Shovel by Inno 2021-05-11T13:31:26Z ♥ 1

Cool idea and engaging control scheme.

Guardians of the Facility by cireneikual222464 2021-05-09T11:30:43Z ♥ 0

It starts to get fun at level 5, also a bit annoying that i've played less than i've stared at 'reanimating corpses' loading screens in between. Rad idea, corpses are quite terrifying and cool. Wish you animated main character's hands too and added something like reload timer so it is clear when we can shoot. Very original game.

Deep Marine by mineiwik 2021-05-09T11:21:04Z ♥ 0

Like the concept, but 1. Vector coin doesn't fit the pixel art style 2. Upgrades are too expensive and require grinding 3. Control with mouse or touchscreen would be tons better. Other than that, solid foundation for a game.

deeprooms.exe by yyam 2021-05-09T11:14:06Z ♥ 0

Original idea, but too repetitive and short on content. Honestly the way sound abruptly stops when you enter the new room is spooky. But then, i'm a big pussy when it comes to horror games. Cool idea, i was expecting cheap jumpscares, but found none. Thank you for that. Played without headphones btw like a punk i am.

Hollow Light: Deep into the Darkness by Borch 2021-05-09T10:29:06Z ♥ 0

Too short and simple of a game, but i liked the graphics a lot. It took me less than a minute to beat lol.

Chloe's Inner Demons by gabryelamartins 2021-05-09T10:07:01Z ♥ 2

Incredible game. Well made narrative, fitting soundfx. From nitpicky cons, there are some typos, i'd like to be able to control the game with mouse (dialog window). I didn't quite understand the deep breath mechanic also.

Ludophile by Jack Lance 2021-05-09T09:36:24Z ♥ 0

i have only one question for you. 36.7k files. how and why. (okay, two questions). and yeah i couldn't make this game work. can you give us a little bit more info how this game was made? i'm positively thrilled.

Deep Drive by Ahmed Hamdi 2021-05-09T09:28:54Z ♥ 0

Very raw, quite broken and clearly unfinished. You don't really have to wait for timer to go off. Collisions don't exist on many models in the game. The camera has low FOV and is too close to the car. Nitro does not speed you up much. Yeah, this game needs more polishing. Good luck with it x)

DRYVER by GuitarBro 2021-05-09T07:27:48Z ♥ 2

Reversed mouse axis 0/5 reported for hate crime.

But seriously though... The game looks gorgeous, this might be the best looking 3D game i've played so far.Soundtrack is cool.

When you don't move the camera fov is pain. I understand that this is for the s t y l e, but having something closer to two digit number would be great cause unless you are moving you can't really see anything.

(And i think plasma relay is broken, you can't pick it up)

Mine - 0.3K by fy0 2021-05-05T17:08:40Z ♥ 0

Rough around the edges, 0 visual feedback, but i respect the fact that you made all the sounds, music, graphics in 72 hours. Impressive, though quite raw and in current stat, pointless for the player and boring. The ux was quite frustrating, for example, had to click on the 'mine' button that is located close to the right bottom corner and then click button on the pop-up with results that is almost on the opposite side of the screen. A lot of things that i don't like are most likely the way they are because of lack of experience or simply not enough time, so i'm not going to continue into other minuscule details.

Get On My Level by LoreTV 2021-05-03T19:05:32Z ♥ 2

One of the most fun and original games i've played on this jam. Well done!

Vain Vullet by SwiatowskiSoundDesign 2021-05-03T18:53:32Z ♥ 0

Hey, these are some neat ideas. And it was quite terrifying to play too! Good job. I don't know what else to say other that what have been said before: controls are far from perfect (but the control scheme is awesome neat little idea). I think for the aiming system like this to work well with mouse and keyboard you'd need to tune it a lot to find a sweet spot with responsive controls while preserving those suspense situations in game.

LD48: Down the Rabbit Hole by LMB 2021-05-01T10:22:18Z ♥ 1

Lacks visual feedback for attacks + i'd like to control my character's direction with mouse, not with wasd. Other than that really fun game, polish it a bit, add some juice like vfx and graphical assets and i would buy it on steam. Congrats.

Swab the Deck! by dans17 2021-05-01T10:10:33Z ♥ 3

I think this is the best ld48 game i've played so far. Fun. Fast paced. Lots of content (for 72h). You have my 5 stars. Would legit buy a polished version on steam.

