Hitsuji: Shears Of Fury by Jamul

Your graphics are the best I've seen so far (voted more than 15 entries) due to the sheep sprite (many animations) so 5 for you. The game was very fun to play, the shinobi like controls are great but dont like the timer based games, it get me stressed when time is flying away and you have to finish something (ups, like in this contest 8-|) It must be difficult to implement all that jumping stuff so 4 in technical. There are no construction and destruction is a little relative. But thats a great game and very complete.

Very very funny. Me and my friends laughted a lot playing this. Also the theme fits well, and that is not very usual in this contest. One of the best entries I played. And so simple...

Some collision problems (mine also have :-), and need a way of left the metal on the floor. A great game in general. Liked the bat sound.

I like the idea. A better control is the key to make it more enjoyable (mouse?). Also too slow in my 450 with tnt2, blame the SDL. Is there any way to win?? Nice job. It also fits the Protect! theme ;-)

Sheep Strike by PoVRAZOR

The concept is cool and fits perfectly the theme. It would be more fun with more difficulty (I got 50.000 and difficulty was not increased) Also, turrets must not appear randomly so you can have at least one before the first wave of sheeps. Also the wolf sprite is cute. Great concept and good execution. Well done.

Bug: if you get to the top of the screen where the figures appear, you only have to push the down button and get as many points as you want.

I really love the gameplay concept. Maybe I'm going to do a similar game when i have time(if I do I will give credit to you ;-) Not much sheeps, maybe the black and white thing? The first time i played it crashed when i was almost finished the third level. Grrrr! But a very enjoyable game. Great idea.

Great graphics. I like the idea of destructing sheeps and then reconstructing it, really fits the teme. But I didn't enjoyed much :-( Sorry. Maybe with different kinds of sheeps so you can mix the body parts... And also a farmer to kill and then mix the... Er... Forget it. :-X

At least you tried it. Not a game but sure you learned a lot doing it. Also you did it in DirectX, like me! so a 3 in technical. I know is difficult to do a game in 24h using DirectX ;-) Continue working and you will get something good the next competition, sure.

I never played a similar game so I think is innovative, at least for me. If you figured out the concept you are a genious, great game mechanics. Very, very polished with AI and cool effects in the menus. I like it much :-)

Thats a difficult game to play, you must know the good "Life" patterns. Maybe playing more time you can create your weapons for spread, fight, bombing and all. There is a problem when selecting the cells due to program not diferenciating one mouse press from multiple clicks that dificults playing. mmm, Maybe with predefined patterns it will be more playable. Very innovative, and interesting idea I think.
