May 2 14:51:00 Our little island ♥ 0 Very nice game, a little on the shorter side. it would be interesting to see what you could expand off this, very interesting and unique idea!
May 2 19:14:57 4h 23m ATLANTIS ♥ 2 Art and music were nice, it should have a tutorial of some kind to explain everything. Once you get the hang of it however it's a fun rng strategy game, nice entry!
May 2 19:35:53 20m 56s BombOGuy ♥ 0 It was actually enjoyable when I figure out how to play. An interesting idea, albeit an incomplete one. Hopefully you can finish this, it would be interesting to see what direction you took with it, nice job.
May 2 19:43:43 7m 50s HOUSES ♥ 0 Interesting puzzle game, it was not only intriguing but also challenging too. Great entry.
May 2 19:51:37 7m 54s Snailty ♥ 1 Very confusing to play, the salt mechanic doesn't work very well. Graphics and music were nice however.
May 2 19:58:55 7m 18s Kryp ♥ 1 Nice entry, the screen becoming larger was a nice touch. However, the platforming was a little too slippery and there is no real end goal other than filling your screen. Overall well done.
May 2 20:20:26 21m 31s House Escape ♥ 1 I agree that it is too short, perhaps an entire mansion or a small house would add some depth to the area. The puzzles were interesting though, the items actually made sense for their purpose. Would love to see some expansion on this idea, what you have here is a great start. Nice entry!
May 3 00:23:06 4h 02m Slightly Angry Max ♥ 2 Very fun entry, I got up to 5050 for my best score. Movement and bullet speed were perfect and the enemy spawn rate is just right too, along with the boss spawn rate. Very nice entry, great job!
May 3 21:52:55 21h 29m Trolling Dare ♥ 0 Did manage to win, a fun little idea and a nice tribute to a friend. I would suggest adding more of a punishment for getting caught other than being moved to a corner. It also needs some other mechanic to it other than just clicking, maybe power ups or troll-streaks? Nice job on your entry.
May 3 21:58:38 5m 43s Wow! What a Small World! ♥ 1 Interesting idea for a small world. Would like to see it more fleshed out with perhaps some sound or music.
May 3 22:09:44 11m 06s Supermarket Sneak ♥ 4 Great game! Controls are great, difficulty isn't too hard, and the premise is unique. The graphics are nicely polished and the music is too, my only complaint is that some of the shoppers tend to cluster to create giant death walls that can cost you the game sometimes. Very nice entry!
May 3 22:17:38 7m 54s Clash of the Fungus ♥ 1 Very interesting idea, I like the 2 player support and all the unlockable mushrooms you can get. It was a bit confusing at first, but once I got the hang of it it was really fun to play. Graphics and audio were nice too. Great entry!
May 3 22:29:16 11m 38s Bad Panda 2 ♥ 2 Interesting idea, the platforming aspects of the game are good, my only gripe is the delay on swinging your weapon. You have to wait until the perfect moment because its range is so short and there is a delay on the weapon. I couldn't get very far without being frustrated, but if you fix this I'm sure the it will be much improved. I'll definitely give it another spin if you fix this.
May 4 00:53:21 2h 24m A World in a Jar ♥ 5 Wow what a great entry! The music and premise are really soothing and it's so easy to pour hours into the game. The combinations are pretty well thought out, and discovering a new plant was always a rush of joy. The game feeds off of your natural curiosity to discover by showing you what you could get and giving hints that are seemingly straight-forward, but the execution is more complicated. It's always satisfying to find a new plant. The music also perfectly emphasizes all these points (I know you didn't make the music, but your selection was perfect). This is quite possibly the best game I've judged so far, and I plan to play more in the coming days to unlock all the plants. Really nice entry, the only thing I would ask for is more.
May 4 01:07:47 14m 26s Lovebug ♥ 0 Haven't beat it yet, I got really close however but died. Great entry though, really enjoyed the premise and the art style. The music was really nice too, really ambient and calming. I will try to beat this some other time. But for now, just know you have a great entry here.
