| Oct 20 02:59:43 | The Base for Old Creations | ♥ 2 | It sucks that I had to check the guide at every step but nice humor and screw the Xbox One Controller. Btw t's so over Elephant in the room bros o7 T-T | |
| Oct 20 03:08:13 | 8m 30s | 2LocoGames | ♥ 1 | Good mood and good bore type game. It has the potential to become a great ASMR incremental game were it not for the fact that the dial wheel gets stuck at times and that the text of the shop items is so small I can't read it. |
| Oct 20 11:26:50 | 8h 18m | But Buttons | ♥ 2 | It's an interesting idea, but nah, by the third level it was too hard to play. |
| Oct 20 20:23:46 | 8h 56m | Mirai Voices | ♥ 0 | Unfortunately I suck at this kind of parallel rhythm games but I would like to hear all the full songs. Can I download them from somewhere? |
| Oct 21 22:07:31 | 25h 43m | Night Shift | ♥ 0 | I liked how it goes form cozy minigame to horror game. I really thought I had finished the game when the call that needed the locksmith came in. I also liked the elevator music and the mood. The vent climbing sequence reminded me of Silent Hill 4. I think that when you pick up a call instead of the text for that call is displayed the text of the leftmost active call that you did not pick up, but I may be wrong about it. |
| Oct 22 16:51:25 | 18h 43m | THREAT* | ♥ 2 | I managed to beat it, but I think there are not enough opportunities to use the dash in such a cramped space, especially the up dash. |
| Oct 22 17:03:51 | 12m 26s | HYPNAGOGIA FRONT | ♥ 0 | For some reason I can't seem to do anything in this game. What are the controls? Am I supposed to move? |
| Oct 22 18:04:51 | 1h 01m | Old Tech, Dead Tech | ♥ 0 | Is it possible to remove rotting corpses? I had a lot of them and no matter what I did they did not seem to go away even if there were workers that carried them. By the way I decided to play this game because of the name of one of its authors: Crotonyl sounds funny in Spanish. |
| Oct 22 18:19:16 | 14m 25s | Balkan Hunter 2002 | ♥ 0 | Balkan anything is automatically peak humor for me, the music is also peak humor, I loved the gunshot sound and overall its a fun game to relieve stress, the gunshot sound feels very good. Good job! |
| Oct 22 20:15:54 | 1h 56m | Who is Nana? | ♥ 0 | I really liked the PC UI and it reminded me of a game I wanted to make. The ability to hold to see outside the PC is really nice too! |
| Oct 22 20:24:44 | 8m 50s | The last ember | ♥ 0 | As @crotonyl-alcohol said, the game does not really have a push element. Having the boar chase you when you are close to food would help, for example. The music is nice though. |
| Oct 22 20:30:12 | 5m 28s | Sem_Ion. | ♥ 1 | theboys-perfect.gif |
| Oct 23 18:55:14 | 22h 25m | Snake Boy | ♥ 1 | It's a snake game I guess. Are increased speed and inverted control the only nerfs? Does the music follow the current score as BPM? Is there a limit to the BPM? I also made a GB game btw, although I used a grayscale palette. Is your font a bitmap or is it an actual font? I would say it's an actual font because the way it's rendered is weird. |
| Oct 23 19:11:43 | 16m 29s | defrag.exe | ♥ 0 | I got stuck with this configuration playing on TIC-80 (v1.0.2). Screenshot_20261023_210722.png |
| Oct 23 19:31:57 | 20m 14s | Fire Already!! | ♥ 0 | # ***W . I . D . E . R*** |
| Oct 23 20:19:35 | 47m 38s | Lensmaker | ♥ 0 | I had to implement raytracing for my previous two entries and the source code is available if you're interested, and for my previous entry I remember having to do something with the lensmaker's equation. That's why it's an interesting game for me. |
| Oct 23 21:38:22 | 1h 18m | No Matter | ♥ 0 | Trippy and kind of reminded me of Portal 2. ## ***Hi. We have been trying to reach you about your matter's extended warranty.*** |
| Oct 23 21:43:21 | 4m 59s | XENOCHRON | ♥ 1 | This game is the perfection of simplicity. I played on a 21:9 ultrawide screen so I may have seen the robots from further away and so it was easy. But it's a very well designed game. Congrats to the chef! |
