Cool concept, pretty interesting gameplay once you understand it.
I jumped. Doesn't really suit the theme at all, but it was still cool.
Each level differs in difficulty, but it's the best I've played so far. Awesome stuff
Pretty cool, but the whole "figure them out yourself" thing for the controls was annoying. I like the style though, and it plays well.
Awesome job! The visuals and the audio really meshed well, and the game itself was super cute!
I liked it a lot! The intro seemed to drag on a bit, but it was funny at the same time, which helped. The narrator was hilarious, the story was funny, and it all tied together really well. The sounds were great too. The narrator's speech sound was funny and fitting, and the noise when you picked up items was really satisfying. Awesome job!
The music was cool, but sound that plays when picking up guitar picks didn't fit with the rest of the audio at all, and the track that plays for the vocalist really didn't mesh well either
pretty fun! I really loved the look of it too, nice and simple, and clean
That audio was pretty aggressive. Other than that, the game was pretty cool
Very cool! I loved the look of it
Interesting idea! I think it was hindered by the two-button theme though. The growing aspect alone is really interesting, but the two-button controls really made it feel slow and tedious
Great job! I really enjoyed it! I'd love to see more of this
Interesting take on the "Two buttons" theme, but the gameplay felt pretty janky. movement was really floaty and made it feel really hard to control. Art was nice though
Fun game! I'd suggest making the collisions on the obstacles more accurate though. In a game like this, player frustration tends to build over little things like that. It was fun though! And a great interpretation of the theme!
@Frenchie: Good call! I'm going to add that to the description right now.
You guys rock, thanks for all the nice comments!
Yeah, I think if I continue to work on it, I'll be adding in another button. It just makes sense. It was cool as a jam restriction, but not great for gameplay.