May 4 19:36:15 18h 28m Orbitunes ♥ 0 Neat idea, it was fun to play around with for a bit but it lacks substance. Nice entry though.
May 4 19:59:44 23m 29s Routine ♥ 1 Very interesting idea. The puzzles weren't too difficult or easy, just right. My only complaint is that it takes too long to wait for the perfect situation that you want to test and that it takes too long to reassign work places. Maybe there should be more days off. Other than that, good job!
May 4 20:12:22 12m 38s Shapeshifter: The King of A Small World ♥ 2 I would agree that music would be nice, and there are some minor things to fix. First is the jumping, it seems like you limited where the player is allowed to jump, which is fine, but the problem is that you can't change direction well when jumping, so it becomes frustrating trying to recover from a bad jump and falling all the way back to the bottom. I liked the idea of switching between the different bugs and the level design was good, just some minor platforming issues. Nice job!
May 4 22:46:21 2h 33m Flight Club ♥ 0 Great job! A nice reaction time game with a twist! I'm not very good at the game, so I couldn't get very far. I enjoyed playing it though, and that's what's important. The music and sound was nice too.
May 4 22:56:58 10m 37s Dispyria ♥ 2 Nice game, really loved the retro feel. The platforming was just right and the music was great. My only complaints are that it was too easy, and that the sound effects for enemies dying was dragged out a bit, a shorter version would be a little less annoying. It was also cool how you used the environment as special hiding places for chests/items. Very solid entry, nice job!
May 4 23:55:30 58m 32s Something about rockets that shrink planets! ♥ 1 Simple and fun, nice entry. The only complaints I have are that it's a little floaty and has a lack of instructions. Nice work though.
May 5 00:01:27 5m 57s Thieves, it's a small world ♥ 1 This seems incomplete, the idea and mechanics are here, it just needs more content. It would be interesting to see where you take this. Nice entry.
May 5 00:10:40 9m 13s Cosmic Chaos Crunch ♥ 2 Very interesting idea, loved the intro and voice overs! The game was a little on the easy side, and the acceleration of the earth was a bit much and caused a little bit of frustration. Nice job though.
May 5 00:14:42 4m 02s Frayliens ♥ 1 Fun little arena shooter, I can't get very far, but I like the idea of shooting two different aliens with the different colored lasers. Nice entry.
May 5 00:19:19 4m 37s Unlucky Planet ♥ 1 The game has a nice aesthetic graphically and the music is nice as well. This game is really hard, but in a good way. I can never get very far, but what I've played has been great. Great work!
May 5 00:28:12 8m 53s Toy Run ♥ 0 A solid runner game. Controls were a bit floaty, but I got used to it the more I played. The only other complaint I had was that the music was bit high pitched and screechy. Not a major issue since I could mute it, but something to consider for future projects. Great job!
May 5 19:11:21 18h 43m Super Kaiju Dunk City ♥ 1 Great entry, the art style is great along with the music and gameplay. It was really fun to play, an awesome twist on rhythm games. Really loved the premise of a kaiju playing basketball destroying cities. Really great entry, the only thing I have to say is I want more! It would be great if you would add more kaijus and more levels. Nice job!
May 5 19:53:42 42m 21s 50ft by 50ft (or How I Died In Space) ♥ 1 Made it to the end, the story is good and the idea is there, it just needs a little more. Perhaps some backgrounds of the ship or space and some ambient music would help add a lot of depth to it. You've got a great start here, it just needs a little more. Nice work.
May 5 20:07:36 13m 54s Fixville ♥ 2 It's a great idea, however I believe it needed more time. It looks like you spent a lot of time on the cut scenes and ran out of time for making the game. The opening village looks great, but the room lacks detail. It would be great to see a post-jam version, since the idea you have is their. All it needs is a little more content. Nice work though.
