The Star War by eerongal 2015-12-18T10:09:00
Something about human pew pew sounds always makes me happy. Kazoo background music was also pleasant. Smooth shootins and swoopins definitely made for a fun experience. Looking forward to your next game!

Loved the art, voice acting, and the choice of story, I had no idea where it was going, and that ending, lol. Should definitely make more little treats like this, a good way to get in touch with old tales in a amusing way.
Definitely enjoyed the mood, the polished interface and the intriguing dialogue. Really interested in the story. It took me a while to grasp how to play the game, I plan on diving into it further, but I enjoyed what I got out of it. Definitely has a potential to have more of a text adventure aspect to it, not sure if it would work though. I'm definitely gonna be keeping an eye on it.
I.. was so close, with only one rocket and one shield then.. http://imgur.com/40lD3Pt
Love the challenge had a ton of fun! Great use of theme with growing you rocket collection + shields, and trying to use both type of rockets to make some crazy system to keep flight.
I definitely would love to see more of this game, it has so much potential! As a fan of these type of games, I already can imagine spending hours playing this, the graphics are so charming. I hope you continue to develop this in the future!
Catchy chip tune music. Love the cute graphics. Level design is pretty satisfying to figure out the best way to move around, I'd say the challenge of have only one heart would even make it more satisfying. Really enjoyed it.
Nice clean pixel art. Theme met well with the 2-buttons. Fun challenging puzzles that I felt very satisfied with after solving, and definitely see potential crazy puzzle designs with these mechanics. Audio was pretty nice. Nice, dialogue that kept me smiling as it went along. Overall really nice polished game.
Wow, I definitely loved your writing and this story just sucked me. Looking forward to checking out your other works, and future works.
The effects of bouncing off someone, and missing when you tried to launch at someone else, made for some hilarious results. Felt like it became more about trying to stay on as long as possible, and wondering if it was worth the risk of trying to knock someone else out. Good fun!
I AM THE TREE LOGGER! Good stuff, especially for less than 6 hours. I'm curious what it would've turned into if you had more time.
Very polished game, music fits perfectly, challenge is awkward enough. Good use of two button theme.Fan of nice clean pixel art. Overall loved it.
The mechanic of slowing down time and music when the bomb crossed the line, beautifully done.
Love the Art style, music really fits with the game and helps set the mood, the day/night cycle also helps set the mood. Took a while to figure out what combines into what, and had to manage the resources to make sure that I could. Would love to see a postmortem for this project.
That was a lot of fun, got to 159 lbs! Enjoyed the music too. Good use of the two-button theme.
Ooh, what's this yellow power-up-- OH GEEZ NOOOOO!!
I would love to play this game on my Vita, highscore, linear gameplay modes and procedural generated endless mode. I enjoyed the challenge, was frustratingly satisfying.
I sank a maybe good 30 minutes or so into this and I gotta say, I would be down to buy a full version of this.
I felt the pacing/progression was really well done, though since I did play for awhile, I got a bit too OP after awhile.
I thought the difficulty was fair, it did take a bit to get used to the controls/flying but once you do it feels pretty smooth.
I didn't mind the instant death upon crashing because when it happened it felt like my own fault, I'd even suggest adding some sort of wall at the top in a post jam version because I actually got lost up there for a bit when my keys got stuck...plus it would add bit more caution to the game-play.
I really love the simple yet stylish pixel art. I;m also a sucker for "witch" themeing.
The only real "issue" I had was the wizard never died for me even though I got its health to zero (but jam games, whatcha gonna do?)
Dem graphics are awesome! Love the track, and I can feel the potential of what this game could be, has that rhythm tapping game vibe, potential to be a tower defense game with upgrades and so on. Looking forward to see what you make next!
Definitely my favorite! Love the background art, character designs. The music really set the mood so well with each scene. Really liked how each segment is short and sweet, and the ability to make choices-- even regret choices that you can't go back on, made me realize how much it matters. Writing is really well done, and I felt that the theme of growing was about growing a friendship.
Got the good end, got chills. Plan on playing again to see the other different endings and segments. Thanks for making this, hope to see more like this from you guys!

I wish I read the description more carefully, as soon as I figured out how to jump island to island with the blocks, it was a blast. Then I spotted a glowing aura among the islands, traveled there, then a realization struck me. I forget the SEED! (as shown in screenshot link)
Gonna play it again to get the seed up there. >D
I was hooked once I figured out what to do. Devising strategies to how to get the most out of each run. I bunched up flowers together, only to be foiled by the lawn mower. Wanted to keep playing, but I has more games to rate!
my best score. :o http://i.imgur.com/1Jikuhe.png
Overall awesome!
I was feeling like such a boss when I started figuring out the game play. Then I got too cocky at the end and started messing up bad : resulting in http://i.imgur.com/eZdUS6Z.png poor Ortogonalis. :(
Fun gameplay, I can see a lot of cool stuff done with these mechanics, felt like a potential rhythm type game.
The use of achievements was a really good idea, it kept me going. Music fits really well, art adds to the relaxing vibe, theme is definitely accomplished well. Challenge is pretty satisfying, still playing it! :D
Love the music, graphics, game play, concept. I would definitely buy this game if it was fully fleshed out with so much more. Great game!
Really well made, there's so much to learn from the design of this game, to have made it so polished within 72 hours. Saving this one to keep on playing, and I'd definitely buy a copy if you released it on steam. gg
Definitely one of my favorite games. I couldn't put it down, love the music, the art, very funny, good vibes, just overall really enjoyed it.
my best score so far: http://i.imgur.com/SQDhLII.png

