Linux build?
Fun game! I included it in my Ludum Dare 38 compilation [video series](https://youtu.be/tHgMVMVGPRc), if you’d like to take a look :)
I honestly don't know what to say about this game xD It's a very weird game and any comments I could say about gameplay are negated by the very genre this game is! It was interesting to play for sure! Thanks for sharing this!
I love the graphics, music, and arm physics. This game makes me really happy and is probably the best use of Unity's glitchy physics I have ever seen.
Oh my, at first I couldn't do bug clearing and rotating the planet at the same time. I loved that you made me try harder on multitasking, something I'm not great at! The song was funny, was that made by you? I noticed that when a bug gets his way you play something from Kill Bill, right? Pretty cool.
You asked in-game to tell if you should continue working on it for Steam. I think that it can be a good choice for kids, but I think the graphics would have to be more appealing to them and they won't get the references of muppets or our-god-Cthullu.
Congrats! Good job!
"God luck" - either a great typo or nice wit =)
The game was fun and it makes you multitask which is cool for an event like this where simplicity is usually king.
It was addicting enough to make me try it more than a few times and while at the end I still sucked at it, I had a lot of fun letting the world die!
This is an innovative concept and it's a really funny idea to imagine a god in a regular office work day trying to take care of a random planet. Quite hard to clean the bugs and rotate the planet at the same time though !
I finally made it through the first day =) I enjoyed this game although it took me some time to get used to the rotation and adjusting it's speed. It's indeed something I could imagine on steam one day.
Mhmmm, it's hard to say, but I think the game has potential for Steam. I don't know why, but I see it strangely well with VR devices XD... Anyway, I like gameplay, and I'm interested in what might become in the future :)
Really funny simulator type game. I enjoyed the music, especially that I could just turn it off by throwing away the radio  The world was slow to react to input which in my opinion gave it a much heavier feel, even though it was pretty annoying in the beginning :) The only thing I seriously think you should change is that if a bug is flung towards the globe with the mouse and therefore killed, it can still conquer the planet and cause a very frustrating game over
And the tentacle physics were amazing 10/10 would glitch again
I enjoyed this a lot! Very clever, good use of the theme, it was difficult at first but I was able to win the day after a few tries.
My only complaint is that the mouse controls were difficult, but I am on Mac and so I had to use the web version. I imagine full screen it would've been easier.
Nicely done!
Nice entry! Lots of funny details in the scene. Good concept overall. The only thing weird was the physic of the tentacle, but appart from that, well executed. Good job ;)
Such a fun (and funny) game! It really tests your multitasking capabilities. It took me a while till I got the hang of it.
The graphics are nice and it plays good. Also, I like the idea of cthulhu working in an office, overseeing all the planets.
I had no problems with the mouse control, but sometimes I wiped the bugs onto the planet, which was infuriating.
But I managed to beat the game and I had fun and a good laugh while doing it! Good job!
Haha, this was hilarious. I liked the combination of focusing on the globe and trying to swat the bugs away. I liked the octodad-like physics/swatting controls.
It was pretty difficult, I think mostly because it was too easy to accidentally swat a bug onto the globe.
Fun game, and a clever, original idea.
Wow! Just Wow :D Fun game!
Challenging game. It requires a lot of attention. Move the planet to the needed position is hard by itself but it is even harder if you have to fight with that bug infestation. I also like all the details in the decoration. Good job.
Silly physics are always fun, immediately get that surgeon simulator vibe. I of course died first day because I die at all games requiring any actual skill. Physics was obviously janky but with a game like this that's part of the charm, I wouldn't worry about it overly much.
Weird, but funny combination of Game-Mechanics ;D I enjoied playing it! One or two more levels would be funny!
Nice job. You created a nice atmosphere. Rotating was a bit tricky but after a while it gets better.
Saw this on a stream, had to come back and give it a go myself in judging, the alarm still cracks me up. Really enjoyable game, 10/10 for the bizarre adventure
I am the worst god ever.
It's probably for the best.
Neat game, the controls are a bit rough for me (but I'm on a trackpad). I like the "Surgeon Simulator" idea applied to the cosmic scale!
I am a God and I can confirm that this is exactly what work is like.
