such a nice entry! i really dig the art style and the dialogue was fantastic- very polish, great job!
Very funny and unique puzzle mechanic ! A key to reduce the circles size wouldn't hurt the gameplay I think, just to require less restarts. Great job :)
Love the stretchy physics and the narration style. Managed to bug the physics out a couple of times, but I know that's a rough thing to tune just right on a short timescale.
What a crazy idea for a game – I love it!
Very interesting and great entry. I like how you don't necessarily have to beat each level to proceed.
Good work!
I finished the game without understanding what I was doing at all. But I enjoyed pushing balls out of holes and bugging physics. The best part of the game:D
Nice puzzle! So natural and simple at first look, but deep. This is a fun. At one point just start shuffle :D
Good Work!

Really unique idea, i like those crazy idea, especially in puzzles. great stuff, i hope you had a lot of fun creating it
Great idea with a nice twist and cool level progression.
I found the dialogues very funny and I think I created a monster during the final level.
Nice submission!
Definitely one of a kind game!
The display of the dialogues is incredible, I like the idea even if I don't really get the theme at first glance, but bravo to you
Surprisingly addicting! And a little unsettling :D Great dialogues. Puzzles were very fun as well. Could have really shined with some sounds!
This is so fun and what a refreshing idea!
The physic-sy puzzles were a lot of fun to solve. The dialogue is hilarious, and putting it above the above the mouse cursor was a cool addition. Made it so the text is always in front of you while you're working on the puzzle.
Only feedback -- it would be neat if you could see how close you got to the perfect line (not sure how you calculated that in game).
Pretty original idea! I had a fun time playing the levels, and the writing's cute, too. Good job!
So original, I wasn't expecting that kind of game, I really love it
I couldn't find the solution for the 3 cells with the tunnel in between them. Very interesting game though, never played anything like it!
Great idea! I love this.
Super original, both creepy and satisfying, interesting puzzle mechanic. Will borrow the dialogue system idea for future jams haha
A very unusual idea, I went through all the puzzles with pleasure, I didn't even notice how the game ended =)
Really fun game! I like the simple but interesting game mechanics.
Injecting acid is really creepy but you made it fun somehow  The game is catchy, good job :)
OatdT the GOAT you've done it again! You always come up with the most interesting and unique puzzle games - and this was no exception.
I really enjoyed this game! The nature of it being physics-based opened up some different solution possibilities, which were cool and sometimes hilarious. I also thought the puzzles were good, and appreciated how each one felt like it was exploring a different interaction. Also, I like how you usually include some form of narrative in your works :)
Great work as always, and look forward to your next game!
Everything in this game was what I least expected to see. A physics puzzle on skin beauty with game jam development commentary?? Really innovative!
Wow, that's such a creative game idea! Don't remember having seen anything similar before. Very well made, eventhout a bit glitchy sometimes. Hope you keep it and expand on it maybe
This game is so fun it's perfect, "perfect, everyting, down to the last minute detail". Congratulations!
The theming is so funny, love it! Suggestion: having the face of the person update during the surgery would be hilarious! I really liked the puzzles too and the level design which was very clever!
Nice take on the theme! Instead of going in the depths, try to get rid of them. :)
The dialogue during the gameplay was a great idea, the narrative really adds to the mood of the game. Graphics are simple, but for a game like this it means they're clear and don't make the gameplay harder. Here everything's pretty responsive and you won't get stuck wondering if there's something you've missed.
The physics system worked pretty well too. Only the last level got some funky issues: wrinkles.png
I don't think that's healthy for the patient. :D
This was really cool and original. Very hard towards the end having to scale/resize the globules to move them to where they needed to be.
If you develop post compo, it'd be cool to see just how close each section was to perfect smoothness  - maybe a zoomed out version on the face at the end
Great stuff for 48h.
great game! very nice interpretation of the theme. Very funny and quiet tricky. Add a little bit of audio and it would be perfect =)
Very unique game  Delightfully so. Though I dont know if the "A" key binding was left in intentionally...
@xparker I noticed the keybinding like 5 seconds after submitting and hoped nobody would notice  Thank you for playing and your comment!

Thank you for bringing the game to the stream!
Unique approach to both theme and game-design.
I'm generally bad at puzzles so I was glad every time I managed to do something right and I am glad that game doesn't force you to do it perfectly. It was very fun just messing around with physics
Great job!

Cool little game, really liked the concept. Excellent work, well done!
Awesome!
Really good idea, goo job, very fun to play!
Originality 10!
That idea would never have crossed my mind.
Great use of the theme.
I also liked the way the dialogues unfold. It was funny.
Congratulations!
