Hi ! I'm another dev. Really sorry for the WASD problem, it's currently being fixed ! I hope you will enjoy this game :)
@goldranger Glad you like it ! This is our first game jam so it is nice to hear :) We're working on more patches to try and correct all this, so keep wired !
For the waves… it's an endless game haha. See how far you can make it ;)
@sayuri Thanks for the input! Maybe the layout is not optimal indeed - for the gameplay, try using the nectar a bit more :)
@apfel Thank you! The voice acting definitely needs some improvement, it was the first time I did something like that!
@the-missing-bracket Thanks! And fair point, we were afraid that spending too much time on the background could lead to something too cluttered, so we chose to spend more time on other features
A nice entry, the art, sound design and overall feeling of the game was amazing. The writing was a little bit weak which is unfortunate for a visual novel, but it was a nice experience playing this game!
Interesting little game and awesome voiceover !
Very nice game! I like the idea of having to go back using your own tunnels, that's very clever :) maybe the game could use a bit more polished on the visual side, but that's the limitations of a game jam! The audio was on point too. Thanks for the game!
Very atmoshperic and immersive. I'd say the only downside is the pacing that can be improved on, but there is so much potential here for a full-fledged adventure/horror game!
Very fun clicker! The growing rocket is an awesome feature and really brings the game to the next level! The growth is a tad too exponential I think, maybe the price of upgrades could grow like for technologies?
It is a clever way to think of the theme! Others have noted the different obvious shortcomings, but the concept is nice and I could definitely see this expanded to a full-fledged game!
Very nice little game! The idea is very neat and it is quite well polished. It could obviously be improved here and there, but kudos for making a 2 players game!
Very nice! A bit hard at first, I had to go back to the game page to look at the different jobs. The game is very deep (duh) for a jam game, and definitely looks well rounded. Great job!
Cool game, especially since you were alone! Love the theme integration, very original. Maybe there should be an explanation of the powerups though, I found it confusing having no indication of their effects.
It's an impressive game for a game jam! It can be a bit clunky at times but I had a nice time playing it :)
The game was a bit laggy unfortunately :( The background art is very well done though, as is the parallax!
Quite fun and impressive that you made 6 levels. Very hard though!
Very rarely seen such a game in a gamejam, and the relation to the theme is perfect haha
It's neat how you managed to implement many different dynamics in this! The sound was a bit bothersome as others said. I also got an error and since it's a dev build the console popped up!
Very well polished! The tutorial is very well integrated and the game has a very good balance!
A simple but well rounded concept! It was quite relaxing too.
Really impressive how polished the game is!
I liked the game! I actually find that the fact that the controls appeared progressively was a nice touch. Maybe some more visual indications on the effects of each slider would be helpful :)
