I really love the mechanic, I found it very original and the visuals are good too, well done!
fun little game. cool art style. i liked the echolocation idea, the gold bell was a nice touch too. music fit well but a volume slider would have been nice. the game did seem to be struggling a bit when revealing level parts, got a bit laggy in a few places. i almost got stuck in the corner where the two chests were but managed to get out eventually. the scoring system was cool too, added a little bit of replayability. nice jam!
Nice game but I was stucked at the level 4th for a long time
Cute little game with great pixel art - reminds me of UFO 50 for some reason beyond just a general retro-game style. Good job!
What a cool game! Great work done in such a short time!
Your art already enchants me, and now I see you're also amazing at audio!
Congratulations!
I've played Ubisoft games on release that were less polished than your 3 day jam entry. Wonderful job, I had a ton of fun with it! The concept was interesting and (unsurprisingly) well executed.
The visuals are lovely, I adore the little bat! The sort of golf style movement and having to explore the level to find the bounds are a fun combo of mechanics, even if I fall a little short skills wise!
Great art style, love pixel art.
Great game! The concept is very original and the result very polished. The art is charming and the music sets a nice playful mood. My main complaint is that it felt a bit hard to aim: I'm more used to having a line that show me trajectory of the ball/bat, but I can see how that wouldn't work with the echolocation mechanic. Thank you for sharing!

The only thing I don't like about this game is its length! I so would have wanted a bunch of more levels to play around in and see this idea taking to its final conclusion. Really great little re-imagining of billiards. Make me more levels :8ball:
I was a bit confused about the controls at start but once I figured it out it was quite smooth. Some hit-boxes I felt a bit unfair and accidentally re-launched me when I sonar scanned to late once.

won.png I did it! Was great as always seeing your beautiful pixel art and the game itself was super unique and tread the line really well between "I can do this" and "I want to throw my computer through the window" which I always enjoy.
I won! One thing to note - I was closing window with stats too fast by accident! I was thinking I didn't reach the center of the win tile and pressing Z - I hit it at the same time as the window pop... TWICE! :(
I enjoyed it a lot. And ALSO I envy your ability to draw crystals (I can't draw them for the life of me and always need them kind of argh!)
Thank you for sharing!
Really cool game, the retro vibe is spot on (congrats on the addicting music). It's a nice idea executed brilliantly, and golfing with a blind bat fits the theme perfectly. I just wish there were more levels cause once you start digging the gameplay, it's already over...
lovely entry, loved all the tiny details that made it to such a magical experiecne, i wasnt the best, but atleast i know how bats feel now. congrats!
Honestly was super fun to play, hella polished, and I especially enjoyed the Taito vibes,, amazing work!!
A really great game! I liked the mechanic—it feels unusual. I’d consider revising the controls to a keyboard-and-mouse combination, although that’s not too important. I think this game deserves a lot of attention, and a cover with a stronger focus on in-game content would probably attract more interest.
Ohhhhh niiiice! I want mooore! I want to talk to the green-haired character about how everyone was transformed into toxic crystals! (??)
Really loved the bat sound, even though seeing how I spammed it could have become very annoying real quick  It feels very nice to play, even pathetically dying in slow motion when you go just a little too fast. The art is super cute, and the game is very very "signal". Thanks for such a nice game!
So cute! Really like the whole vibe of the game, the music (even if repeating it each time you lose is very frustrating) and sfx. It have a very cool feel to it!
And it did very polish for a game made alone in only 3D9/7 days! congrats!
Wow, this is so cool! Really feels like a complete, polished game, despite it being made in only 3 days. Several levels, very interesting mechanic, cute graphics! The screen with stats after each level made me nostalgic. I am not sure if it reminds me of something specific, but definitely some games from my childhood.
First level was good for getting familiar with the mechanics of the game. It helped me get adjusted. I'll be honest, the game always told me my score was BAD and I was supposed to do everything in much less moves, but... I was proud I did it at all xD However this definitely could be the type of game where you grind to get better, get all stars on each level, so to say, maybe unlock something for perfecting all levels (talking if it was a bigger game going to be published on Steam or sth ^^)
The mechanic is very cool. It makes for a nice puzzle, it feels pretty good (I did feel sometimes that I should've hit the object but in game's eyes I've missed, so it seems their collision shapes are quite tight, but overall the game feels smooth when you adjust to it), and it certainly fits the theme! Great entry <3
A very cute game! I absolutely loved the art style, and the theme is very interesting. I thoroughly enjoyed the entire game and would have played it even more, though it's a shame it ended so quickly. Amazing work! :3
I like the mechanics, music, art, and especially this adorable little bat. Very nice game!
Cool game! An interesting idea in a polished, neat package. One thing I might point out that got a teeny tiny bit frustrating were bounce angles on "sloped" walls (basically those that don't run along either x or y axis), at least I think that's what was happening. Maybe the perspective was confusing me instead. On the other hand, audio and visuals especially were great, and I did finish the whole thing!
Cute graphics! Love the sfx and music. Too hard for me, can't beat it...
The art style is beautiful and the camera orientation, idk if isometric is the right word, but it fits really well! I would definitely play a longer version of this!
Loved everything about this one.
The art, music, gameplay, everything about it was fun and engaging!
My only complaint is that there isn't more levels to play. Definitely one of my favorites this jam!Screenshot 2026-04-24 182509.png
I had big smile on my face playing this game. what a delight!
Very cute game! The 3D graphics make it sometimes a bit hard to tell where exactly you are related to the object (makes level 2 a bit unforgiving), but the bounce and reveal effects are very satisfiying. Love the look and feel. Also great work on the music!
@jamope thank you so much
@theparticularpixel thank you. you're right that the music needed a mute button. I was so proud that I finished it in time haha. Getting stuck in corners is very good feedback, thank you. I noticed it too <3 I had a lot of fun!
@online-play thank you! I'm sorry level 4 was hard for you!
@drainkid probably because UFO 50 are really similar to jam games, small, good ideas. But mine is definitely way less polished.
@euler-moises Thank you so so much <3 I had this music stuck in my head and I had to write it, even if I ran out of time
Cute game! Fun mechanic for the theme and introduction of systems per level. I ran into a bit of stuttering playing on Firefox, but seems like it might just be something on my end. Would have liked to know more about the bat and the person on the score screen!
Such a lovely game! Super simple mechanics and really engaging. I'm a big fan of your art, and this doesn't disappoint, the bat character is quite lovable.
The music is really pleasant too! My only critique is I wish it didn't restart after every death. That's really about it though!
And obviously fits the theme perfectly :) well done!
Very cute design, with an interesting game mechanic, with a nice take on the theme.
Sometimes it was a bit difficult to aim, but other than that it was really pleasant to play!
The music is very nice as well, and all sfx are on point.
Good job!
Oh dear, this was such a cute and gorgeous little game! Everything is so on point and works well together!
If I were to find some problems, it would probably be that I'd expect diagonal walls to bounce me correctly, but many times I was bounced back right where I came from, which was a bit confusing.
Awesome job regardless! Now I'm curious what you're up to outside this jam :)
Amazing work on the audio and visuals! Feels quite complete!
The only feedback I'd have is that the intro wasn't very smooth, had to look up controls, I think it would be nice to have text or hints for the first level.
Very pretty game! Premade sprites for the angles is a really nice touch. Sounds good too! c:
Feels nice and intuitive to play. I did have a bug on my very second fling ever where I went in the opposite direction of the arrow (guessing I was right next to a wall) and managed to fly through the walls out of bounds, but I wasn't able to recreate it, and I never had any issues again.
It's a great kind of game to have hidden secrets, so it's nice that there are some, and that the screen between levels hints at it. Makes it all the more fun to replay levels, besides trying to beat them in fewer flings of course.
Good take on the theme too, nicely done! The bat is very cute 🦇
Hey long time no see! It's been a while!
This was a really cool experience, it reminds me of a certain mini golf game for the snes.
At first I was worried that it would just be annoying to not be able to see the walls, but you made it interesting. I like seeing the shadows of unknown objects.
The artwork is incredibly cute.
I guess my only complaint is that the physics are a little janky sometimes. Colliding with objects feels fine, but sometimes with walls I bounce off at an unexpected angle (especially on corners?).
Great game overall!

