Awesome! Very good idea, I enjoyed it a lot.

Awesome! Very good idea, I enjoyed it a lot.
The music and graphics pair very nicely, and the theme is incorporated very well. Great work!
Thanks so much for the feedback everyone! I really appreciate it. I'll definitely take your comments into consideration for future updates :)
@blinkenlights Added screenshots! Thank you!
> It does make me worry about the poor sanitation workers at the local sewage treatment plant though, what if the slime keeps growing?
Sequel incoming?
Thanks for the feedback! :D
Fantastic! The art is awesome and adorable. The fact that this was made solely by you is very impressive.
In addition to kamekai's suggestions, I think the dissolve shader (which is amazing btw) should be a little faster, unless there's some gameplay element there I'm missing.
Really great work!
There is a set weight value and it will keep adding boxes until the total weight of every box combined is equal to or greater than that value. The total worth of every box combined is (for all intents and purposes) 100% random, which probably makes the game a lot less skill-based than I'd like it to be if I'm being completely honest.
I'll be sure to add tea in a later update to validate your expectation :P
Thanks! It might be surprising given how simple this was but I actually was almost late submitting this, so I unfortunately wasn't able to add the visual effects I wanted :( I didn't think of dust particles though, that's a great idea.
I agree with you guys on the music. We honestly couldn't find a more fitting piece and this was the closest thing we liked. I'm sure someone else could find something better but we didn't in the time we had.
I really appreciate the praise and criticism. Thanks so much <3
Very nice! I love the various mechanisms (buttons and the sort)
The camera was really hard to work with, and it made it very frustrating to play. Other than that this was fantastic
That was a blast! Really reminiscent of the popular "Diner Dash"-like games of the 2000s.
The graphics and audio were, while crude, both adorable and practical. The faces had a lot of personality to them and I love the way you designed the machines. ("Choppy" got me good)
I love those little fruit people!
Really great work. I honestly have negative bad to say about it. Just all around awesome job. This might be the highest I've ever ended up rating a game :)
Very good for your first game! I couldn't get the sacrifices to work, however. Not sure if that was a mistake I was making or what.
You usually don't want to give projectiles a rigidbody since they'll just be colliding with other rigidbodies anyway, which still fires the collision. Because they have a rigidbody they can collide with each other and some projectiles will get stuck.
I don't really understand the point of the time travel mechanic, but it was very well implemented nevertheless.
Well done!
The audio/visuals were great! I love the gameplay, although it took a while to get used to dropping with a different button.
Very fun! The graphics and sound worked very well together.
Very nice! I love the old-school Mac visuals. The music was fantastic too.
Very nice interpretation of the theme. The game somewhat reminds me of Minerbot by 31eee384. Well done!
@hutchings90 Correct! Sorry if that's not completely clear.
Thank you, everyone!
@mika-la-grand We can't opt into audio. We didn't make the audio. If you don't find the game humorous, please rate it appropriately.
You could camp in the corners, but you'd die to unseen enemies pretty easily since they can appear from anywhere on a radius around the center of the map.
Thank you for the feedback!
Very nice! The fact that you did this in allegro both terrifies and intimidates me. It's refreshing to play a game with such responsive controls, as simple as it is
That was really fun! Reminded me of Final Fantasy Tactics or Triple Triad, weirdly enough.
One thing that bugged me was that I couldn't tell how my opponent killed me because the game ended before I saw their moves.
Very fun to play with a friend. Great work
The attack and coin animations were fantastic! The audio was great too. The game overall reminded me of old computer games from the early-mid 90s. Well done!
Insanely good. I love the audio/visuals. Has a somewhat Shellshock feel to it.
I love this! The sound effects are very satisfying and I enjoyed playing a lot. I agree that the controls and camera need work. Great job!
I like the idea! Just a tip, if you set the sprites to "Point" filter in their settings in Unity, they'll be a lot more crisp.
Very fun for how simple it is. Well done on your first jam!
Visuals and audio are fantastic. Controls are a little awkward but other than that the game is solid. Nice work!