| Oct 23 22:00:38 | 17m 17s | THE LAST VIDEO STORE IN TOWN | ♥ 0 | Very fun shop game and thanks for making an accessible rhythm minigame, I feel like many rhythm entries this event are too hard. For nights 2 and 3 it wasn't very clear what I had to do nor did I know that I would lose if I was discovered nor did I know what to do with the cassettes on day 3 because the text explaining it went away too fast. I expected on day 2 to fight just like on day 1. |
| Oct 23 22:12:39 | 12m 01s | Aliens borrowed my gameboy! | ♥ 1 | Very cool point and click adventure and I like the fact that the puzzles are very intuitive, although I think it would be an improvement to remove available items when they have indeed been consumed for their purpose. Congrats! |
| Oct 23 22:35:42 | 23m 03s | Retroid Zania | ♥ 1 | theboys-perfect.gif Only downside is no fullscreen. Congrats! |
| Oct 23 22:46:28 | 10m 46s | I Don't Even Knit, or Olde Castle | ♥ 0 | - **What I played:** I Don't Even Knit, or Olde Castle - **What I expected:** A game slightly better than the original Castlevania for the NES - **What I got:** A game slightly better than the original Castlevania for the NES but also a 2D Mario 64 |
| Oct 23 23:12:56 | 26m 28s | PIP's Escape | ♥ 0 | Unfortunately it crashed on the second game for me. If you can suggest a way to manipulate progress I will consider replaying starting from the second game. |
| Oct 23 23:21:23 | 8m 27s | Road Rage | ♥ 2 | Award for the most annoying game. |
| Oct 24 00:18:54 | 57m 31s | weird gameboy game I found in the mountains | ♥ 1 | Creepy, man. I should have seen the Inscryption reference coming when you "found" a game in the mountains, but I didn't. Gg. |
| Oct 24 00:33:55 | 15m 01s | OadText | ♥ 1 | Jokes on you, I've seen Tinder-like dating profiles on teletext in 2026 and you didn't include them. Worst game ever. Jokes aside, the Hanoi game was very cool! Although I am not sure how the pyramid building game could have been implemented in practice. And I can't cancel my sound effects subscription! I guess you could call it a teletext pyramid scheme building game. |
| Oct 24 10:02:30 | 9h 28m | I am Computer | ♥ 0 | I am unsure what to do in this game, does installing the old machines do anything? Health in this game is too low I think, some enemies leave traps in room entrances upon dying, so that if you have 4 health left you can't access the room. It is also unclear whether the fish and the astronaut are friendly or hostile. |
| Oct 24 10:13:00 | 10m 30s | V0X : Parabiosis | ♥ 0 | It's an interesting concept, but going in and out the weapons menu to reattach consumed upgrades ruins the pace, plus the pause menu does not seem to work correctly and I die while I am building the weapon. |
| Oct 24 10:28:11 | 15m 11s | fishGrinder | ♥ 0 | Very cool game, it's perfect, I can't really offer any criticism, except maybe that some players may find that the mouse motion controls a bit too hard. Congrats! |
| Oct 24 11:22:54 | 54m 43s | Floppy Quest | ♥ 1 | I managed to beat it. What I would fix is explaining how your shield and sword interact with other things, it took me a long time to figure that out. Also the sword becomes obsolete once you get Mario. |
| Oct 24 11:32:13 | 9m 19s | Dear Diary | ♥ 0 | Is there a good day ending in this? |
| Oct 24 23:37:12 | 12h 04m | Tiny Technician | ♥ 1 | Great game! Bonus points for being playable with mouse only. Could be a great mobile game. Great for playing while eating! |
| Oct 25 00:47:58 | 1h 10m | Torch Keeper | ♥ 0 | Unfortunately my two runs of this game ended badly and I did not manage to finish the game. The first time I got softlocked between two screens inside the three bushes at the top right, where it is also hard to manipulate the direction of the torch because the game screen ends there and in the page the game canvas is also glued to the top to add insult to injury. Screenshot_20261025_021426.png The second time I was at the left side of the vertical room and while I was falling down sliding across the side of a wall, the framerate tanked and then it crashed. I assume that whatever collision resolution algorithm was running failed miserably at its job and gave up the ghost. Was there much game left after this run? If you can link a video of someone playing through the game I would like to watch it. A thing