Although I have no idea what I just endured it was still pretty fun
Very fun. It took me awhile to actually get a match to light but once I did... oh boy... I might need a new house
I liked the art style and it was definitely an unsettling experience. Good job!
It seems very cool but I am having a very hard time figuring out how to get past the orange shield thing at the start?
I really enjoyed it. Everything seemed to fit very well together
It's a very accurate napping simulator lol. The gameplay was simple but fun, the art is really nice and the sfx sound really good. Overall I really loved the game!! Only thing I reckon would have made it better would have been a 2Player option.
Nice game. Was fun to play and I enjoyed the different weapon / slime types. I started to notice some lag once there was a lot of slime in the level where you just run away from the slime. It didn't make the game unplayable though and I still enjoyed it a lot. Great job!
@monkosum Thank you for your feedback :) Yeah if we had more time I would have loved to put in some more minigames. Especially some unique ones!
@haeder2132 Thanks :D glad to hear you liked it!
@rs11s21n Thanks :D @raivk Thank you! Really glad you enjoyed it. We'll hopefully be adding more to it outside of LD :D
It's a cool concept and fairly fun to play. I had a bit of trouble playing it simply because the robots approach quite quickly. But other than that it was fun to play. Good job!
Awesome game!! The art is great, the sounds are great. It has a really good mood to it. The gameplay itself is very fun as well. Only thing I can say is that a way to close the game when it's in fullscreen would be a good addition. But aside from that, great job!!
Really love the art! It's a really fun concept and I'd love to play more! I had a bit of trouble with the time limit on some of them. Although that can probably just be blamed on me using a touchpad to play... All together a great game!
It's very fun and addicting! I didn't want to stop playing it lol.
I had a lot of trouble with the first level. Due to not realising how the area of effect worked with the different buildings. After I figured out how that worked I had no trouble with the other levels.
The levels are simple but fun and rewarding to complete. Also I really love the lo-res voxel style :D
Great job!
Great game!! It's very aesthetic and it was really fun while still being a nice challenge. I did find myself losing track of where the raft was though. Perhaps some form of indicator where it is? Nevertheless great job!
Although it was quite short I loved the ending lol. The music was getting me really hyped for an epic adventure. It might not have been an epic adventure... But I still really enjoyed it. Great job!
It was pretty cool. I really like how fluid and simple the gameplay is. Looks nice and the UI is clear and understandable. Although I also had trouble understanding how to create a supernova ( I ended up figuring it out in the end. ) The ambient music was a nice addition as well. It felt really nice to play :) I'd love to see a fully fleshed out version of it!
Awesome game! The gameplay is fun, feels fluid and is very self explanatory. All together it's a simple but fun game. Great job!
It's quite a simple game but still fun to play. I like the iso artwork. Suites this style of game well. The game is pretty well fleshed out given the time limit. I can definitely see myself putting a lot of time into a version of it with more content!
The art / music is really nice and the cutscene at the beginning was pretty cool. As for the gameplay mechanics. They are interesting and seem to have a bit of potential. My only complaint would be with the controls. As they feel a little too slidey. I also had trouble jumping in a few spots. But aside from that, it was a fun game!
It's a cool concept. Would be nice if there was a little more content. Nonetheless congrats on your first jam :D
Thanks for the feedback @saering. There's definitely a lack of feedback. Unfortunately we just ran out of time. An extra couple hours could have gone a long way haha. We're hoping to work on this further outside of the jam and the first thing will definitely be audio and some visual feedback!
Thanks for all the feedback!
@ectucker1 I'm glad you enjoyed throwing stuff haha.
@ketura I hear what you're saying. Audio is definitely at the top of our things to add outside of the Jam. As for the Desecrators (the monsters) stacking up, I'm not the best with AI haha but I'll do what I can do to fix them
@d5r I'm glad you liked it! We originally planned for the player to take damage but just ran out of time. It's definitely on our list of things for after the Jam though!
@tinglight not quite sure what you mean but I'm glad you liked it haha
Cool concept. First time I've enjoyed grinding my gears haha. I like that it's set on blueprints. Would be cool if you could connect multiple gears to a single gear. Also it seems a bit odd to me that the splitter divides the speed of the input gear between the two output gears but that's probably just me. None the less though I really enjoyed the game. Great job!
Absolutely loved the game!! Simple yet so much fun. The graphics, music and sfx are all great as well. At first I was struggling with running out of stamina and passed out a few times haha, but once I got a few plants growing and realized that you can eat the fish I was set. I did find however that my player would switch to swimming while positioned close to the lower half the raft, not a massive issue but it just seemed a bit odd. It would also be nice if items kept spawning as once you pick up all the floating items it doesn't seem that there is much left to do. All things considered I'd definitely like to play more of this game!
Nice game! The style is cute and I really enjoyed the concept. Using the players shadow to show their location was a cool mechanic and being able to push around the objects really added to it, I felt like I was playing as an actual ghost. However I found the time spent waiting for the lights to come back so that I was able to see where I was again slowed down the pace of the game a bit too much, especially when there is a timer counting down. Perhaps if there were more objects spaced around to help visualize your movement when the lights are gone it might help.
Nice game! I like the use of the theme at the start of the game haha. The animations are really smooth and the art style is cute. The music and sfx sound good! I found the holes were a bit unforgiving in terms of when you fall in them. Perhaps if the collider for them was a bit smaller? The scorpion fight was good, however I was a bit confused at first as to how you attack it, figured it out after dying and seeing the hint screen though. Aside from that though the rest of the game felt really good and was pretty fun! I enjoyed consuming other creatures to evolve reminded me of Kirby haha.
Couldn't quite figure out how to do my job but had fun pressing random buttons and flicking random switches. Cool art style btw
Nice entry. This is the first proper rogue-like I've played so pretty new to this scene. But seems pretty good. I liked how you gain the ability to see colours at the beginning. Anyway best of luck if you're going to continue development on it!
Just like @hellper here, I have encountered the same problem! I was looking forward to giving this game a crack hahaha.
Beautiful game! This has to be the nicest looking game I've seen in the jam so far! I really liked the use of the theme. I Would love to play more! I did find it a bit confusing when you shoot the ball up though, due to the character looking down even when it's pointing upwards. Perhaps if the character continued looking up when it was pointing upwards. Other than that the game was great and definitely a good submission.