May 5 20:20:00 12m 24s Abaddon ♥ 0 Got to the top 25! This game is really hard, but in a good way. The graphics and atmosphere are perfect for the feel you're going for, and the gameplay is tight and responsive. The few things I didn't like are the view range, and how shooting tended to lag the game a bit. Other than that you've got a really solid entry here. Great work!
May 6 00:46:39 4h 26m Daily Routine: the smallest worlds are the ones we get stuck in ♥ 2 Played until Day 9, couldn't figure out the password (maybe I'm just dumb), but what I played seemed to building up to a great ending. All the subtle hints of change and all the events that would happen really brought in the mood. Nice work!
May 6 01:10:21 23m 42s Sucker Munch ♥ 0 A very fun and nuanced take on arena shooters. I loved the idea of a virus fighting medicine in a host and mutating to become more powerful and fight the medicine. The difficulty was just right, the only complaint I have is that absorbing should probably be automatic. It creates situations where you almost have to lose a life to grow stronger. Music and graphics were great, overall a great entry. Nice work!
May 7 14:44:21 37h 34m Tiny Hadron Collider ♥ 2 A very polished and simple idea. It takes a while to get used to, especially on pc, but after that it's a great little app. My only qualm is that the goal of the game is to avoid the particles, but whenever you hit them it doesn't seem that have any consequences. Maybe it's a glitch or it's intentional, but there should be more of a reason not to hit them. Other than that the music was nice and it had a very polished feel to it, nice work!
May 7 14:53:27 9m 06s Pong of Gods ♥ 1 This is quite a unique twist on Pong. The idea of not only controlling the paddles but the balls too is pretty well done. It's a bit overwhelming at first, but once all the mechanics are realized it becomes pretty simple to play. Well done!
May 7 15:06:10 12m 43s Sherpa Surfer ♥ 0 Great idea, it was a nice little puzzle to complete. It was a bit short, but because of its randomness, it has a lot of replay-ability. Very nice idea, would be interesting to see what you could expand on it. Perhaps instead of dots showing distance you showed a world globe that would only pinpoint your location to help visualize where you're going. Great work!
May 7 15:19:41 13m 31s Miniscule Frenzy ♥ 2 Managed to beat the game, very impressed with this. At first it seemed to be a simple platformer, but the audio and the mechanic to turn enemies good where very nuanced and fresh. Overall the game play was just right and the difficulty too. I too also liked the piano notes from jumping, and throughout the audio effects and music were very well done. I'd love to see more of this game if you want to add to it, but as it stands it's a solid entry.
May 7 15:28:21 8m 40s Flicker of Hope ♥ 2 The concept is for this is really great. The pixel-art and audio are great, and set the mood perfectly for the game. It took me a while to figure out what I was doing but I enjoyed it even when I was confused. Great job here!
May 7 15:35:48 7m 27s Of Course I Remember You! ♥ 2 +1 for Cthulhu, pretty entertaining game, it's essentially a timed mad lib. The situations were amusing and the art style only added to that. I'm terrible at this so I always lose, but enjoyable nonetheless. Good work here!
May 7 16:19:02 43m 14s Alchemist's Prison ♥ 1 Graphics and the ambiance is great, I did run into a problem while playing though. Each time it was supposed to move to the next day after day three it just stayed on day three, it also seemed the difficulty did not increase so I assumed it was just a bug. What I got to play though was pretty solid, just a few minor things to consider. When you pick up ingredients to move them, sometimes they get caught on something and you can't pick them up. This wouldn't be such a problem if they didn't block other ingredients, so I'd have to wait for it to despawn before I could use the ingredients behind it. Another thing was that there seemed to be no penalty for giving the wrong potion or taking too long, maybe that's because I was stuck on day three but it would be nice if you would make the customer leave instead of just waiting and paying less money. Another idea you should use is that every day the alchemist must buy more ingredients, almost like a papers, please system. it would add more risk and tension to the game and make it more difficult. These are just ideas, but I say them because this game has great potential and I'd love to see it morph into something great, it's up to you though. Overall a great entry, nice work!