that I absolutely hated about this game is that I have to do the job of moving alongside the moving platform manually. Was it that hard to reparent the player character to the moving platform upon contact from above and to reparent it back to the global frame upon jumping? When the player character and the moving platform are in contact they cease to be two independent objects but become one. Overall I think the idea was well executed but I don't think that the game design was a good idea in this aspect: I don't think the torch orientation mechanic gives enough precision and room for error. For starters I think that you should have not the torch follow the line from itself to the cursor but rather I think that you should have hidden the cursor and used the mouse to change the orientation of the torch independently from where the cursor is at the moment. This would also solve the game canvas being glued to the top of the screen problem. These are my thoughts. I hope you receive them well and that you manage to find a video for me. Good job for making it through the jam. |
| Oct 25 01:13:54 | 25m 56s | Fotoshu: Caught on Film | ♥ 1 | Perfect entry. I liked the fake bait move on the last level. I must ask, how did you make sure that the levels were solvable in one way and not another? Did you use an algorithm to validate the levels or did you simply test them manually? Also is it possible to get the standalone OST for this game? |
| Oct 25 02:24:35 | 1h 10m | Press Any Key! | ♥ 0 | The game is too long and the time goes too slow. Truly an office simulator. To illustrate my point I am writing this feedback while the game is running on another screen and I am writing this between tickets. The minigames are fun, except those that consist in clicking one button and waiting for a bar to load, or closing windows, or fetch quests. My favorites are fixing the printer and servicing the coffee machine, because they have a certain cadence to them. The yellow notification is sometimes hard to notice. Perhaps making the icons larger or adding a sound effect could help. Oh and by the way, the first thing I expected from coffee is that it would make the time pass faster. I got the good ending it seems. |
| Oct 25 03:09:32 | 44m 57s | B-K1ND | ♥ 0 | # **YOU EVIL BASTARD** (jk) Screenshot_20261025_035420.png Call it skill issue, but this is where I give up. My two cents are these: the mechanic is not that well implemented. The rewind gets cut off at inconsistent durations, the window during which you can use your ghost as a platform is too slim, nor is it clearly explained except barely by that screenshot you mention. It doesn't help also that there feels to be some input delay, not only while jumping but also while moving. I had many instances of me releasing the button and the character stopping a few frames later. For reference I was playing on a 100 FPS monitor. I am unsure if your physics engine runs independently or if the physics run at 60 ticks per second the render-physics frequency mismatch is creating problems. |
| Oct 25 03:20:36 | 11m 04s | The Tester | ♥ 0 | ~~Got stuck in the room where you need both the laser gun and the gloves but didn't have the laser gun anymore.~~ Missed the weapons switch button in the instructions, my bad. Got stuck on being unable to get to the smoking cube. |
| Oct 25 22:37:27 | 19h 16m | BOGEY OR BANDIT | ♥ 0 | Kudos for making a mouse only game. I think the difficulty could be eased, especially when the clock goes haywire. |
| Oct 25 22:45:41 | 8m 14s | T.O.R.Q | ♥ 0 | It's a skill issue for me. The life bar depletes too fast. But I liked the art style. Reminds me of fanmade 3D Megaman first-person shooters and F-Zero. |
| Oct 26 20:44:38 | 21h 58m | Ghost Train | ♥ 1 | I had fun since it was not too hard. The acceleration feels nice, the controls feel snappy, this was especially noticeable in the all rails around one coin level with 4 columns of 5 rows of coins, and the spirits are dumb enough to follow your traversed path, so you can gaslight them pretty easily. Good job! Screenshot_20261026_214003.png |
