the music was nice, i liked the fact i didnt need to Download it to play it.
but i didnt like the gameplay much, moving nobs to fit shapes. maybe its just me. your other games are nice too.
nice fps,needs mid level checkpoints. somthing that will mark the way you need to go or a map(generally make it easy to finish anyone can do it,because you want everyone to see the hole game).
overall its a great entry.
wow the animations are amazing and the collision effects too.
would love to play a full paid version of this on android or laptop.

about the gameplay i tried its very hard and you need to be very accurate with the spirit to get results(they shift back too fast and when i get just a little far).
couldn't go pass the first level. took me awhile to get i need tho shift them first at the start before they get too close.
it was hard to click on the game over it kept on selecting (highlighting in blue)the text and the img.
but i loved the game idea.

i liked it but i couldnt finish it. couldnt figure it out.
it wasnt a hard game but very fun, moving my skeleton army crushing the opposition and adding their bones to my army.
too bad its short. i hope you make a commercial version and "shut up and take my money"(throwing money at the screen).

the most fun game i played this compo.
the control and movement was smooth the fire power satisfying.
and you fit the theme perfectly with the ship changing when you get new parts.
tons of weapons and damage effects.
and the ship parts after they explode awsome!
reminded me of tyrian and escape velocity.
you shod refine and put it on steam(and send me a "take my money" link so i can buy it).

that was fun and also very funny when the tight pants men slide trough the screen,and the music also fits the bullet hell, i love bullet hell.
was fun and easy to play and get into,i liked the end animation too.
the sound and graphics was good.overall a nice memory game for a few minutes.
awsome multiplayer, i liked the concept and where your going with this, how hard it is to use node js for multiplayer?
as mentioned before the ship is not so easy to control once you go fast.

lol its not space invaders "clone" not even close, i didnt think about it.
the colors change when you pick a powerup, the white bases create them rendomly.

yes i had a lot of fun, im glad i didnt stick to the mmo ,next time im doing mass efect ,dragon age ,command and conquer ,dota,heros3, doom online with an ingame paint app!

the hole gameplay is kinda based on decisions.
the collision problem is due to div rotation,probably the collision box dosnt rotate. ill fix it, thanks for noticing that.
---about the music
the audio was the hardest part for me,my composition skills are not as good as my programming skill. i learned how to make 8 bit arpeggio that day and used the most generic chord progression i could find.the precaution is generic bum bah sound.

im awere of that, i found a fix for that, a freeze powerup, that the player can use by pressing space.

Arvydas : thank you, as i mentioned before i will layer another mechanic to counter the randomness.
i still read your comments even after the compo (even half a year later,and byond).
i wont be working on this game any time soon, im very busy with other projects.

the animation and art are good the ghost is very cute.
it has potential i realy liked the gameplay idea.
but you abused the spikes mechanic, i couldnt finish the game and got frustrated.becuse i thoght it was cool but couldnt finish it.
for a competition i think you shod make a game trhat would be easy to finish even for the most chalenged player.
overall i gave you a good score because i can see you worked hard on it.
its nice could be more refined and easier to use.
i realy liked it, the music is great and the graphics are nice.
you could of done easier controls for shape shifting, put in a score counter.
and add a gameplay vid (well i didnt do one but its a good advice).

played again,i liked the enemy art,got the same error and game crushed, i didnt like the keys and dead ends.
also couldnt figure out how to shot.
felt lovecraftian.
also the stairs mechanic, ther must be a way to do it better.maybe press up to go on the stairs?
it happend when i clicked the inventory, i think its a game maker bug, you shod use a normal scripting languge with oop.
about shooting i tried it didnt work sorry.

oh the logo dang thats a fine logo, reminds me of black thorn and other old commercial games.
put it on a server for evryone to play or at least create an exe, if you know how to use github you shod at least know how to do that.

the art is very nice, the controls are simple and can easily be ported to mobile.
you can add more game design layers like stuff to avoid like bombs, and lives. you can add combos grab of stuff.
from this you can only build.
a lose and win screens can help too.
music and sound can add alot too.
very nice pixle art, the music composition was also good.
with more improvement this can be a great defence game.
also if you can do that with scratch im sure you can do it with any programing language.
i started with flashpunk, but today i suggest phaser for web games/mobile(or unity).

very nice and polished, took me while to figure out the guns but it was very fun, i can totaly see it as a bigger game on steam(with more development and features)
ascii style i like it, forgot how much fun it is to make these kind of games,like nethack.
would be nice if the controls were more fluent instead of bashing enter all the time.
a very hard game, i liked the flashbang dudes, the defnce mechanism helped. but i got cheapshoted to death from random directions.
maybe add more lives and use unitys built in camera features to make the level a bit bigger, maybe add powerups.

that is the most fun game i played so far, fell in love with the concept you gotta make this game.
now the bad:
*its hard to get stuff (hold/drag) because of the objects hitbox is below so you need to click a little below.
i sew this in another game maker game. i say ditch game maker and go for phaser js, or unity or any other programming language.
*couldn't equip during battle and outside of battle i didnt get how to equip weapons.
maybe add somthing like a potion belt like in diablo,so you can equip stuff the ai can use.
overall very fun. just needs more polish and it would be great.

its an interesting concept, i remember playing an old 2d game like that,it had a shild and every weapon had different powers and dmg and speed.
also the play btn hitbox is below the img.
this game has a long way to go in design and development.
maybe player advancement vs the game difficulty rising will help.
the art is cute maybe add some sound or music.
also write the controls down somewhere.

the rotation i think its becuse of the img position, i switching game engines anyway (to phaser). ill make a remake in the future (and post it here).
ill fix the spawn problem.
about the texture it will probbly be in the future vertion too.

i agree it would be more fun with more monsters and towers...but i only had 48 hours. i planned for a much bigger scope with powerups and upgrades, teleporting enemy once you hit it,shooting enemy, and more...
i had to sacrifice a lot of features even basic ones like ui and sound effects.
SetTheBet: oh the rotation problem persists, it sholdnt affect gameplay to much the attack is an aoe hits all monsters around the player.

Kitkom :well background is one of the things i had to sacrifice to finish it. the attack is in all directions and if you have to face somthing just move the move a little more. when i move on to phaser engine i wont have this problem in future games.
Rico The Jammer :good im glad you finished it.it wasnt meant to be a hard game. the crossbows are immortal to make it easier.
when i remake it with the new game engine ill add more depth(and make the crossbow mortal).
im not a great musician but i can compose simple stuff.
medieval music with 6 instruments or more demand alot more time then i had in this compo.
tenpn : aiming? with a sword and aoe (aka hit everything around you), well the players know best.
i didnt want to confuse so the movement is simple you push up the character goes up.
didnt have time left for ground texture or ui or sound efects,next time il plan better.
but ill consider all that for my next games.

it took me a while to get it but:
awsome an fps with a rogatka, i had alot of fun headshoting those club wielding clowns.
the sprite textures are great i like that style. gives it a retro old school feel.
one thing i would like is more movement speed.
bearded lumberjack men,and to think it was once a manly look.
the art is awesome. it reminds me of when i go to tel aviv and see all the hipsters everywhere ,the big city is their habitat.
like my game only better. i realy loved the concept and art.
didnt finish it ,the difficulty and overall can be refined.

also a directional lock would be nice so i can shot in the same direction while moving. other then that awesome.
