Very relaxing, and has a slight challenge to it. With some improved graphics it could be a very nice game. Good entry

@Kwrky I've just checked the windows download and it's working fine, perhaps try downloading again. For the game to run you'll need microsoft XNA installed, the link to download it is in the download links of the entry.
Audio and graphics are both nice, simple animations would make this even better. Also, you should definitely add 'fuel low!' and 'hull critical!' warnings. Great work! :D
I really like the idea of having to conserve the population rather than trying to eat them all constantly.
Great game nicely put together. My only issues are that the animations make it unclear whether I can attack up or downwards so I end up default to attacking sideways, which can feel a bit odd. Also the transition between levels is really sudden.
Very solid and complementary audio, graphics and gameplay. Perhaps a micro-tutorial would help? I didn't fully appreciate the camera aspects until a few plays in.
Haha those sound effects. Impressive first attempt at an fps. I would like to see more knowing that you only completed half of what you set out to create.
I really like the style, and its quite a long game. The controls feel a bit clunky though.
Really nice art, and some interesting puzzles. Great entry!
Link still isn't working
Thanks for letting me know the link was working. I'm glad I got to play your entry. I really like the concept, but the jumping wasn't always reliable and you can stick to walls ( I had the same issue in a previous entry when trying to do a platformer in unity ).
@black-flag Yep, I didn't rate the first time when the link was broken, but now I have.
I think a few things were lost in translation, but it is an interesting premise
A really cool entry! Interesting mechanic, decent music, and quite funny. I did like the Glaive mechanic. Not sure if you could kill the enemies, or maybe I just wasn't patient enough. The obstacles you had to jump over could have been clearer, I didn't realise what they were at first.
The art style is really nice. The movement controls could use some work (moving left or right and then pressing up or down makes you perpetually go up or down until you hit something). That and some audio would be nice too.
Those jumps are quite a challenge, and it also took me a while to learn to stop pressing left to correct my jumps, because it made me go right instead
Unfortunately I couldn't get Mr J to accept my items. But very impressive for new team, and certainly better than some of my early attempts.
I feel dumb for not getting the first answer myself, but got the rest.
I'm hitting an out of memory error after placing 8 or so tiles on the hosted version. But it looks good from what I've seen so far.
Was a bit confused at the start when I had no ink, but once I got it I really enjoyed the concept.
Impressive amount of art for 3 days, and the music was cool too.
Not sure if my edit is going to appear, but here is a working WebGL version on itch.io if you don't want to download. https://robopossum.itch.io/ld45-pug-dealer-an-underdog-tail
@jaspygames I appreciate you trying to beat it, there is an ending cutscene when you finally clear yourself of your debt which would hopefully make the attempts worth it!
@sheepdog123 There are 8 dog addicts dotted around the map, which I thought was enough, but I have had a few others say a similar thing. Thanks for the feedback!
