Finished all levels. Some vexed me for a few minutes, but then I got it. Nicely done!
I can see it would work great on mobile.

I tried the web version, it loads, but enter doesn't start the game, none of the keys seem to work. This is on both Chrome and Safari, on OS X. Maybe you need to check key codes for both return and enter?
Sweet! I liked it. My only comment is that there were places where I got hit instantly when changing screens. (Like immediately hit a river, or a crab.) It seemed unfair.
Sweet I enjoyed this one.
Clear instructions. I found it tricky to control though, maybe I want just steer left/right instead of four directions, due to the turning radius. Maybe that should be an option.
I found it fun to play. I kept wanting to go back and get scrap, missing, and wanting to take another pass even though there were lots of bullets flying. That was probably my downfall.
Neat but I still wasn't sure how to cast the spells, a lot seemed to fail and I wasn't sure why.
Interesting idea.
Some text layout issues. And needs a once over on the rules and cards. E.g. your parent can pass away many times, you can get many cards about gift planning and do all but one, it says you planned anniversary but then forgot it. But these are minor issues.
Overall I found it had good variety and reminded me of other life-living games.
You can make a WebGL build in Unity (e.g. 5.3) provided that you run the installer and install the module to build for WebGL.
Deceptively fun. On Safari, the fonts didn't load initially, so I wasn't sure how to start the game. (I didn't realize it was a menu, without the labels.) I was never sure whether my bean had to collect coins, or my guy. And sometimes it seemed to hit my guy even though he should have been clear. Fun mechanic, trickier than it looks, maybe just needs a bit of smoothing up the concept into solid implementation. Throw in some background music and it could be a nice relaxing game, especially on mobile.
Nice, I finished it, nice ending!
Do not assume everyone has a mouse. I found it very difficult to play on an OS X laptop. I do not have two mouse buttons. You should provide alternate key buttons, so I can use trackpad with those keys.
I found the aiming to be off. Like if I had the mouse straight up and jumped, it jumped left.
Nice! Some feedback...
I like the game, it's fun!
Tooltips are hard to read over other text, less transparency maybe.
Press any button to continue doesn't accept mouse button.
When playing, it interrupts to show some more tutorial text, but I immediately hit a button (I was playing) so I didn't get to read it. I had to do the tutorial four times to read it, before I could see how to grow a leaf.
There are times when the white text is on the white (right) half of the screen so it is unreadable. Actually, maybe that's a bug, or my LOVE is slightly incompatible? Because my screen looks different.
I played the HTML5 version. Colourful graphics. Some variation in sounds would help a lot.
I dug a bit, couldn't get out. Figured out I was getting some sort of seeds or gems.
I restarted then climbed a bit into the sky, got onto a platform, found a flower.
I could see that I was supposed to find 12 things, but I wasn't sure how.
Neat. Reminds me of Armadillo Run.
At first I thought you had to accelerate in the direction you are travelling, but it's always right, even if you go left, that threw me for a loop.
Maybe put a reminder onscreen for R to reset, at least for the first few levels. And I agree with others, some countdown timer might be nice.
I got stuck on one level. But it was fun.
Nice. A bit hard to accurately click.
I had the same issues, I could fly around in editor mode, but I couldn't seem to get a tractor beam working. I could shoot, but I didn't know what to shoot. Maybe the wrong build was uploaded? It shows promise.
Interesting. A bit more polish and it will be a nice puzzle game.
Good effort. Art style is neat. Maybe a bit more animation or something when the knights attack you. If you expand the game, it could maybe use something more so you aren't just mashing the two buttons; something to make you think about whether you SHOULDN'T fire.
I ran the web version. Played 8 of 16 levels. I play music so it wasn't too hard, but it's clever how it tricks you. Tutorial is well done. It does make you dizzy. I think it needs re-work if the concept is to be more fun. Maybe has potential as a rhythm game?
It's an OK concept. Needs more graphics (e.g. on the floor). Maybe a heads up display with score, indicators of danger, health bar, etc. It wasn't clear to me if I could kill the guys who were shooting at me.
Simple and fits the theme.
Hi everyone!
Thank you for playing my game, it's my first Ludum Dare, and I decided to go with compo.
Because of that, as you've noticed, I didn't get to tune the controls or the audio as much as I would have liked. It's clear this game can be improved, and maybe I'll get to do a post-compo version some day.
But I'm glad you are enjoying it!
Awesome alfie, thanks a bunch!
Yup I noticed I could wall jump indefinitely too. I'm not sure if it's a bug, or a mechanic. I found on one level, I couldn't really jump high enough to complete it, so maybe it's intended? Anyways, it's cute and with more polish (especially on controls) it could be more enjoyable. Good job.
Nice and relaxing. It didn't seem to get more difficult?
Interesting. Music is nice. Sound effects could be improved.
It wasn't clear to me at first that "change direction" had the boost countdown timer. Or that some squares could no longer be clicked on. But I figured it out.
Perhaps make the initial section easier as more of a tutorial (easy first level).
I like the minimalist look. Maybe tighten the controls a little bit?
Basically fun, as the other comments say, could use improvement all around, but certainly is a good effort for the compo. Music is still fresh after 10 minutes so that's saying something.
The dancing robot with headphones was just great. Nice dialogue, I like the bit about "budget cuts." All in all colourful and fun. Wish it was longer, maybe work on it more.
It was fun but I hit the performance issues before the police came. Still I made over $300K before then.
Wow this is incredible. The polish is amazing. Great job Tony!
