Oct 5 02:05:35 Restable ♥ 5 Cujo simulator 2020! The art style and overall vibe were very nice. Excellent work.
Oct 5 02:11:09 5m 34s Goblings! ♥ 1 Nice work on this entry! I used to quite enjoy Lemmings back when it first came out, and this brought me back. The ore was a nice touch.
Oct 5 02:22:01 10m 52s Junkbold ♥ 3 I really liked this entry vibe-wise. Very eclectic design choices. I was, however, unable to actually build anything at the table.
Oct 5 02:44:34 22m 33s Orthoptera ♥ 1 I really enjoyed that piano piece in this game. Very calm and unique experience. Thank you for making it.
Oct 5 02:50:57 6m 23s Bird Game!!! ♥ 1 Birds, birds everywhere but not a one to drink.
Oct 5 16:26:47 13h 35m Unstable Delivery ♥ 2 Very cool little game. The art style was clean and attractive, gameplay was pretty smooth. All it was missing was a jamming soundtrack. Nice work!
Oct 5 16:30:13 3m 26s Horse Rider ♥ 1 Awesome little game. It gave me King's Field vibes. I once read that berserkers would consume copious amounts of psychedelic substances before going into battle, and from this game it appears that was true. Don't drink and ride folks.
Oct 5 19:05:39 2h 35m Giruffled ♥ 1 I really enjoyed this one! Smooth mechanics, challenging gameplay, and nice overall vibe. Great work!
Oct 5 19:08:46 3m 07s Randomazer ♥ 2 Interesting concept. The room shifting was fun to watch in and of itself. The platform mechanics were a little abrupt, but an enjoyable entry overall.
Oct 5 19:15:34 6m 48s Uns' Table ♥ 2 This was a fun experience. The graphics were charming, the gameplay was simple but had a nice central loop with the upgrades. The vertigo and nausea however from the camera fixed to the table was a bit rough. Nice entry!
Oct 6 00:07:50 4h 52m The TurnVille Mayor ♥ 3 My school slid off into the water. A+ concept.
Oct 6 00:12:14 4m 24s Lucky Lefty Loves Landslides ♥ 2 Fun little game. Nice and short so I was able to play it to the end. Good luck in the competetion!
Oct 6 00:22:03 9m 49s Wobbly Warbler ♥ 0 I really enjoyed the overall aesthetic of this game. Very unusual music choice but it worked. The art and gameplay was compelling enough to get to me to play all the way to the red bird - but after a few times of getting my tail handed to me I quit. Overall very nice entry. The jump animation was very fluid and smooth, and satisfying to watch. The weakest part was the theme, as the instability was essentially just HP. Would have been neat to have a rock/paper/scissors mechanic so you could effectively counter attack as well. Good luck in the jam!
Oct 6 00:29:12 7m 09s RAGE HORSE ♥ 2 The art and vibe was top notch. Was there only one level that just repeated? Seems a shame, you had nice mechanics and fantastic art. Or was I doing something wrong?
Oct 6 00:42:15 13m 03s Magic Knight Out!!! ♥ 4 The gameplay itself was kind of rough. The frames were low enough that it was very difficult to read what was going to happen next. However the fact that you had people dress up to be characters in this game gives you massive points for style. Very interesting and unusual entry. Well done!
Oct 6 00:50:28 8m 13s Dubious mushrooms ♥ 1 Loved the music art, and overall vibe. The gameplay was challenging as well. Nice entry overall.
Oct 6 00:54:26 3m 58s Tectonicalypse ♥ 1 The graphics were simple, but very smooth and well done. Nailed the vibe. It's also one of the more interesting interpretations of the theme I have seen. Great job.
Oct 6 00:59:35 5m 09s Unstable Steven ♥ 0 I liked the art. I'm a sucker for clean simple pixel art.
Oct 6 01:03:51 4m 16s Spirits Low ♥ 2 So, I really enjoyed the vibe and art. That was topnotch. However, the text was very hard to read and I could not figure out what I was doing. Unique game, great art-style and vibe.
Oct 6 01:08:45 4m 54s Mt. Deep Space ♥ 2 Nice little gem here. The sound design was very good, the art was simple but clean and punchy. Very polished asteroids clone with a twist.
Oct 6 01:14:36 5m 51s Stronkey Kong ♥ 1 Excellent retro feel. Sound design was really well done overall. Great work.
Oct 6 01:24:53 10m 17s Nice Work, Nimrod! ♥ 0 I managed 158 floors. The balance mechanic felt a little weird, but the idea was solid, and cleanly executed in terms of style. Nice entry overall.
