04-12 15:47

Really cool idea and very spooky atmosphere, good job

A nice little twist on the Iron Lung formula with the visible sonar mechanic! Polished and endearing :3

daniel 2025-04-12 17:06

Cool one-room game mechanic, the events and hallucinations caught me off guard. I think I would have liked a bit more progression for difficulty, or more incentive to use the cameras over the sonar, but it still kept me engaged the whole way through.

batthecat 2025-04-14 21:09

very cool concept and use of theme

randomhuman 2025-04-15 14:14

That's a surprisingly satisfying way to pilot a craft! Very spooky and compelling game.

kuboi 2025-04-16 16:29

So unique in the controls! Loved it, once you get the hang of it, it feels really fun to navigate the depths. The repairs are also a nice touch, makes it quite intense at times haha:D

polite-prinny 2025-04-16 19:56

Quite fun, ~~just could have used a few more witches~~

alchemic 2025-04-25 22:51

Extremely cool. I loved all the little "events" that happen. Fantastic polish, everything looks great visually, very atmospheric.
