I love this so much., really satisfying, haha. What kind of mic did you use for the SFX? They all sound really crisp.
Really like the idea! Couldn't see the ingredient list, but just had to be in full scree. Couldnt figure out how to actually place your turrets at all . a small tutorial screen would be helpful. Think it could be really fun though!
@snowdrama I went back and played this again, making sure I had it on full-screen right from the start and the UI was much clearer. I think you were right about the scaling issue, I must have also clicked on a weird resolution or something!
Really neatidea, and a good execution too. Initially it did feel like a lot of reading. Some voice over for some of the dialogue would be very welcome. Art looks amazing, and I love the look of the map. A bit of a tutorial at the beginning would be nice to. Overall really cool though!
This turned out really cool. I'm sure other people have mentioned that the beat doesn't seem to line up with the song, but that adds a bit of extra difficulty, whether intentional or not :p A little variation in the SFX would be welcome, but overall the art style & music are great. Good job!
Nice theme, something to think about afterwards! I'm not sure of how much strategy is available to the player? After a certain point it seemed like I was just trying to put trees down as fast as possible. I do like that immediate anxiety of seeing the forest wither away though, it does kind of sell the theme.
I like the idea a lot, although it began to feel like some decisions were pretty arbitrary, and I ended up only being able to say "Later" which slowed down the game quite a bit :p
I would cut down the amount of days and try to expand on the options available. And perhaps try to tie decisions you've made with opportunities available. like, if you decide to catch the thieves, you can choose to raid their hideout after talking to them, which would cost x amount of weapons, but possibly reward you with a bunch of gold.

The audio and visuals were really coherent. Might have been sort of cool if she was wandering after whatever she wanted and you had to protect her. Either way, fun to play!
Neat take on a classic! Didn't get a chance to player it two player, but imagine it would be pretty fun with someone else. Some music might be a nice addition, though I understand tying to keep to aspects of the original : p
This was super fun. The whole idea of buying your enemies for prospective profits is really neat. Adds a nice play at your own risk/gamble sort of feel to it, well done!
This was really fun! Like others have said, having some context sensitive commands would be really neat.
