Really cool! Very simple, original idea, and very fun.

grambler1 2013-12-16 13:22

10/10 would shoot again

m0n0quartz 2013-12-16 20:37

Wow, I love this concept: very Innovative ! Good stuff ! =]

tsumei 2013-12-16 20:39

Fun little game. I didn't initially realise I could move, because I clicked through all the initial menus with one shot. which also shot my bullet.. So I sat static until my bullet got stuck, then learnt I could move!

Was interesting. has almost a bullet hell appeal.

hate-marina 2013-12-16 20:42

Good one!

d_0o_d 2013-12-16 20:43

Yesss this game was a lot of fun.

adonaac 2013-12-16 20:45

This was really amazing. I've never played a game like this before, so it was interesting to see what you'd do with it, and you didn't disappoint. I feel like this is a lot of work for 2 days too, so good job. How do you kill the worm, though? I attacked it repeatedly and it reappeared 4 times then I got bored... Anyway, really nice job!

soy_yuma 2013-12-16 21:07

All I was thinking while I was playing was: WHAAAT! This game is awesome! Such a clever idea I want to cry! Congrats!

danman9914 2013-12-16 21:11

This feels very well polished/tested as demonstrated by little things like the line from objects to the planet and how you attract the bullet at a certain distance. The music is a little annoying but otherwise this is a strong entry!

Ps. Great feedback for destroying enemies

move127 2013-12-17 00:25

One of the best games I've seen so far.

infin8 2013-12-17 00:26

Trippy fun! Fun to master recollecting your projectile after shooting it, though i must say that I'm unsure of how to defeat Jim, or whether I'm even damaging him.

phi6 2013-12-17 00:26

Really great use of the theme. I love the graphics, controls, and even music. Totally shocked when the worm appeared as well!

rhysd 2013-12-17 00:32

Awesome fun! Great concept and execution :) Died on the worm a few times but I did eventually improve.

masadow 2013-12-17 00:35

Ahah I loved your sense of humor ! This game has a great great quality and will be a top game for sure ! Perfect audio, perfect graphics, perfect mechanics, just perfect !

iamwhosiam 2013-12-17 09:59

this is a really good game, I keep dying on the first boss :/

i didn't know what i was supposed to do at first and after shooting him a few times and nothing happening i though maybe i needed to touch it, which obviously ended up with me taking a bunch of damage. i died then.

then i was playing and something happened and i accidentally ran into it with full health and i heard the taking damage noise play like 10 times over each other and i died.

i dig this game a lot, i'd love to see a fuller version of this!

winterblood 2013-12-17 12:44

Fantastic idea - well polished, fun *and* funny. I felt a little claustrophobic, maybe a slightly larger planet would have given more room to dodge? Good job though, especially the worm animations :)

hypnohustla 2013-12-17 16:25

This was really cool. Smooth and original gameplay. Love it :)

occash 2013-12-17 19:28

Very good graphics and control!

javifugitivo 2013-12-17 19:38

Amazing! It reminds me Super Mario Galaxy, very good job! And good election and mechanic to implementate the theme.

thecams 2013-12-17 21:26

Great concept, nice graphics, loved it !
Just add a feedback when you hit the worm, and maybe improve the sound a bit, and you have a perfect game !

broxxar 2013-12-18 05:03

This is great. Would be nice to have some visual feedback when you hit the worm, maybe flash red or something. Other than that this was a pretty solid entry, orbiting mechanic was really well done.

mamoniemm 2013-12-18 14:04

LOVED IT ***** ;)

diegosato 2013-12-18 14:22

Nice and smooth gameplay. Really love small planet games :)

faust 2013-12-18 15:53

Nice idea, I like it.

ryusui 2013-12-18 17:24

This is a concept I'd love to see expanded into a full game. "You only get one bullet...but you can catch it and reuse it!" Brilliant! :3

baton4ik 2013-12-18 18:18

Great! 5/5.

stals 2013-12-19 10:09

Great game! Liked that the bullet is attracted to you if you are close enough.

alanzucconi 2013-12-19 15:52

Lovely executions! :)
I wasn't expecting the worm hehe! :D

iansnyder 2013-12-20 00:30

Awesome entry, I love the movement on a sphere and how you represent everything, drawing the lines down to the surface makes it really clear where everything is. I'd love to see this polished!

fluffypillow 2013-12-20 11:28

Simple and fun, would play again :)

william_edwards 2013-12-20 12:28

absolutely fantastic :)

kroltan 2013-12-20 12:31

Best game in LD yet!

jacksgamessucks 2013-12-20 14:09

haha very nice game! i love it :) great job!

miltage 2013-12-20 14:25

I really enjoyed this game. The bullets around the sphere are incredibly well executed. Not sure how to defeat the worm though, I keep shooting him but he never seems to die.

thatguy 2013-12-20 23:47

Very cool idea and well executed too. The game was a lot more interesting when I noticed I could move the ship. Great work!

snoringfrog 2013-12-21 06:18

Hm...Jim doesn't look anything like he did in his previous games. Looks a lot more like an Arrakin sandworm. :P

Really cool little game. Wasn't able to win, but I thoroughly enjoyed playing it.

porglezomp 2013-12-22 00:28

Great game! Jim was a boss worthy of mario (and quite reminded me of some of the Bowser fights in Super Mario Galaxy)
10/5 for humor. (Although I didn't see the "...nvm" the first time through, and it was a bit weird)

ultrarat 2013-12-23 17:48

Orbital physics is such an underused mechanic, good to see it used well.

gatechgrad 2013-12-25 07:29

Neat little shooter. I couldn't figure out how to beat the worm. It would have been nice if the bullet would boomerang back to you after a period of time, instead of continuously orbiting the planet.

f7f5 2013-12-25 20:41

Unfortunately, there's no Unity web player for Linux :(

arkrothe 2013-12-26 16:33

5/5 for innovation! Loved the game, and the awesome way you implemented the theme.

jupiter_hadley 2014-01-04 20:25

Very cool game, I really like it! I included it in my Ludum Dare 28 compilation video series, if you'd like to take a look :) http://youtu.be/tnNlwxp-9J8
