Incredible atmosphere for a text-based game! The effects on the text and the audio play a great role in this, very well done. I love the interpretation of the theme.

That was fun to play! Good idea to have the laser trigger on hover instead of click, makes it more manageable.
Beautiful trippy game! Very well done.
Too bad it’s missing some difficulty and diversity, but the concept is great! I must admit you fooled me for a bit, I really thought I was getting close to the center of the cube… And the graphics look nice too, good job!
Weirdly addictive! Great job on the "3D" as apparently it’s quite a feat in itself :) I really love the music too! And I realize having a nice interface (pause, mute, controls…) makes a real difference in the overall feel.
Cool, it’s a bit hard to see the obstacles, but I guess that’s on purpose! The "arc" that indicates the proximity of one is a great idea, even though it took me some time to understand it, especially for the walls. Great graphics!
Awesome! Somehow I keep shooting at screws and grabbing rocks… Great mechanics and the difficulty seems perfectly balanced, and I barely even reached level 2! Great graphics and music too!
Couldn’t get past the first level, but I want to see more! It would definitely be more fun with a more responsive movement. Nice mood!
@ace17 Thanks! I may have, but I’m kinda glad I didn’t do that, because as the game can be unforgiving sometimes, it’s nice to be able to memorize the position of the holes.
@andykswong Do it! It’s really awesome, even for a 3D game (but even more for a web app). Thanks for the comment.
@badabooom63 Thanks for sticking to it! It was actually kind of a bug, the position of enemies was not randomized when hitting Enter to play again… only when refreshing the page. Glad you liked it!
@thegreenworm Thanks, that makes me want to make a post compo version! It can be a bit tedious and monotonous, I'm thinking about ways to make it more fun.
@Togis Thanks for playing and for the feedback! It made me realize the player can be pretty lost, and as you’re saying, more variety in the textures would help. But I kinda like this feeling, especially as the levels start to be not so big.
@dmitry-mozgin Thank you! Yes it’s missing some things for the mood, I’m jealous of your music!
Nice atmosphere, thanks to the music and starry background!
Just so you know, text appears very small here, and there is a bug with the gun being stuck in the firing position when I Ctrl-Tab out of the game. Also movement feels a bit tedious, too slow maybe?
@tengusheath Right, I didn’t even realise the speed is completely dependent on the parallax effect when there are no objects in the screen!
Wow, this is special, I was sucked into the story right away! Graphics are beautiful, and the music does a great job at not feeling too repetitive. 5/5 in Mood and Theme!
Just a little confusion at first with the fact that the keyboard doesn’t allow the player to interact with elements. Am I right? The space bar can be used for going to the next page when reading stuff, but not to start reading or to do "Recall" or "Back".
Great idea and mechanics, I love this kind of turn-based game! It would have been really awesome with a slightly more graveyard-ish feel and lighting.
Ha, I can’t seem to be able to get those keys! Nice idea, good job on making this a complete game with a great menu, several difficulty levels and all. It looks great too. I have to try that again with a mouse though, it feels impossible with the touchpad!
Looks nice! However I’m only able to fire missiles straight to the right. Is that on purpose? I imagine there should be a way to aim, but I can’t find it and I don’t see anything in the instructions.
This was intense! Got to 113 and I felt superhuman. Really awesome and addictive concept! I hadn’t felt so into a little game like this since Super Hexagon!
Wow, I did not expect that! Great work on the mood and the visuals, this is original and *really* unsettling! I just found the music too loud and not suited to the mood in my opinion, but other than that, hats off!
Great idea and nicely executed! I love how the four mechanisms work together. Love the art too.
Congrats for building a coherent and nicely progressive set of levels! I really liked the concept and the nice touches like the robot’s animations and the pitch of the music becoming higher as power gets back on.
Very nice background and sun lighting! Player movement was a bit heavy but became fun after getting used to it. A little bit more variation in the patterns would have been great, but you all did a good job already!
There’s more to it than it looked at first! Really like the mood you managed to create with such minimalistic graphics and audio. Having a score somewhere would have been great, but this is already impressive for just a few hours of work!
@lmb Thanks for your comments! It is indeed quite unfinished. I’m glad you liked the looks and music! There is no way to win, you can only delay the moment of your death. I’m working on a postcompo version where you have a score (how long you survived), some help as to where are the green dots, and hopefully with a fixed background and camera :/
Nice art and great mood! I was confused about the interaction, mostly because it’s not clear that we’re "holding" something. Also not sure about the purpose of the axe, but it looks great!
Nice difficulty balance, I enjoyed this! Great job on the music as well.
Nice! That’s a fun concept, and I loved the characters and dialogs. It felt like it was impossible to go any further than day 6, maybe I missed something, but in any case it fit the theme pretty well! :)