| Oct 26 21:50:23 | 1h 05m | Rail Mania | ♥ 0 | Hello guys Today we have a list of top 3 boring games 1. Tower of Hanoi (Rail Mania) 2. Rail Mania (it's secretly Tower of Hanoi) 3. Games with 67 (Rail Mania) Screenshot_20261026_223819.png I mean honestly it's a good Tower of Hanoi spinoff with some historical info (accurate I hope), but come on it's Tower of Hanoi, it's as fun as it is boring. I had a good time playing all 15 levels. Good job I guess. (I'm sick of playing Tower of Hanoi) |
| Oct 26 22:04:19 | 13m 56s | Old Man Playing Old Game | ♥ 0 | I played without keyboard controls for the full unadulterated experience and managed to beat the game, and while I was playing I thought to myself "Damn, this man has some serious problems if he is shaking the console so much" and indeed he did, the ending did not disappoint. Anyways, the enemies seem not to respawn after restarting the console, I don't know if that was intentional. Nice short entry, I thank you for not making me suffer more than you did. |
| Oct 26 22:29:28 | 25m 09s | What is this? | ♥ 0 | The game is confusing because sometimes you can't grab some of the visible objects, also the movement is too slow since you must wait for the animation to finish and then also it only detects the intent of moving on an edge of a key press transition instead of the key being held down. The pixel art is cute, fullscreen mode would help and the music was good enough but a bit repetitive. |
| Oct 26 23:39:39 | 1h 10m | One Meowment, Please | ♥ 1 | It's sad that the game won't stop for me to read the dialogue, the lore looked promising. |
| Oct 26 23:58:16 | 18m 37s | FOO-BAR 808-16 | ♥ 1 | I managed to get up to 10 bars. Video related. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IPFiKEm-oNI |
| Oct 28 00:05:47 | 24h 07m | Anti Virus | ♥ 0 | Ah, I see what you did there, I got both the bad ending and the good ending. |
| Oct 28 22:10:51 | 22h 05m | Light Seeker | ♥ 0 | Screenshot_20261028_230137.png Well I guess we're stuck here now. This game reminded me of my Ludum Dare 54 entry ***Time it right!***, and the *If you're curious* part about and idea I had for it, I think making your game with the screen zoomed in close up was the right call, anyways I entered the place. Having two grappling hooks reminded me of Twilight Princess' sky dungeon and the music is also very Zelda dungeon-esque. Overall it's a solid entry, shame that I got softlocked. |
| Oct 28 22:21:14 | 10m 23s | Clam Hunters | ♥ 0 | I killed all the critters and that's it? The thing I found most interesting is how you mix 2D sprites with the 3D animated appendages of the critters. P.D.: Never mind, I replayed it and got the win screen this time. |
| Oct 28 22:41:22 | 20m 08s | ScrapBoys | ♥ 1 | Interesting auto-battler, my meta was tank wheels plus shark plus DPS. Reminds me a bit of Drill Dozer as well as the Pokémon D/P/Pt's fossil excavation mini-game. Kudos to the composer for the garage music. |
| Oct 28 23:08:27 | 27m 05s | Loose Screw | ♥ 1 | I managed to beat the game. I didn't quite understand how the screwdriver works, I kept getting red numbers all the time. I think the greatest flaw is that the use of tools is confusing and that it is not intuitive which tool to use for any given appliance in some cases, for example, I have no idea what the green thing was. The hand-holding with the yellow outlines does not help much. Yes, whoever published that manual needs to be fired indeed. Other than that the music, the graphics and the soviet/eastern bloc feel and the crow in the background are pretty cool. |
| Oct 28 23:22:26 | 13m 59s | Screen Dasher | ♥ 0 | *Mom, mom, can we have Path of Pain?* *No, we have Path of Pain at home.* Path of Pain at home: --- I don't think I have it in me to complete the challenge. This is a very innovative concept I think, at least I haven't seen this one yet. The photo graphics were pretty cool and I also like very much the minimalist pixel art. But I think the best gem here is the pause menu, I didn't expect a Game Boy to come out flying from the top of the screen. Great job! |
| Oct 28 23:41:22 | 18m 56s | Big Ron's | ♥ 0 | I love the spaghetti legs! This ended up being more fun that I thought and I liked the lullaby music a lot. It seems no one buys cameras though... |
