Fun game! The mouse sensitivity was a little unwieldy, I changed it on my mouse so it wasn't really a problem, just a note! Loved the art, it took me an embarrassingly long time to find the notebooks haha
Really fun concept! I liked the art on the merchandise.
Funny! I like the silly music that plays in the background.
I'm not sure if it's my hardware, but the mouse sensitivity was really high for this game. Made me pretty dizzy trying to move around in the store
@paetramon @greg-the-egg There was a bug that I didn't have time to address with the sensitivity, but I appreciate the note! :D
Only time I've had fun falling into debt. Good concept, fun gameplay, all with a banger track playing behind it. Definitely will be doing runs to get a highscore later.
I liked the smooth fps. The concept is pretty funny and I really like the art for the merchandise. Noticed that the sensitivity was wack, but otherwise I found it to be quite stable.
Nice game! I love the premise and the art style!
I really love the game. It's strange but i love it.
hahah this game is good. had a good laugh. it hurts tho. (mouse sensitivity is bloody insane)
This is pretty high concept, I like the unique interpretation of the theme, was good fun to play
This is great! I love the cheesy tunes that accompany you falling irreversibly into debt :D Very fun concept, hope you can fix the mouse sensitivity issue.
Sequel idea - trying to balance sustaining a family and paying off the debt, while working entry - level job, that requires 6 years of experience :)
Pretty cool entry, I loved the commentary!
I was so confused about the notebook until I saw what it was meant to be, it ended up making me laugh for a good few seconds! :joy:
I love the concept overall, the sensitivity was just a little on the high side though!
I really liked the use of color on the different textbooks and other items to purchase. Showing trees on the package of paper was funny, as well as the one that wasn't like all the others. Nice use of theme.
A funny concept of getting deeper into debt. Personally I would recommend having a small list to begin with and after finishing each list you have to bring the items back to the a checkout place. Maybe you can see yourself carrying the items. Each time you finish the list the lists grows and grows until it becomes hectic and unmanageable just like irl college.
For extra humor have professors that wrote your textbooks and gets a pay cut. Digital licenses you can only get with purchase. Or different versions of the same book and you need to have a very specific version otherwise some things don't match.
I didn't really get the point of the game. I was collecgin stuff, and than I had to collect more stuff. There was no chalange, incentive or payoff to this game.
Art was basic. Music was okay.
What a creative entry! I love this idea, but I do agree that it could've been more challenging to captivate the player.
