I loved the cutscene and the art style :). It took however a really long time for us to get unstuck from the babies. Maybe giving them no collision with the players would have made things a lot easier.

@ryan-wine That last one is actually a great idea, having the vespa be in danger, perhaps by adding a police mechanic or something could be really fun
Now this game, is absolutely amazing. The Animation of the dissapearing ghost is definitely S tier. The mechanic of jumping on your parcels is innovative and fun. And the amount of high quality Art that you have created here is awesome. +The soundtrack is lovely and fits the atmosphere perfectly. 5s all around.
Hey I would love to play and rate your game, however right now it does not seem to fully work. I cannot pick up things for example. And the Exit menu only opens once. You should be allowed to fix this I think. Would love to come back and try again. Maybe I just did something wrong. I already love the mood though. :)
This game was a wild ride. I did not expect it to be this creepy from the advertising xD. I did enjoy it alot, however i didnt get past the first level. It was some times impossible to predict where to people would walk to, whoch would make it really hard at not missing a lot of babies. Still really liked it though^^
What an amazing open world for a jam game, definitely price worthy this one.

As others have said, it takes a while to learn how to correctly play, but tutorials in gamejams are overrated :) Nice Game
@kanity This is such a sweet review, Thank you so much for trying our game. You are absolutely right. Our game is basically impossible to play without a much needed tutorial and even with us guiding him through every step, @justcamh took 30 minutes 9 different attempts and more determination than any of us ever had to deliver even the first recipe. In this unfinished state, were accidentally clicking a bridge, thus buying it, ruins your whole economy, we should have just given you players unlimited money to play around as much as you liked. Still thanks a lot for trying our game. Everyones comments were a joy to read, there is definitely some motivation to retry this concept in our free time, with better planning and a lot more time.

Really Nice Game, i actually had fun playing it. Learning a new Engine might be better without that short of a Deadline :D so huge props to you.
First of all: This game looks awesome. All the sprites "fit", the animations are varied and crisp and it just has a very polished vibe. Whoever did the graphics clearly had some experience doing so. The music is a highlight as well, even though I would have liked to see a volume slider. Sadly I found the game to be a little bit to "easy". There is no real challenge once you figure out which worker defeats what supply. The middle of the road option, "Whirlwind wendy", does defeat them all I believe. And you do get enough money to just place one of her down for every approaching office-demon. I would have loved seeing this game just a bit better balanced so you cant get away with simple tactics to beat it, because its clear that a lot of talent went into it. Anyways, great game, hope to see more of you in the future.
So I've tried your game for quite a abit. I think you really have an interesting concept here. I would suggest testing out multiple different control schemes. For example, I found it difficult to have one hand on my mouse and then press x and the arrow keys at the same time. But kudos to you, its unique and even though it does feel a bit clunky, figuring out the method of how you draw beforehand was quite some fun.
I love the interpretation of the Theme. Its simple, its elegant, and thats all you need.
First of, I love the artstyle, clearly some talenting people worked on this. Gameplay wise, enjoyed it, however i think there could have been some more variety, maybe a button to stop the summoning? Anyways, this game is clean af and I genuinely enjoyed it.
So i gave your game some time and I think i managed to discover everything? I never found a way out of the house tho xD. Also on different playthroughs I saw different things? On the first one I couldnt get the TV to turn off and on the second one it just worked when i clicked it again. Also on the first one I saw the awesome looking eye demon but on the second one it said there are just some tracks to clean, so i did xD. Overall it seems some testing might have helped fix some of those small issues here^^ I love the artstyle, its gorgeous and especially the siderooms are beautifully designed. I would love a little story description maybe? Clearly a lot of work went into this and I guess I would love just a little text explaining why I am a young man in a maid custome picking up trash and cleaning the bedroom of some, i suppose, demon? Is this like a sex thing or smth? Anyways. Please message me if there actually is more to explore outside the house and I would love to see more from you guys in the future.
Wow yeah this game is truly amazing. All the little details really make this game such a memorable experience. The item descriptions when selling, the reviews coming back, the realistic portal shader that correctly takes perspective into account or the little sound when you open the main menu. This is not your first gamejam game and it shows. As others mentioned, a catchy little background jam would have been nice but I get it. No "music guy" in the team. Me and my friend always try to make something with [Beepbox](https://www.beepbox.co/) and it turns out quite nice most of the time. Maybe take a look at it. :)
Otherwise the only thing I would mention is that the core gameplay only stays engaging for so long. But I felt the same with lethal company and that has monsters and multiplayer. So this might be more of a "me issue".
Anyways. Great game, love to see more in the future.^^

@anaastaska There are shooting animations, sounds and particle effects for every weapon. Were you able to damage the boss? Which version did you play?

@deborah-messaoudene Yeah we know its hard xD If you wanna give it another shot, you can try it with the assist mode. You can enable it in settings, but you have to do so in the main menu, otherwise it only kinda works. It makes the bosses a little bit less punishing and gives you more health flasks.:)
@unfrog they do get slotted in as your next weapon once you fall below half health. But i get the urge to "summon" them yourself. We tried to keep the necessary keys to a minimum, which is why we opted for this solution.
@maimai thanks a lot for the feedback, you are definitely right with the mouse sens, I think I am alone in wanting to move my mouse only by milimeters when aiming xD Yeah the summon thing is very fair and we are very aware of that, there is no reason to have the player click again, thats just how we first implemented it. The dash however can definitely help you gain momentum when you use it in the air and then combine it with slide or bunny hopping. But when using it on the ground it really just is a dodge tool. :)

I actually also have a 1440p monitor but it was very late when we added the main menu background so I guess the 1-2 times I saw it before submission I just ignored it xD And yeah pause on ESC is an obvious flaw if you think about it... which we didnt... So really thanks a lot for the feedback^^

Hey guys, first of all there is clearly an enourmus amount of talented work here. But just like @pigeoncode said, there is an error when trying to summon anything on the second level. (null function or function signature missmatch). I would hate to not get to play this game fully. Yes the deadline is over, but you are very much still allowed to upload a working version of the game, which I would love to play and rate. I know motivation might sometimes be low just after submission. But i am sure this cant be that difficult of a fix. Again: The deadline isn't as strict as you think, try to fix your game, I, and surely many other, would love to play it.
Now first off, this is a great game, after playing it sometimes i managed to get 1:46 as my highscore. There are some minor issues holding this game back. The restart functionality doesn't really work. Unless you fully close the game, spooky just wouldnt spawn again after i restarted at half health. Secondly there are some balancing issues. For example, you should basically never use the explosion when trying to get a high score. It costs half your mana and good mana management is essential because its almost the only factor determining how fast the boss goes down. Just tuning down the mana cost of the explosion by half ord 2/3rds might have significantly improved the playing experience because the explosions are awesome and they reward trying to group your enemies to kill them more efficiently. The boss fight itself is, although very impressive and had a memorable wow effect due to its size, rather predictable. As all you do once the boss spawns is hoping to have summoned your helper already and hold left click. The only difference in speed, once you have summoned the helper being how much mana you have left at this point. What might have helped here is to make the helper a lot cheaper as well so that the amount of helpers you can summon varies a bit more, because as it stands, it doesn't matter if i have amassed 100, 110 or 150 experience, I will most likely go into the boss fight with 1 helper, farming for a second one while boss is already here seems very inefficient, because it also means you will use up your mana with farming and once you will be able to help your helper you wont have that much left.
Anyways, I think your game is really cool, which makes these minor issues all the more frustrating. I think you did a great job, I would suggest some more playtesting and I hope you make more games in the future. :)
