Great fun! Would love to see this expanded into more levels or alternate levels! Maybe choose your levels where you can do different minigames for a different path in life?
Very nice! Way more to it than I was initially expecting! (Your GIF makes me think simple chaos and running, you deceiver!)
Hey! I remember playing this when you linked it in the IRC! :D Loved it then, love it now! The only change I'd suggest is having a score counter going up as well as levels.. (I assume there are more levels, I only ever made it to level 1.)
1470 was my highest score. Pretty fun. The first time I played I didn't quite like it, but I tried again and found I did. xD
Your hitboxes should probably be a little smaller (unless this is supposed to be rage-inducing difficulty). :/
Definitely needs more work, but this is a great beginning. The biggest thing that kept me from enjoying it was a lack of tutorial.
I see great potential here, but I HATE most of it. The beginning is very nice, the sound the red makes fits, it's a nice beat. The moment a green comes along, it's ruined. The tempo you have to hit doesn't feel like it matches with the song anymore and the sound the greens make when you hit them is just grating.
Was a bit hard to get the hang of the controls, but once I started to see how to do things, it was really fun. I feel like the base speed should be a little faster, and the lunge a little slower though.
Oh my God that's hilarious! I love it!
(Is there some secret or anything? I mean, all I did was delete everything..and BSOD.)
Interesting..but I don't lose subs by not uploading! xD I mad bro. I'm seriously upset that it doesn't make any sense, but I also love it. xD
Very fun. From a player perspective, I like how it increases in size as you play and mess up. From a YouTuber perspective...that's gonna be annoying to edit. xD Maybe make it optional?
I agree with the recommendation amras0000 said about making the color switch the moment you hit the button, also perhaps making the grandma travel faster.
It's a bit broken that I can just jump off the side of the level and win...
Awesome all around!
My only problem with this is that the randomness of spawning fucks me over a lot, especially when I spawn off screen going away from the screen and literally have no way to fix that. o.o
Great graphics, effects, sound design. Loved it!
It quit working after I tried to go north at the very start. :/
One of your downloads is not packaged properly. The EXE alone cannot be run. You need the Data folder zipped up with it.
It starts too quickly, and would really benefit from something like a casual mode, but otherwise, I love it!
Was very fun!
The only problem I had was that it was a little difficult to remember which gates were which, but I'm not sure if that's just because I'm rushing through games so fast or not. :/
Loved it! Made me think of Rock of Ages. :P
10 kills, 175.06 time
Pretty fun, but a little confusing as to when it's safe to shoot (to keep them from multiplying).
Very cool idea, loved the voice acted sound effects. xD
I loved how floaty the gears were because it made it slightly frustrating to select something..which is a weird thing to say.
Really didn't get it. :/
My absolute favorite thing about this is how the pattern-matching (or whatever you want to call it) for which sequence you are doing is very fluid, and allows me to make mistakes that change which pattern I'm going after. xD
Loved the way you did that, and those bastard spikes. xD

Thank you for all the feedback! I'll be continuing development at a slower pace post Ludum Dare, but right now I'm a bit busy with other projects.
Can't wait to turn this into something more. :D
Thank you all again for the continuing feedback. I haven't been able to work on it much more post-LD, but I definitely will.
Right now my top priority is figuring out the communication system. Then, I will start adding some content and changing a few things based on feedback. Eventually, I will add more control methods (because while two buttons is great for the LD theme, it really hampers this).
@LukeZaz, thanks for the idea of throttle control based on percents. I'm thinking of changing stop/slower/faster/max to 0%/20%/60%/100%. Maybe I'll make it optional/changeable in game. Not sure. You also made my realize I want a display on screen of current throttle. Thanks!
Pretty fun, the boss battle dragged on a bit too much though. I think the only problem with it really is that it seems to be impossible to lose, since you can only truly lose the one-shot fish.
Unavoidable branches were really annoying, but otherwise it was pretty fun.
The only problem I had was with spikes appearing right below me where it was literally impossible to avoid them.
Some trees seemed invisible, and some water sources didn't actually give water. :/ I also couldn't figure out what I was supposed to destroy with rain.
There's only two problems I see with this, the first is that the text on screen is too fast before it disappears (at least during the opening explanation), the second is that it feels like you have to be super precise to land on a lot of the platforms, so I died a lot just from failing the same jump 10 times in a row.
Holy shit! That was amazing! My favorite game so far! :D
Couldn't play it.
"compilation error for shader [res/screen.vs]. Reason: Vertex shader failed to compile with the following errors:
ERROR: 0:3: error(#133) Reserved word: in
ERROR: error(#273) 1 compilation errors. No code generated"
Would love to see this developed further.
The forth or so level had a first jump that was impossible. :/
*reads rest of description* ... ohhh..maybe you should've mentioned that in the game or at least with the controls, because there was no way for me to know I'd be able to do that. :(
From your description, (I missed the "end the game" part) I thought the safe button would bank points and let you start over, continuing from there. :/
I think it's too easy to be lazy by spawning one monster and just staying out of its way, but it's a nice concept.
Had a bug where the screen went red and nothing happened anymore except I could .. just read the part where you said the game sometimes stops at 27 blocks..yep, that one, I ran into that one. xD
The only way to win is not to play.
After 2 punches, I decided that's the moral of this game to me, and stopped.
The control limitation really hurts this game. I know it's the theme, but it made it very difficult to keep track of which way was which. I also had the game glitch out on me a few times where I suddenly was in the air unable to move, or moved a box into the air, or into my self. It got quite annoying to be honest.
When I try to run it: "NoSuchKeyThe specified key does not exist."
