Looks like I made the wrong decision about controls.
>Very hard, the only way I managed to kill anything is to attack when two others are attacking each other.
Actually, if you simply start attacking first you'll usually win (if you're the same level, of course). They're no different from you, but they can't invent strategies (like simply spin around them).
>I couldn't see any enemy's
That's pretty rare.
>When I got level 2, I couldn't find any enemy.
Are you sure? When you get to the next level you get to fight a boss. It always spawns near player - on the same screen.
It didn't even start without tweaking environment variables and weights just too much. The game itself is nice.
Very nice and beautiful game. It's a bit on the easy side though the exhaustion of lakes took me by surprise when I had 0 resources. The need too constantly scroll all over the place to spot the enemies and the size of the resources is a bit annoying.
Amazing game. It's fun, the graphics and sounds are beatiful.
I don't get it. I though it's an exchange simulator, that I have to earn lots of money by trading. But there's no bitcoin counter, so I don't know how many I have and I can get into -$. Sell/buy works weird - sometimes I "sell" and get -$, sometimes I get +$, same with "buy".
I just don't get it.
Very neat game. I have only two complaints:
1. The game is too easy, too the point where you don't even have to do anything on some level (even on the later ones, level 7, for example)
2. The level state resets when you "lose" and you have to rotate everything again.
Great! 5/5.
I really liked it! One of the best LD games I've seen. It has a great potential.
The controls were really enjoyable for me. I want to be a captain now. The only complaint is the inability to restart, but you already now that.
The game is very nice! But it gets a bit frustrating since it's almost impossible to beat a level the first try because of weird ricochet angles and you have to start all over again every time you fail.
Very nice and atmospheric. It's very hard to play the game in windowed more because you didn't lock the cursor.
Very neat! The graphics and sound are top notch, the idea is cool, but the game might be just a little too hard.
The game looks and plays great, is fun and the audio is just amazing!
I've found some bugs though:
1. The lock audio repeats every time you approach it (not sure if intended, feels like a bug)
2. The giant spider audio started playing when I already trapped it.
3. When an audio starts playing it doesn't turn off the already playing ones. I once had 3 voices screaming at me at the same time.
P.S. It was a pleasant surprise for me to learn that one of my favorite youtubers is a fellow game developer and participates in Ludum Dare.
This was supposed to end with "But I'm still gona beat ya!" but I'm nto so sure anymore, my game turned out to be super-ugly.
Thanks for your comments!
LoneStranger, the difficulty is intended, but you're right about the ramp-up.