My noodle arm had a spasm every time it touched anything making it hard to get the bugs away, and it was hard to get the globe to do what I wanted. Nice game anyway, the pictures and radio were a nice touch.
Also, quick note, some people can't open .7z or .rar files. Perhaps you should release to a .zip too.
Fun game. The tentacle bug was a bit annoying while trying to move away the little bugs, though. Also, ph'nglui mglw'nafh Cthulhu R'lyeh wgah'nagl fhtagn. Crypto's portrait? lol
Omg when the bug got on the planet :joy: Awesome game, oh and the SFXs are brilliant.
very cute, I liked it.
only had a few problems. I was having troubles keeping the planet's dots on the light it just kept on spinning out of the light and i had troubles seeing the difference between the red and orange blocks.
I did laugh when the bug got on top of the planet that was pretty cute.
This was too hard for me. I couldn't wrap my head around the world controls.. and if I focused too much a bug got me. I managed to get it on my third try though, so that's good! Maybe the world could slow down faster on its own, that would make it easier I think. Nice idea, sounds, graphics.
Haha, very neat! And the game over zoom sequence geally got me laughing, plus #SoMuchPopCultureReferences :)
I'd love to see the houses tear off and fly away if you rotate the planet too intensely, I was kinda expecting that :D
the whole idea is fun and the game well made, though the bug swatting mechanic would need some improvement (since it's fairly easy to just spam the 'hand' by going all over the screen with mouse). That would basically be my only issue :)
Grat job, leaving my rating. Cheers!
That was something really special! Loved it. I really liked the decor of the office! Made me chuckle. The silly tentacle sweeping bug game was fun, and it took me a little while to 'git gud' at managing the temp of people and the bug swatting - but once I got there it was a hoot.
I loved the look of the planet as well! Very polished, and complete feeling game! Congrats!
I must say, this game is quite similar to my game in some ways! [Set Sails](https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/38/set-sails) (shameless plug :-) )
The controls where a bit of a struggle. During my first run the globe was spinning wildly out of control as I desperately tried to wrestle it. After a few round I learned to control the beast but it was sill a bit to hard to control. The game is very unique and charming in an odd way and the audio is a good math to the rest of the game. If you want to develop the game further I fear if will be hard to make the game enjoyable for more than a few minutes but if you continue to add more weird shit it might become a interesting product.
GG guys!
Really not an easy game but I really enjoyed it.
The controls are a bit hard to get but when you have it, it's okay.
The graphics are really good and I enjoyed the small pictures on the background that you can smash. You did a great job buddy, and by the way, thanks for your feeback on my game, really appreciated ! See you !
Haha, lovely. I liked that I had something to do with my left hand. I also loved that cthulhu is employee of the month
Amazing, it feels so friendly :) But I'm reaaally sad about the fact that the planet doesn't slow down on its own... you quickly end with a speedy-rotating-and-uncontrolable-ball, which breaks a bit the game, since it's way too hard in my humble opinion.
I love the desk decoration and the tentacle mechanic :D Btw, amazing graphics. On the overall, really nice entry, but yeah, the control of the planet is way to hard for me.
That's a great game! Nice graphics and art, really liked it. Good job, keep up the great work!
Thaks for joining my stream! The game has some serious humor going on there! :)
Nice graphics, nice theme, the controling of the planet is a bit weird tho... maybe some friction would be nice and faster rotate-acceleration also.
You can watch me playing the game here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s5x4fRX8yrw
Not bad. Music is pretty great. My main issue is with the controls - the planet would never rotate where I wanted it to, and every time I played I eventually lost because the planet was spinning so fast that I lost total control.
The bugs did not seem to provide much of a challenge; I could mostly just wave around my mouse and be fine.
Very funny ! :) I loved the animation when a bug reach the globe ! :D Otherwise graphics are okay are the arm is very glitchy but funny. The globe is also very difficult to control, I think it would have been better to have a more intuitive control for that. Overall that was nice, good job ! But please, GET THIS SONG OUT OF MY HEAD :'(
By the way, I described the two endings of my game on my page ;)
I had a lot of fun with the tentacle - sorry about the picture frames :-) I'm not much of a god - but it was a lot of fun. What an original concept - I like multi-tasking. Very tempted to go and have another go right now...
funny and nice graphics globe is so nice, so nice game
