I were lost in the desert. :-) Is there some pointer to the oasis? Walking in the desert is the good idea for the game. There were something strange with ground surface under character. This is look like the deformation. Was it by design?

Very cool PBR material for blood vessel surface. I like physic for the submarine. There wasn't SFX for engine, healing, get erythrocyte, press buttons. Good job!

I like the graphics. I think the game will be more interesting if the enemies will be more aggressive.
Good idea. Good implementation for visualization of programming. The game could be more intuitive if it had step by step instructions for some levels.
Graphics can be better. I will see that the ball is rotating if it will have a texture. The ball's movement feels too sticky. It stops too quickly after releasing the drive key.
Overall this is great job for two 14 year old boys.
