Nice game! Fun little bullet hell. Not easy, too.

Nice game! Fun little bullet hell. Not easy, too.
I love this. A lot. It does a few simple things, but it does them perfectly and it is super polished and very well done. The sound and graphics are great and create a really cool mood, while the gameplay is simple, super fun and gets harder over time in a good linear way (which is something a lot of games here don't really do that well). I just loved it!
Insanely good. Looks good, sounds good, plays good. Innovative, unique, follows the theme in an interesting way. Nothing else to say except for well done.
This is awesome. The graphics are perfect in my opinion, and the gameplay is super responsive and fun. Really cute little game, had a great time with it.
It's a really cute game. The gameplay itself is very fun, although not having a game over state is kind of a bummer and removes the pressure. However, in combination with the simple graphics and sound it makes it extremely relaxing. But it's kind of short on content, and where's the theme???
@martymon We are now uploading a small update that fixes some bugs and explains this better - there are city action cards and character action cards. There is currently no indication as to which is which (we are not adding one because we consider this adding new content) but you can distinguish them with simple logic. Bribe, for example, is a card that can only be used on characters. Attack City, on the other hand, can only be played on cities. We did a very poor job explaining this concept.
No clue as to what I just played. But I liked it.
Love the graphics and general style, but found the actual gameplay loop kind of boring. There's a very limited set of actions, each of them harms you in a different way... There is no way to progress, only to maybe slow the rate of destruction, and I found it to be quite annoying... Overall, though, this is a nice idea that can evolve to something great, and your execution is amazing - the game looks great and it's one of the most polished games I've seen here.
That music... It's just hilarious. The graphics are also really nice, and the gameplay is fun enough. Didn't really understand the heart meter, or when it's game over. But I enjoyed my time with this game.
Really cool game. It looks AMAZING, and the mechanics work well and fit the theme. Would be nice to see more content.
Cool game. I think the game can be really fun if the jump mechanic was working as intended. Fix this small bug and you have yourself a cute little game, with fun gameplay and a nice soundtrack to go with it. Also, this is a really good interpretation of the theme!
This is so cool! I wish there was more of it. Maybe endless randomized robots to fight, with more modules being revealed slowly? Anyway, the gameplay is BRILLIANT. Simply genius. It's so much fun! The graphics are simple but they work well for a game like this. Too bad there isn't music, I think it would really help to add some tension. All in all, this game is absolutely one of my favorites so far. Keep up the good work!
Took me time to really get the game, the text is hard to read. The idea is nice, it is very simple but well executed and nicely polished.
This is a clever little take on the theme! I really liked it. It's simple, it's smart puzzle solving and it's really fun. Add music! And make it clear that enter restarts the level, it was confusing at first. But overall this is fantastic.
The idea is nice, but the gameplay isn't that fun in my opinion... The graphics are great, but there is no sound to back them up. Overall, it's not bad - but kind of lacking on content and music.
This is great. Just great. The graphics are P-H-E-N-O-M-E-N-A-L, the sound is fantastic, and the idea is brilliant. Very original use of the "running out of power" theme. The only thing that's bugging me here is the wall jumping. It stopped me more than helped me, and it just doesn't work that well. But overall, this is just an awesome little platformer, and the idea of your visibility slowly decreasing is just great.
Nice take on the runner genre. If it was a bit faster, and had music, it would be really fun. Game over happened for no apparent reason and then pressing enter didn't restart the game. Also, where is the theme?
The idea here is awesome. Music (and baby crying sound effects) is really lacking here. I also wish there would be a short minigame where you go and do actions, but the game is not about that - it's about running around trying not to run out of power (great implementation of the theme!) while managing a crying baby and performing house tasks. It's very fun, and I had a great time with it. Awesome job!
I had great fun with this. At first it reminded me of FTL, but it's very different. I love the gameplay and mechanics, especially the ammo and firing mechanism which is really cool. It's rather unfortunate that you didn't have the time to finish everything, because with more balanced and unique modules this would be amazing. As it stands, it took me a few runs to understand that H reveals what everything does, and then I could find a basic strategy that was not hard to do that just led me through the game (when with enemy, 1 engine 2 ammo 1 shield 1 firing, when on the go 2 engine 1 repair 1 ammo 1 shield). I wish it would get more complex and I would definitely play it. You did a phenomenal job.
Beautiful and simple. It looks, sounds, and plays well. Nice work :)
Cute game. The graphics are really nice, and so is the audio. The gameplay itself is a little bit boring since you have no idea where the actual batteries are, you are just wandering around the place. But it works, especially for the short amount of time the game lasts. Nice work!
This is a great game. Really nicely done. It's fun, clever and works well. I didn't play it a lot yet, but it seams complex with a lot of content - and that's phenomenal for a game jam game. You have managed to create a good and fun puzzle platformer with unique mechanics that just works and is a proper good game. Well done!
Pretty amazing you managed to do so much in a 72 hour window. Props! The graphics are great, the sound and voiceover add a lot. I like short narratives, and this definitely fits that category. I will say that the combat mechanics aren't that great, and maybe it was a bug but I couldn't always use all of the abilities... Perhaps I was running out of power? The game didn't really explain that, and the voiceover was cut sometimes so maybe I didn't get to hear the explanation. Overall, nice work!
This is one of the more complete games I got to see so far. It feels like a genuine game, not like a thing you made in 72 hours. The graphics are phenomenal, and the game is good fun. Controls are tight, but they can use some work - looking up and down with the mouse can mean the world. There is a decent amount of content here, and the fighting is fun. Overall, I had a great time playing this game :)
Definitely a shot for gold in the graphic department, but not in much else in my opinion. The game is nice and relaxing, but the controls (especially looking around with the mouse) made me nauseous and I just couldn't play for more than a few minutes. I really wish I could explore this beautiful and relaxing world peacefully, but I can't.
Oh, this is cool. This is REALLY cool. I'm really smiling right now. It's so simple and elegant, and so fun! The graphics and more importantly - the aesthetic are beautiful, and I'm just in awe. It's original, it's polished, it's simple, it's fun, it's gorgeous, it sounds great - it's just so so so good.
I laughed so much without even knowing the Theresa May thing with wheat fields... This game is great. Graphics are pretty good (besides the weird text bug) and they do the trick, and the sound is good. The storytelling here is phenomenal, and I enjoyed every second of this.
