I'm a huge fan of the classic GTAs and a huge fan of vampires, so this game is a dream. The art style it's really impressive as well. PLEASE MAKE IT INTO A FULL GAME.
It took me a bit to understand how it worked, but overall I think it's a great idea and the audio really makes it shine : )
I loved the art style and the game was really fun to play! I felt I was playing a fool game, to be honest.
The game was super fun to play and I found it highly innovative as well. Good job!
Graphics are really cute! I enjoyed playing it a lot. Great work!
The aesthetic is awesome!! It reminded me of my Sega Saturn games!
For anyone interested, I just wrote an article about the creation process we followed and some learnings we got from the creation of this project : )

Since some people asked us which technique did we use to create the sprites in less than 72h, I decided to write an article about it: https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/46/garden-royale/garden-royale-making-off-part-2
The combat system was very engaging and it remind me of "Punch Club" when it comes to the strategic depth involved. Really promising concept, I'd love to see it turned into a full game!
I liked a lot the art style and think that the idea was fun to play. I think with a bit of effort (maybe increasing the speed of the main character), and several scenarios that provide you with different enviromental challenges, it could become a full game.
The cover picture was amazing, so at first it was a bit disappointing to then get graphics of a complete different style... but after I played, the game itself it was quite interesting and it got me hooked for a while. Nice!
Now if you make a game with the same visual quality as the cover then... <3
The art design is amazing, even though sometimes it opposes the game. I think that exploring that art style you could generate something really unique and that could be a brand, but right now it's more of an obstacle to enjoy the game in my opinion.
WOW! Really amazing to do that in an hour. The game is quite basic but when it comes to speed you should get a medal!
The game was very addictive and fast. Port it to mobile and it can be a hit!!
Procedural levels is always a time trap. Loved the game. I think you could port it to mobile and it could become a hit!
It felt quite addictive, and remind me of classic flash games I used to play. I feel it's definitively a great game, specially if it's your first jam one : )
The art is amazing!! I think you should port this game to mobile, it's "pick'n'play" style would be particularly nice for that platform in my humble opinion. Great work!
I loved the art style, even though the game was a bit hard to understand. I'll check the tutorial and play again!
Based on looks, sound etc alone, this game feels like a complete product. Definitively full-release quality.
For the gameplay I'd loved to have a bit more extra tutorial guidance because it took me a while to learn the tricks. Nevertheless, I don't know if maybe that was a deliverate decision since it contributed to my investment on the game a lot.
Great work, I'm super impressed.
I liked the game even though it was quite hard (I can make it beyond level 3, I see I'm not the only one). It reminded me of classics such as "Cut The Rope". It has a lot of potential but that difficulty curve needs to be touched! ; )
I felt like being a Blade Runner using the test machine. Very interesting idea, even though I would love a bit more unexpected events to make it a bit less repetitive : )
I'm not a huge fan of these type of games but I felt it was quite engaging even though its mechanic simplicity. Also, the art style it's really captivating, it was the thing that made me play it.
The graphics were really funny but I found the game a bit difficult to understand. A tutorial would've been great.
I liked the twist of protecting something : )
I don't think I fully understand some of the mechanics since I'm losing quite fast, but I liked the overall idea and the visuals are quite funny. I think a couple of extra tutorials would be really helpful : )