Deeper by EOShadows 2021-05-01T10:03:05Z ♥ 1

I think the slow movement animation adds nothing to the game, just prolongs it for no reason. It is better to either speed it up like 2-3 times or remove it completely. WASD controls would have been better. Liked the gameplay and visuals. Good job.

Slimefall by wilsk 2021-05-01T09:33:34Z ♥ 0

Poor controls, the game would benefit from health system greatly. The game idea is very original gonna give you that. It must have been quite a challenge to implement "physics". Would love to see this game finished and polished!

Deep Space Fractaling by dmtroy 2021-05-01T07:44:39Z ♥ 1

For 72 hours it is quite an advanced game. Congrats on that! Didn't have any of issues other participants pointed out 😅

Devil's Deep Dish by tweedle 2021-05-01T07:32:12Z ♥ 0

Charming, great looking, but the level is too long, there is not enough visual cue for taking damage, platforming is clunky and not enjoyable, i think the camera is too close + does not fit the game. It gets old fast and i think gameplay is the most important thing in games. I give this game it 5/5 for visuals, audio, mood and humour though.

Congratulations, Debt! by Thinh 2021-05-01T06:48:56Z ♥ 1

hahah this game is good. had a good laugh. it hurts tho. (mouse sensitivity is bloody insane)

Patchwork by Herman Chau 2021-05-01T06:43:51Z ♥ 1

Not a fan of this genre, can't say much about it, but have to admit this game is gorgeous.

Shoot Them Deeper by pndaa 2021-05-01T06:34:32Z ♥ 1

What an original idea! Liked the game, but the amount of particles and glowing objects things makes in really hard to see at times.

The Miner - LD48 by AncientObelisk 2021-05-01T06:27:31Z ♥ 1

Congrats on your first game! Did you make the animations+3d models? If yes, they are simply great!

Bones & Guns Elevator runs by Maybeagoose 2021-04-30T19:11:55Z ♥ 1

You guys didn't do much yourself as i can see, 80-90% of the game are assets. Not that you break any rules of course... What i'm saying isn't even about graphics or sounds, but more of how much of the game is your work and how much is other people's. It is simple logic: if you use assets that probably means that you will have more time for gameplay polish, but your game is so empty of gameplay mechanics and fresh ideas that it hurts. All you did is put assets together, that's it. Put more effort into making the game your own next time, for your own sake, don't be afraid to be creative. Sure you will trip and make mistakes, but i guarantee, you will learn much much more from this, cause making asset flips gives you 0 expierience. Game jams are all about creativity and learning, balancing newness and your own abilities. Even if you not sure in your skills and this is your first game, there is no harm in trying, no one is gonna roast or ridicule you here. Good luck next time, hope you gonna listen to what people are commenting, they wish you no harm.

Deeper and Deeper Mining Operations ltd. by saviorium 2021-04-30T18:38:39Z ♥ 1

Remember old flash game motherload? Yeah this is that. And this is perfect. Like the idea, controls are great for the genre. though you start a bit too slow, takes too long to get to the first upgrades.

Sword Whisperer by Malmorsus 2021-04-30T18:11:51Z ♥ 2

Very pleasing looking game + quite fun. But most importantly it is innovative. Good job.

Submerged Diver by Lev 2021-04-30T17:59:34Z ♥ 1

Don't have much to say, just a cool little game for 10 minutes play. I like how you approached graphical aspect. Also reminds me of old flash games and hungry shark series on mobile. More content and proper animations would be nice.

Squiddies decent by Rialgar 2021-04-30T17:38:11Z ♥ 2

Good maze game, nice visuals, the only complaint: it is very hard to die. You literally have to seat though tens of minutes before you lose. This game's gameplay is not engaging enough for that. I think having tighter requirements for the player (say, have smaller torch "bank" (maybe restoring torches every level to balance this out)) would help this game greatly. I would enjoy it much more if i died faster and had to learn from my mistakes. This is common gamedesign knowledge that it is just simply more fun than to see your past mistakes unravel slowly in front of you except for a strategy game (as this game does, in the matter of your missteps granting you less torches to work with in the next levels). Instant rewards. Instant punishments. Anyways, i liked the visuals and the idea is fun. Good job.

Disco Inferno by Simon Rahnasto 2021-04-30T17:22:05Z ♥ 1

A very fun game indeed! I like the setting and voice acting, humour and wit! What i didn't like is that levels get a little bit repetitive since there is no variation other than colours, but overall a very solid game.
