Made with love, nice choice of colors and lighthing. You might turn it even darker (such as the outer area of the level restriction/block) so the eye is fully focused on the main scene. A minor work with huge impact on the lighitng / feeling and mood (which is already good:) Well done!

OMG, the eating blood animation is the best thing I've seen in a while! It is bloody, creepy and yet fun and nicely translated into the pixelart work! A vampire is also a nice interpretation of the theme.. I could imagine this game be a bit bigger to make it into a stand-alone game, outside of a jam? Maybe include some riddles or clues the player has to find? I really like the effort you put into "remixing" the sound! Nicely done!

It is a great feeling you are generating! I love the vibe of some kind of alien planet with red earth and red cube trees. You certainly made me try procedural level generation in the next few days. I loved the barking sound - was that your own voice? :) It is cute pixel art, the variety of dogs is really nice, it reminded me of the 90s Tamagotchi thing that some kids where crazy about. If you want to build up on the game, you could add some "random thoughts" the dog is having? Looking into the dog's though might add another layer of humor? Great work sir :)
