Man your game is glitchy. I couldn't even get past the menu screen. :D
Probably the best interpretation of the theme I've seen so far. Absolutely awesome.

Man your game is glitchy. I couldn't even get past the menu screen. :D
Probably the best interpretation of the theme I've seen so far. Absolutely awesome.
I don't know if it's due to my setup (specifically f.lux), but the dark blue is hard to see on the black background.
A great game. Very smooth controls and easy to understand gameplay. I really liked the level change animation. Too bad there are only a few easy levels, which can be all solved in less than a minute. Also it could restart automatically when you die.
Amazing pixel art. The camera moves way too slowly.
A really beautiful game. I liked it, but I think I would enjoy it more if the gameplay was a bit faster.
The entire game was supposed to be on one screen. You have three. :D
Really solid. Great graphics, audio and gameplay. I'd give extra points for using javascript but there weren't any more available. 40/40
Did I... did I just kill santa?
Really enjoyed the game. Doesn't require a lot of strategy though.
I guess I'm very stubborn :D. The "Play one more time" and the "Credits" buttons didn't work for me on Chrome. I didn't get any sound either (tried both Chrome and Firefox). Despite that I really enjoyed playing it.
This definitely deserves 5/5 on humor. I wish I could give more. Very funny and surprisingly accurate. :D
I can't get past the third level or so. The blue box just doesn't seem to jump high enough to get on the next platform.
You won but you died 54 times. It would be cool to have the number of deaths displayed during the game so that I would know that minimizing that number is one of the goals. At some point I started using deaths as a means to get to remote places. For some reason while you can move left/right with A and D, you cannot jump with W. It took me a moment to realize I can instead use the arrows. It annoyed me a bit that the player character accelerates so slowly. It wasn't obvious that after collecting all the boops the boss would appear. I'm glad I managed to get the last few of them. I like the idea of the terrain constantly changing around you. I think it adds a lot to the gameplay. Overall I had a lot of fun playing the game, and I wish there was more of it.
A great submission. Reminds me of nethack. I love the dynamic lighting, the pixel art, and gameplay. It's simple, yet very enjoyable. Too bad sound doesn't work in the browser. Also I'm pretty sure it's "hit" and not "hitted".
I loved the game. Amazing graphics and gameplay. I can't really pinpoint why, but I feel jumping isn't quite perfect.
An awesome game. A very innovative idea, great graphics and audio. However it was a bit laggy for me, and the controls, especially jumping, didn't feel as responsive as I'd like.
The graphics are top notch, and I really loved the audio. The music theme reminded me of Ridiculous Fishing, while the audience sounds were a bit like in Device 6.
As a person, who spent countless hours playing nethack I appreciate a good text-graphical game when I see one.
Highscore #1? I guess I'm really good at cheating.
I really liked your game and had quite a lot of fun playing it.
I really liked this game. It took me a while to memorize which color is under which key. The controls are a bit uncomfortable though. I would prefer for example an s,d,f and j,k,l combination.
A really cool game. I'm pretty sure it's an accurate depiction of how snowmen are built. Very realistic.
I feel this would make a great mobile game. The controls are very simple, but the game is challenging and fun.
I really like the idea. A great interpretation of the theme. Both levels and the background music get a bit repetitive after a while.
Cool game. I love the graphics. Too bad I had to test it alone.
I really like the game dynamics. Fast-paced action games are the best.
Didn't work for me in Chrome. Worked fine in Firefox though.
Pretty nice game. The text could show up faster though and be easily dismissible. Waiting for it to show up was a bit annoying.
Same here. I hope it gets fixed soon. Can't wait to play another HTML5 game.
An interesting idea. I'd prefer if it was a bit faster though.
When the loading screen said "Connecting to camera", I was pretty expecting to see my face on the screen in a moment. What I saw surprised me, to say the least. An interesting game. Very creepy, but I'm pretty sure that's intentional.
Nice game. At first I tried to drag the turrets by the label instead of the image, and got a bit confused.
Managed to get to 1:05. The best strategy seems to be to move along the perimeters of the field. Also luck regarding the player positioning plays a big role. One time I got caught as I entered the field with 0:00 on the clock.
A very unusual game. Quite fun and surprisingly difficult. I really liked the graphics, but found the sound a bit repetitive.
I really like the pixel art. The game could use some music/sounds though.
I resembles my entry a lot. I guess we have very similar tastes. Both are javascript games where you shoot enemies that come from the sides until you die.
I really liked it, although it's pretty hard. I loved the death sound and animation. A very solid submission.
Would it be possible to see the source code?
Enjoyed it a lot. Suprisingly hard.
Beautiful design and interesting gameplay idea. A bit too short and too limited for my tastes though.
@MCPGNZ I know. Redesigning the player character is one of the todos that didn't make it. 48 hours is pretty constraining.
@Fanttum Sorry to hear that. Sound playback issues are what causes the problems on Safari. Which version of Chrome are you using? I wanted to implement muting, but didn't have enough time to. As for the blood, I went all in once I decided on the title.
@sharpcoder @karlipoppins the game is a bit easier if you play it in a full browser window instead of the embedded iframe. Just click the Web link if you'd like to try.
@jrap I implemented the powerups about an hour or two before the deadline. Didn't have enough time to tweak their looks, since there were a few other things I wanted done before submission. Some elements are a bit rushed and it shows.
A great game. Beautiful background music.
Cool concept. Enjoyed playing it. The narration was a bit too slow for me though.
Very dark. Most of the times you either freeze to death or the wolves get you. Amazing graphics.
The graphics are amazing. I didn't like waiting for the disk thing to rotate correctly though. It made gameplay slower than it needed to be.
Simply amazing. I love every single aspect of the game. What's with the source code though? How do you open .capx files?
