WOW really emotional game. I loved it.

vigrid 2012-04-25 00:38

Wow, at first I thought this game looks like garbage, but I decided to give it a try anyway - I got hooked and finished it. Great mood and great music. Graphics are exactly what they need to be for this type of game - leaving to imagination, what needs to be left. Kudos!

seagaia 2012-04-25 05:30

I really, really like your song that you wrote for it. You should use all these little mechanics in another game...

homnom 2012-04-25 12:51

Not sure if it's a spoof of art games or an honest entry, either way, quite nice.

starlight 2012-04-25 12:52

it's awesome!

free_napalm 2012-04-25 12:56

Every level was nice to play, and the last level made it great.

casino-jack 2012-04-25 21:07

Fantastic entry considering you spent less than 10% of the available time on it. I'd love to see this with a few more levels and some art to match the mood.

bread 2012-04-26 00:35

I really liked this. I feel like the minimalist art-style really added to the theme of the game.

pixelulsar 2012-04-26 20:27

Love the music and the the story. It would be cool to see what other puzzles you would add if you had more time.

fredericrp 2012-04-27 10:00

A wonderful game, a great message and top realisation !

make-a-game 2012-04-27 10:32

I'm also not sure if this is meant as a honest interactive hipster love poem or a joke but I love it anyway. You entertained me to the end and then I spammed my friends with it.

royvanrijn 2012-04-27 13:17

Deep.... nice!

alink 2012-04-27 17:00

Great! Maybe use slightly less simple graphics, like rounded rectangle or less flashy colors. The music and mood are superb. The title makes me not sure about the intention, but both ways are well done.

maximschoemaker 2012-04-27 18:33

Absolutely lovely! ^^ even if you're taking the piss it was still beautiful :P

Loved it :)

puzzlem00n 2012-04-28 00:28

You see, the funny thing is, this reminds me of the game I wish I had made.

nate427 2012-04-28 01:09

Loved it. This should win.

rhburrows 2012-04-28 03:34

Wow, not only was the story touching but the simple game-play was fun enough that even though I got interrupted half way through I really wanted to come back to finish. Fantastic!

midnightrose77 2012-04-28 04:09

To be honest, I also didn't click on this game because of its graphics but because of it's popularity on kongregate I gave it a change. I was touched, it really shows off the theme in a very simplistic and beautiful way.

oddgoo 2012-04-28 12:00

I hate to be "that guy", but you cannot use someone else's music in the 48 Hour Compo. In this case, Kevin Macleod's.

Very nice ending nonetheless!

firstrowgames 2012-04-29 21:54

awesome game.

matt 2012-05-01 15:27

What a nice game.

keirua 2012-05-01 15:39

Wow ! The minimalistic style really does magic here !

alex-k 2012-05-01 16:10

Simple game, but I liked the story, music and puzzles!

kylerhoades 2012-05-01 16:20

how very pretentious

refreshcreations 2012-05-01 21:10

Really enojyed this game, it's great, yup!

lukerissacher 2012-05-02 02:26

Wow - really inspiring. Loved that. Great use of gameplay as a metaphor.

rvmook 2012-05-02 10:49

Great mood and fun to play aswell

getrandomname 2012-05-02 14:49

Really great game.

namuol 2012-05-02 19:24

Nicely done! I love "pretentious" games. ;)

Doesn't exactly fit the theme, but the simple "mechanics" make for an succinct emotional experience.

vdogamez 2012-05-04 00:15

Wow, that really WAS a pretentious game. I feel bad for doubting you. That's not to say it wasn't good. I liked having to figure out the change in mechanics from the text. The music is good, too.

tcstyle 2012-05-04 20:26

I personally don't like games like this but it's very well executed. The soundtrack is great.
How did you manage to record some music like this within 48 hours?

kevinworkman 2012-05-04 22:00

This game is simply beautiful.

zillix 2012-05-05 08:03

Really spot on.

keenblaze 2012-05-05 18:00

Great!!!

gritfish 2012-05-06 01:59

Every level introduces some new mechanic - I kept expecting it to run out, or combine ideas, but it kept suprising me. Very good.

pierrec 2012-05-06 13:42

Simple, but very effective. Reminds me One and One Story, which is a great game too.

schattenkind-net 2012-05-08 14:05

The game is fun to play, only with minimal graphics. The music is wonderful. I really like it. But the game rules are unclear and not consistant.

azurenimbus 2012-05-10 04:19

Just great. No suggestions, I think it's perfect.

As a parody of sorts, this turned out to be quite amazing on its own.

I don't know if the author will ever say what he had in mind, but I think it's a definite take on One and One Store, which is also great. I think the mechanics explored here are way more interesting, though.

kibertoad 2012-05-11 19:01

Excellent game! It starts where most similar games start, but takes the concept few steps further. Bravo!

mcc 2012-05-14 02:06

This was pretty neat but it is um sort of pretentious

jfransham 2012-05-15 11:48

ok that was a clever ending xD