Oct 6 01:37:45 12m 52s Karawan ♥ 3 Best entry I've played so far. Everything was top notch. I would enjoy this as a full release. The music and mood was excellent.
Oct 6 02:00:59 23m 14s Eclipse ♥ 4 The light/dark mechanic was an interesting one, and the character design was very well done. This felt like an anime come to life. The game was a bit too eerily quiet, but that can be expected from a gamejam game. I quite liked your entry. Nice work.
Oct 6 13:10:57 11h 09m Mental Madness ♥ 1 I'm a sucker for low rez pixel art like this. A nice little roguelike-esque adventure game. The stamina mechanic didn't seem to add much, since enemies didn't move or attack when you rested. It just forced you to stop and press R a lot. Also, the screen centering needs to adjust when you have claustophobia, otherwise you can't see where you are going. A stylish entry overall. Nice work!
Oct 6 13:14:07 3m 10s Mood Swings ♥ 0 Interesting little platformer. Took me a bit to realize I had to bounce on the heads of the white guys. The unstable rocks were a nice touch, and something I was planning on adding to my own game. Fun entry, nice work!
Oct 6 13:17:33 3m 26s The Trials Of Yoltic ♥ 4 I loved the art style. Well designed, simple pixel art is my favorite style and this was very well executed. The platforming was a little floaty, but I enjoy a challenge. Great job!
Oct 6 16:14:03 2h 56m Burning Ravager ♥ 2 Stylistically this game was fantastic. However, I was unable to progress anywhere. After I bought some upgrades for the jump, this did not change my abilities in the level and I was unable to find a way to equip what was purchased. Is this a bug or am I missing something? -- edit -- I figured out I just needed to press ENTER to go to the menu. Derp. This game was excellent! Awesome job.
Oct 7 00:15:05 8h 01m Clammy and the Seven Seas ♥ 0 Nice clean art style and interesting take on the theme. Nice work!
Oct 7 12:54:58 12h 39m Un Stabl ♥ 2 A horse is a horse, of course of course. And playing this horse, through this digital course, made me hoarse. Maybe you would be willing to post the source? That would be cool, but dont feel forced.
Oct 7 14:42:00 1h 47m Solar Colonies ♥ 1 Great entry. I played it to the end, which is saying something. Fairly easy overall, but kept me engaged till the end. Nice work!
Oct 7 14:47:23 5m 23s Strontium Submergence ♥ 1 Nice. Fun entry for the jam. The art was well done, and the animations were smooth and enjoyable to look at. I was able to spam attacks pretty recklessly, so some kind of limiting factor would be helpful. It was cool to see a Javascript entry into the Jam, using your own engine nontheless! Extra points for that. Great work.
Oct 7 14:54:11 6m 48s The Dress Rehearsal ♥ 1 This game was a very interesting experience. The aesthetics, and overall vibe were unique and the music was very well done. Creepy yet compelling. I just wish there were a little more to it. I finished the game in a few minutes, and the gameplay was somewhat thin. I took it more as a narrative driven experience, and at that it excelled. Thanks for making this, and good luck in the jam.
Oct 7 14:57:46 3m 35s Crumbly Castle ♥ 1 I enjoyed the style of your game, and the idea was unique. This game would have benefited from some indication of of progress when holding E. I was also unable to drain the water from the castle, even though I approached it from different angles. I think a progress indicator would really help player feedback here. Nice entry, thanks for making this game! Cheers.
Oct 7 15:04:05 6m 19s A Gift in Good Faith ♥ 2 I liked the idea behind the game - avoid a minotaur who stalks you while trying to collect a treasure. This could have been improved by having the gem randomly spawn in a location each attempt. The minotaur was extremely difficult to avoid, and it might have been nice to have more tools in your toolbelt for dealing with him. Nice entry, thanks for making this game!
Oct 7 15:09:11 5m 06s The Imbalance ♥ 1 I'm a sucker for well executed pixel art, so great work there. The Gameboy style was spot on. I found the gameplay itself interesting in concept, but I has trouble with the controls as they felt a little clunky. Your take on the theme, and balancing the engines was a cool one. Nice work overall!
Oct 7 15:14:35 5m 24s Endless Parasomnia ♥ 1 I'm not really sure if something was supposed to happen. I went to work, I slept. Sometimes I went to work repeatedly without sleeping, other times I slept without working. Nothing much ever happened. Was there more to the game than this one room? The feel was nice and creepy. Some sounds and music would have elevated the experience. Having the player be teleported into the nightmare world for more gameplay would have been nice as well.