May 7 18:54:02 2h 35m Until Tomorrow ♥ 2 Game had a great atmosphere and story, I love games like this where the plot loops forever. Reminds me a little of Moirai. Great job here, would love to see more puzzles and more things on the gameplay side. Great job!
May 8 19:47:24 24h 53m Headroom ♥ 1 Graphics and music were impressive. A little to be desired in the gameplay department, but everything else made up for it. Nice entry, keep up the good work!
May 9 22:07:14 26h 19m Den ♥ 2 An intriguing concept, graphics and the gameplay was nice. The controls were a bit awkward, mostly having to click and drag to move anywhere. Audio and atmosphere were great too. Overall this had a nice amount of playtime, and was just a great entry. Nice work!
May 10 17:40:10 19h 32m Bubblenaut ♥ 1 I also had the issue of getting stuck in walls. Great entry, graphics remind me of Felix Colgrave's style. Great atmosphere and music too! The only complaints I have are that it's too short and the last jump is nearly impossible. The controls were a little delayed and stiff, it was very difficult to turn direction mid air. Otherwise great job, hope you expand on this, it has a lot of potential!
May 10 17:55:15 15m 05s Petty Puny Planet 38 ♥ 1 Loved the humor and style! A few of the choices could be more meaningful, and sometimes I went for long stretches without having anything happen, but the endings made up for all that. Graphics and music were great, overall just a nice entry. Keep up the good work!
May 14 14:44:19 92h 49m Amoebros ♥ 1 Great idea! Really loved cultivating my own colony of bacteria. The music was good, if not a little repetitive. The visuals were nice and I loved how you made it look like everything is happening through a microscope. Great work!
May 14 14:53:39 9m 20s Naughty Gnomes ♥ 1 Loved how you used your own engine for this. Overall it was pretty solid, the only complaint I have is that there should be an option to cancel a cake throw, but maybe that's part of the challenge. Would love to see more levels and possibly items as powerups. Music and graphics were great too, nice work!
May 15 13:35:50 22h 42m Fortress ♥ 0 Interesting concept for a tower defense game. Would love to see some expansion on it. It seemed to me that the towers had too little health, and I was constantly rebuilding them (maybe that's the point) but I also found no use for walls. Great work!
May 15 13:51:00 15m 10s Extension ♥ 1 Really liked the idea. Screen was a bit small which made it hard to see the puzzles, but the concept is really interesting. Great work!
May 15 13:57:58 6m 58s iwantout ♥ 1 Really like the aesthetic, but the fundamental puzzles left a little more to be desired. The idea is great, but it should be more than just a memorization puzzle with a pattern, maybe walk around the office and find the letters then assemble them in order? I did like the ending though, overall a pretty solid entry.
May 16 13:47:05 23h 49m Expand Your World ♥ 1 Loved the idea and visual style. The platforming was a bit floaty and uncontrollable at points. The player also moved a little too quick, which might have escalated the problem. Overall nice entry!
May 16 21:09:38 7h 22m s-mol ♥ 0 Loved the concept. It was really relaxing to just mess around with the different shapes and see what tunes could be created. The puzzle elements were unique, I just wish there was more. Would be interesting if you expanded on this with different keys and puzzles. Nice job here!
May 18 11:34:34 38h 24m Minor Alternative Destroyer ♥ 1 Fun little runner, really love the different level types and the fast paced gameplay. Graphics were nice and I loved how the destructible environment added points. Great entry!
May 20 18:32:26 54h 57m Land Ahoy! ♥ 0 I really enjoyed the graphics and general aesthetic of the game. I'd say the weakest aspect was the controls, but this didn't take away too much from it overall. It's a pretty short and simple game but it fits the theme very well and the idea is really creative. Great submission, keep it up!
