Really well done, simple to play but addicting :)

Awesome! Great idea for a game!
Really great idea. The fog of war is a nice touch, I enjoyed it quite a bit! I can tell you put in a lot of effort in it too.
Fixed the link, thanks for the heads up!
Was a nice and complete game :D The balance/difficulty felt just about right. A couple of pieces of feedback though: I wish there was either a way for me to manually reload, or I didn't have to worry about clip sizes. Especially when the HUD went away, I wouldn't know how much ammo I had left and would enter a fight only to immediately run out of bullets.
The UI for health bar and ammo was a little obtrusive for me, it was hard to see bullets/enemies sometimes because of the size.
The item powerups were fun and it really started to feel like a roguelike in the later levels.
The enemies that spawn the green walls were a little annoying when they would block up a doorway I was trying to enter. I would have to shoot the green walls over and over again as they continually blocked up the only entrance into a room.
Overall, great game!
Loved it, very simple and fun mechanic. I didn't realize e was used for interact at first, but it was better after that.
It's actually very similar in concept to my game (which is a shoot em up version). Great job!
I laughed at cook's reaction whenever I finished a recipe. The style is great. I think it would be nice to add some more simple mechanics, like having to stir the soup the other direction, or adding more ingredients after stirring, etc.
Enjoyed it quite a bit, I wish when you finished the song that it had a better payoff though (like saving off the current track and starting a new layer on top of the other one)
Enjoyed the little bit of humor, but got kind of repetitive quickly. Was hoping to have some more variety between each level.
The robot and aesthetics were really cute. The gameplay was a little too simple for my tastes though. Could add a couple more 'enemies', like one where you have to stand still, another where you have to jump on their head (guys moving a couch or something), etc.
Well done though and congrats on your first jam!
Very cool. The more I played it, the more invested in it I became. I really enjoyed the simplicity of it. I wish I could just hold the button to keep going in a direction though, as it got a little tedious to press the keys over and over.
Really wasn't sure what to expect at first, but the gameplay was very intuitive, fun and the mood was just right :)
Neat little game, I came for the apocalypse and I stayed for the upside down horses :) It was a little hard to distinguish my horses from the enemy ones though.. maybe a different silhouette would have helped?
Love the art style, and the premise is super cool. I think your application of the theme was spot on :D I do think the fall damage is a little unforgiving, but probably fine once you get used to it.
Every bit of this has a ton of care and attention put to it. From the full-screen death effect, to the starting little stacking sequence. The sounds are super well done and I commend you on your work :D The only additions I would consider would be: Multiplayer(huge cost, I know), and different stacking arrangements other than a tower
Cool game, exactly the kind of idea I've come to love from Ludum Dare games. The sounds are lovely and both actions feel very satisfying to use.
I prevailed! I think giving the player something to do when they are a wolf and there are only wolves left (or vice versa) would be a nice addition. For some reason I liked the little smoke effect a lot when you shot :)