Oct 7 16:07:05 52m 30s rUnstable ♥ 4 What a fantastic entry! The art was stellar, the mood and lighting great, and the soundtrack was excellent. Pretty fun and stylish infinite runner. Also, I really liked your philosophical game description. Life is, indeed, a train and one day we all get flattened. Nature takes us all out eventually. We must all struggle, and nothing comes for free. “Now, here, you see, it takes all the running you can do, to keep in the same place. If you want to get somewhere else, you must run at least twice as fast as that!” - Alice in Wonderland. Anyway, great work and good luck in the jam!
Oct 7 20:09:44 4h 02m Tribulation ♥ 1 I enjoyed your entry. The music was unsettling, and the graphics were minimal but set a nice tone. :D I enjoyed the isometric view, and cleared out the first room but was unable to get past the locked door. I cut myself until I went insane, vomited, and turned into a monster. I have a few suggestions. I would work on the depth hierarchy. Something as simple as "depth = -y" should keep it so your head doesn't go through doors and whatnot. Also, enemies probably should not be aware of you until you are within their line of sight, then once they are aware of you they can chase you mercilessly. Right now they will go after you as if they have seen you through walls. Overall nice entry, and I enjoyed myself playing it. Extra points for making it HTML5. I tried to port my game to HTML5 and I got game breaking bugs.
Oct 8 15:55:40 19h 45m Crumble ♥ 0 Nice little entry. The menu's were clean and sensible. The platforming was a little rough around the edges. Took a long time to get the ball rolling, literally, and there was very little room for error. Fun game, thanks for making it!
Oct 8 15:58:30 2m 50s Structure Rescue ♥ 1 Hey, nice take on the theme! I enjoyed the simple mechanics and upgrade system. Some sound would have been nice though. Great work overall.
Oct 8 16:04:36 6m 06s ARCHamster JoJonson's Bizzare Adventure: Unstable Crusade ♥ 4 Funny entry. I enjoyed how the ball would start to crack as you took on damage. Does it eventually break? I got to the point where I was allowed to relax, so I assume I won. Interesting entry, and nice work!
Oct 8 16:08:14 3m 38s Bullet Hellements ♥ 1 Super cool entry. The mechanics were new and refreshing, the art was stellar, and the gameplay was simple and fun. Could have used some sound design, but great work!
Oct 8 16:22:18 14m 04s Core Calamity ♥ 1 Really cool art style. The sound design could have used some variation. Something as simple as randomly modulating the steps would have broken the monotony. Gameplay was simple and easy to understand, but well designed. The platform was a bit painfully slow, but otherwise I quite enjoyed your entry. Thanks for making it!
Oct 9 13:49:12 21h 26m SEXY BOOBY 95 ♥ 1 Excellent entry. I laughed, I cried, I wept deeply when the booby was just a bird. Not sure what else to say. Great luck in the jam.
Oct 10 18:00:12 28h 11m The Flamingo Files ♥ 1 Really cool game. The style, art, sound and vibe were great. Thanks for making this one!
Oct 12 13:10:20 43h 10m BRIMSTONE ♥ 1 This was my favorite entry so far! Great work! The style was awesome, the gameplay was tight and interesting. I would buy this as a full release. Add a few more mechanics, some better sound design, maybe a level editor and drop it for $4.99 on steam and switch! Great work.
Oct 13 01:15:20 12h 05m Mutated city ♥ 0 Nice River City Random-esque game! Cool entry.
Oct 13 01:27:09 11m 49s heat wave ♥ 1 This game had mad style. The way everything moved around smoothly, shifted size, and panned really added depth to what was otherwise a very simple and clean style. I didn't completely understand the mechanics of the game, and was able to reach a score of about 800 simply by spamming the cards. The number of villagers and effects on screen drastically slowed down my computer. Other than that this was a really interesting entry to the jam. Great work!
Oct 13 02:25:06 57m 57s uns(table) ♥ 2 What a bizarre and interesting entry. Firstly, 2 gigs? Yikes that's huge. This game had some really interesting effects. Nice work in such a short time. I really wanted to play this to the end, but after I got the nails, glue, and hammer I could not find a way to do anything else. Not sure if I missed something, if there was a bug, or if you just didn't finish the game. The last level where you are jumping over the video games made my physically sick and gave me vertigo, but was extremely unique and interesting regardless. Let me know if there is a way to beat this game, I'd like to see it through. Great entry!
Oct 21 14:00:51 203h 35m Asterogunner ♥ 0 Interesting little game. Thanks for making it!
Oct 21 14:04:33 3m 42s Durgon Outpost ♥ 0 Very short, but I liked the dialogue. Actually having music was a nice touch too. Good luck!
Oct 21 14:07:14 2m 41s The Dark Sea ♥ 0 Aesthetically pleasing, yet simple. I enjoyed it. Nice audio too.
