It looks good and there aren't any bugs. The only thing missing is a goal/fail state. Nice art!

the art is very nice, the controls are simple and can easily be ported to mobile.
you can add more game design layers like stuff to avoid like bombs, and lives. you can add combos grab of stuff.
from this you can only build.
a lose and win screens can help too.
music and sound can add alot too.
Very simple, not quite sure what to do besides click on the robot and collect gears. Good job on your first Ludum Dare.

Simple and basic game.. good art style for Robot it will be good if BG and HUD also have such quality art. May be next time you think of more in game design like power up, missing power up will have negative effect, game win/loose condition game over screen, music, sfx..