Really cute idea, love everything about it, festive music, adorable art, addictive gameplay, fun little details like the couch and tv. Overall great game! :D
Also Jupiter Hadley is looking for festive games to youtube, should send this one her way.
Really enjoyed the intro, concept, art, and music. I would love to see more of this game, it's interesting how it feels beneficial being the adult version, so I found myself allowing myself get hurt just to get that extra firepower.
Game is dark D: Like lonely people dying, everyone dying of old age, I'm making everyone angry, and everyone making babies. I liked it!
Fitting music/sounds. Cute graphics. Once I got a handle on what symbol was for who, was a blast trying to keep the population up. gg
Interesting mechanic with the bullet latching on enemies, then being able recollect them, feels like a lot of potential to that. Nice music and graphics, smooth controls. gg
Nice voice acting, music was pretty soothing.
Managing defense was pretty smooth, very thrilling experience when I was trying tor recover from the suicide mushrooms. I would have liked a targeting circle to know where my shots were landing.
Game is comfy. Like as soon my mind melds with the controls, and I grasp evolving, mating, and stats I knew exactly what I had to do. spd > hp > atk was my goal. I'm still playing, but I knew that I really do enjoy this game.
Chill music, level grinding game-play I love, and pretty easy to grasp the situation once situated, and the presentation, good job. Looking forward to more games from you.
Charming dialogue, hamming it up, chilling and growing my village of shapes. I suppose a run button would've sped up the process when I got stuck, but otherwise, enjoyed it.
Love the graphics, very catchy music, funny premise. Kickin' back and enjoying Mt. Fuji's sunset.
Once I grasped the controls, pretty fun. http://i.imgur.com/z2jECnG.png my end score. i'm gonna go for S rank!
Dang, really liked the music, the 2D art style, the funky radioactive environments, and the humor found in the dialogue. I would really be interested in seeing the post-mortem and the plans had.
And nice touch showing off the team at the end, hope you all had fun on this one, looking forward to seeing more from you guys in the future!
Really loved this one! When the screen shakes it was horrifying, flying through the lock passwords was satisfying, the music was catchy, and upgrading items with the shop appealed to my rogue-like fan-ness. Overall great game!
http://i.imgur.com/WPl0Mfh.png : my struggles were in vain.
Really enjoyed this one, sound effects were done well, music is fitting. Pixel art is really cute. Game-play was pretty challenging, and I liked it a lot. It's like one of those brain age games that make you really think it all out, I feel smarter just playing you game.
Looking forward to what you make in the future!
Very cute game! I loved the art style, character designs, how the backgrounds changed. Level design was just challenging enough to feel satisfied with each obstacle I conquered. I really just want to explore this type of world. :( Was sad after I completed the last stage cause I wanted more.
Catchy tune that didn't get old. Nice minimalist graphics.
I'm going to beat this game, I will. Just not now... haven't broke past the first level, 8420 points though. I'd say the difficulty is what makes it fun, and I appreciate the little details in the level design that make it difficult. Majority of the errors, was my own fault, and I like that.
gg
Cute animations! Can't wait to see what you make in the future!
Fun, funny, and love the combo of cartoon graphics + music. Only thing really missing for me was a high score system, so I could keep playing it over and over.
Got all the endings, fun humor. Good effort, keeping making more games!
Niice! I was drawn in by the music then the interesting story building up. Then I was hooked by the difficulty of the challenges, each nicely designed that it was satisfying when I finally solved them. Great job! Looking forward to seeing more jams from you! :D
Nice spooky atmosphere! Good use of sounds to build the tension of the mood.
@UntitledQ@Charging Llama Thanks a lot!
And yeah I'll definitely keep that in mind in a post-jam version, also going to play around with the overall pacing more.
@SineGlitch Great music too! Thanks for making it availible. :D
@Jishenaz Thanks! Really glad you enjoyed it.
Installer is completely gone now, replaced with single executable run-time, and game packed in zip file. Thanks for the recommendation.
@Skruffye Just read through the list of culprits, I saw what you mean with 4 out of 71 culprits, they're too vague that they actually committed a crime or confessed. Thanks for bringing this up, and going to make sure to make it more clear in the post-jam version.
@silkworm_sweatshop Thanks for reporting this-- seems like one of the 71 defendants just wants to crash the game, as soon as I find it gonna punch it in the face.
Also THANK YOU EVERYONE for the wonderful comments! It has definitely lifted our spirits up, and fortifies our want to proceed with game developings. :D
Great music to fit the mood, love the idea. Adding those extra digits completely threw me off, and made me scramble, haha.
Created in 4 hours? Niice. Got to 22 levels. Good fun. Like the graphics.
Felt so cool beating level 4, woosh, woosh, MEOW!
Chill music, challenging gameplay, clean graphics. Good stuff.
Great approach to the growing theme. I would love to see this game further developed, the idea is really fun, brings me back to the vibes of Katamari Damacy and fulfills my need to devour the entire world. Tons of potential for a full game, that'd I love to see.
Woo, that was a challenge, finally beat it. Liked the cute art style, catchy audio, and overall humor (was I supposed to eat the little person?) The right level of difficulty that kept me playing quite a few times.
Cute graphics. I liked the alert system, made me strategically gobble 'em up. I can imagine this game getting more absurd to the point of gobbling up planets/aliens and so on.
The art and music was very cute! I actually spent a lot of time just flying around in patterns with my huge army of bats (which in it of it self was pretty fun)
It took me a bit to figure out what to do once I stopped doing that but the flying was smooth and fun, the grappling took a bit more time to get used to but eventually I got the hang of it.