I finished! Not even going to pretend I did well my first run, but I don't find Ping frustrating or finicky. I read the description on itch after playing, and this part in particular resonated the most with my feelings on the game: "It's basically billiards but weird." Yeah, you nailed it!
The echolocation and "billiard ball movement" mechanics are super unique. There's a real nuance in the aiming and power, good balance of control/convenience. You essentially start every level blind to even the walls, bumping into them even revealing a bit of your immediate surroundings, but with the push of a button you can see a much wider area of surroundings as you're moving. I appreciated the shadows to inform you of something potentially dangerous, I also appreciate that echolocation can be used to find those deadly crystals ahead of time.
There's some real TLC in the visual polish. Stuff like the echolocation's animation, the number of angles the bat is drawn at, the arrow, the shadow under you. I never felt overwhelmed with the amount of information and appreciate that all of it was essentially "in-universe" as opposed to drawn as gauges or numbers on screen. Also, just looks plain 'ol great altogether.
The audio really ties the feeling of "in a cave" together, there's even a little bit of reverb applied to the song and *massive* reverb on the echolocation. Also, just have to point out the music, it has this relaxed, really positive feeling I like a lot. I love the little "sparkly jumps" towards the song's loop, so cute. I was expecting something more dark being put in a cave, the direction is a pleasant surprise. Love it.
tl;dr edition: I really like this. :purple_heart:
P.S. "Cave Story rulez!" - Hell yeah, love Cave Story.
I absolutely loved this game. It really made me feel like I was a kid again playing games on my Mega Drive (Genesis in the US). Honestly, there’s very little I could criticize about it. I loved the art, the music, the overall feel of the gameplay… everything came together wonderfully.
It was also a really strong interpretation of the theme, and it’s honestly incredible that this was made by just one person.
Huge congratulations! (And by the way, I love Cave Story too — if you haven’t played it already, I’d definitely recommend Kero Blaster by the same creator. Another absolute gem.)
