LD34 — Two Button Controls / Growing

The Story of the First Ants by Category5Kawaiiju 2015-12-15T05:32:00

The visual novel format works remarkably well for a 113+ year old myth

Microgravity by jn327 2015-12-15T02:41:00

That was fun! I love flying around collecting more ships for your fleet and trying to control them all. It looks great, but it's sometimes really dark and hard to see the obstacles (playing web version).

This is so much fun and the artwork is fantastic! I do wish it had a faster death reset, cause I die...kinda a lot. However the procedural level design makes death less frustrating cause you're not replaying the same area repeatedly.

Compass by linseyray 2015-12-17T02:32:00

That was cool! I like how it plays with your expectations as a player "oh no! ominous thing, run away!" and how the abstract graphics managed to make an emotional response. I think it really worked for your message.

Note: Often runs better or Chrome than Firefox

Zombie Avoid by Dovyski 2015-12-16T05:41:00

Ooh, that was interesting gameplay. I wouldn't have thought to use Phaser in that way. Sometimes it felt more like I was controlling robots than zombie survivors, when they bounced of the cars and didn't know what to do, but the puzzle solving aspect worked well.

Spinny Whale by burntcustard 2015-12-14T23:45:00

Love the improbable concept. Movement system is really fun, but also bit difficult to get a handle on (pianoman373's comment about air drag helped understand what was happening).

Wings of the World Tree by hydancer 2015-12-16T06:05:00

The movement is fun once you get the hang of it, and the difficulty progression works really well! The whole style also just fits together perfectly
