This game is like a Mini-Minecraft!
This was quite fun to play! I really enjoyed out pacing the various monsters. This could be a great mobile game!
Nicely Done!

Nicely Done!
This was fun. I like the burst of energy you get at the start of a run, it really helps you get back into the action quickly. Would be cool if sound effects were added
Great game! Really funny and challenging, good job! :v:
Hehe i really like the turbo after dying.. and i really enjoyed the different layers :) Strong entry with strong graphics/animation!
Fun and challenging! But now I have a new fear - fear of slimes =)
pretty addicting! the enemies felt fair and the powerups were all useful, a solid game loop!
Very fun. The visuals are simple but cute. I just think the bomb could be a little more useful... I got to the end without feeling the need to use it. Good job!!
(The ending is amazing :D)
Really cool game. I love the minimalist art style
Nice one! This was pretty fun and the art style was really pleasing to look at! I played through it like 5 times
I really liked this graphics, if develop this project, will be good game!, good luck =)
Cool game, graphics were really cute :D.
Nice work! I enjoyed playing this game, it was very fun. I liked the different abilities that could be unlocked as the player levelled up and I likes the different levels. It would have been nice to gain exp from using the bomb on enemies though. Overall it was fun and kept me wanting to see what was at the bottom.
Really nice game! I felt myself wanting to go deeper. I did feel like you had to get the pick axe upgrade before going to another layer, it was really impossible if you didnt.
Liked the mechanic of the speedboost at the start, it felt good to get back into it fast and that kept me playing longer.
very simple controls and nice graphics, good job overall! <3
The speedboost at the beginning was absolutely awesome.
The mechanics were also pretty solid though I wasn't a big fan of the bomb, I feel like something that I could lob behind me would have been more appreciated, if this were to turn into something bigger.
It didn't quite feel inevitable to me, though, if I'm being perfectly honest, but that's really my only gripe.
If this had some audio thrown in on it I'd have way too much fun zoning out to some digs.
Super addictive! The quick restart was great and the boost at the beginning was a really ingenous way to get the player back into the game.
The UI was super clean and the strategy to determine what direction to go based on the limited view of the enemies was fantastic. Having the false freedom of only being able to go horizontal or down was a great design. The aesthetic was really well curated. I only made it through to the second layer so I didn't see how deep it could get.
Sounds would have been really next level, even throwing in really simple ones on hits. Also, I would have appreciated a bigger viewport and/or fullscreen option (unless I am dumb and didn't see it) as my 2K resolution didn't show me a lot.
Great work on this. I am glad you submitted.
Cool minimalistic graphic. Run from monsters is really funny, espiceally when your bombs are reloading.
Great idea!
Thank you so much for including the WebGL build!
The game starts abruptly, but once I figured out whats going on, I had a lot of fun!
One thing I noticed is that the Dig Dig Joy powerup is much more useful than the other ones.
You art is also really charming, I'm a big sucker for minimalist pixel art
Overall, well done!
This was really nice. I first thought it does not run in my browser, but it just was an extremly long loading time
I am a fan of the art style, and the upgrades are really charming. The different zones and enemy models really gives the game another layer of depth (heh) The fast pace and limited sight, especially in the beginning made it feel like survival was based mostly on luck. I think continuing development is a great idea, and i had fun playing this!
The game is fun! But do you really need this default down movement. Sometimes I would prefer to have a choice to stop and think for a moment.
I really liked the quick mining upon respawn, and the bombs were a blessing. The upgrades could use some work, but the art was very cute. Good job!
This game is really fantastic! 1. Great digging animations 2. I like the simple controls and the "pickaxe spark" to let me know which way I'm digging 3. Really simple but intuitive controls 4. Good variety of different upgrade types 4. Digging deeper to get increasingly larger experience cubes felt good. I like how the dirt textures change to give a sense of progression and depth
I am in love with the artstyle and the gameplay mechanics, congrats :D
The game was really fun and I really like the animations, especially the pickaxe!
Some simple sounds really would be nice here. Also, it would be nice if it were clearer that bombs don't do damage to the player.
This was very interesting! I was kinda confused about the difference between damage and damage speed (isn't 2x damage same as two times as fast?)
Was really fun dodging the small enemies, solid entry!
Found the game to be super engaging and fun, one of my most played games so far! I like the bomb recharge on mine and the lack of control for vertical control as design choices. However, the heavy penalty of a restart for a misplay eventually conditioned me to play more conservatively and sort of strip mine rows, which was more profitable in turms of upgrades, but overall less fun. Will probably do more runs later, great job with the game!
I really liked this game, the graphics were nice and the gameplay was great! I liked the upgrade system and I liked how visually you could see how things got harder (longer time to mine blocks, different ores, more enemies etc.). Great game! :)
Simple and delicious! A very dangerous combination! One of my favorites so far.
Congratulations for the excellent work.
Nice game, simple but effective, congrats!
Cool game. I like the variety of abilities and that they actually have an impact on the run, and I like that there is an element of strategy.
What an addictive little game! Super big fan of the replayability. I wish it'd be more possible to get away from monsters but I suppose that adds to the struggle!
Cute little game, addictive too!
**THINGS I LIKED:**
- The graphics. I loved especially the cute pixelated playable character. The particles were nice too! - The simplicity. Easy to figure out. - The different upgrades. - The way enemies worked. - Leaderboards.
Thank you for the submission!
I was about 20 levels in before I realised the game was going!
Does the pick get stronger as you level even if you don't have a choice of upgrading it?
I was able to get to the green XP areas fairly easy, but kept having a beetle thing drop on me. Good work, this is a fun game.
I really liked the game! Once I've realized I can jebait the enemies by walking to the side opposite of the hole through which they can reach me, it changed for me almost completely! Then again, once I've realized that the goal is actually getting to the bottom as fast as you can, it changed again, and I really liked that.
I'm not sure it fits with the theme that well, but that's probably my only critique, great job! Also, I always dig any game about digging!
as i told my chat, this was fucking fantastic. i had a lot of things to say but in case you've not got too much time here's the synopsis i gave at the end:

guys, you gotta keep making games because this was absolutely brilliant
Really good job! Love the pixel art and the simple concept done well and polished. Less is more! Well balanced and very fun. Great submission.

I like the low-res look and the simple game play works well. The upgrades make me want to keep playing, and I can see how you might expand it to include some more upgrades, larger light radius, etc. Good job.

I can't say that I've ever played an auto-digger before, and I dig it. Interesting idea, plays nicely.
I'm not sure I loved competitive play being for speed, which ends up feeling kind of luck-based on early upgrades, vs. score-based, although score-based would have its own issues with incentives.
Thanks for your submission! I loved this game, it really nailed the “just one more try” feeling. Finding multiple blocks of experience and getting pick upgrades were really satisfying, feeding into the will to reach the end faster.
