Wonderful polishing and sound design, but there are a number of things that platformers often suffer from:
- There are a lot of "leaps of faith" in the game. These are the moments in the game when **the player needs to jump into the unknown** or make a dash to where the camera is not looking yet - Disappearing objects in the game do not have animation before disappearing, and the player cannot figure out exactly when the ground may leave from under his feet. **I've lost platforms under the hero very often, and it's terribly annoying**. A good solution would be to make the platforms blink for at least 0.5 seconds - Why does the hero slide off the platforms?... - At some points, **the hero respawned outside the level several times** and instantly died three times before appearing in the right place
The game has a very good elaboration, but it is important to remember about the correct design of the genre

Damn, it was very reminiscent of a childhood game on an old phone, where you had to run past enemies in a straight line for a man. Nice graphics, the mechanics themselves are somewhat reminiscent of Tetris, but with a view from above. Very cool!

The game has good newgrounds games vibe, cool sound-design and interesting idea! But the game lacks smoother pacing, as it is very difficult to keep track of three turrets and a crowd of goblins at the start. On the first wave, I would like one or two turrets and a little fewer goblins for a smoother immersion of the player. Keep it up!❤

Reality has adjusted to the theme of LD
I've completely completed the game and here's what I can say. This is just the coolest game I've seen here, I love everything about it - from the character's face when a banana is thrown in his face to these monkeys with a sight like Finnish snipers!!! Maybe the problem is on my side, but I didn't have any sounds in the game, so I won't rate these categories. In general, it's great to see the game in a similar setting, I really liked the mini-games and the funny narration. Hugged every developer and catch the meme❤

I haven't played many pico 8 games, but I really liked this one. It's a simple idea, it plays fast, and I think it's done a good job. Keep it up ! Based on the advice, I can say that it would be a good idea to reduce the loading volume of the main pin on the board, otherwise it is a little louder than the rest of the sounds
Nice music, cute robot - this is already a very good combo. Despite the seemingly complex computer interface, I was able to easily figure out how to complete the tasks, this is a very cool game!
@coatline thx for feedback! Game was made with Construct 3, sound-design (and music) with FL Studio. In general, there is really no difference in which tool you use. The most important thing is the feeling of FUN right at the development stage, and without creating a raw prototype. If you're interested, I was very much inspired by the presentation of "The Art of Screenshake", from which I learned a lot of useful things.
