Love the idea, very fitting game for the theme, congrats! I love how this could easily be expanded into a really educational game while still being great fun (for example lot's of different deseases/viruses/bacteria etc.) as enemies and choosing the correct kind of shot to kill them (whatever help against the specific enemy in "reality") Nice work!
