Everything about this is so great! Really love the mechanics and how well it controls, also massive props for implementing a volume slider

OOooooooooooohhhh, I really really like this! The polish here is really evident, and listening to the game with headphones was a treat! Even if you didn't make the sounds yourself, you mixed them very well and used them to great effect!
I also loved the classic pixel art aesthetic mixed with some really nice touches, like the liquid physics inside the bottle. :)
This is one of those games that seems super simple, but actually hides a lot of depth, which I really appreciate! It was a neat little "aha" moment when I discovered that I can catch the vials I throw to myself instead of just waiting for it to stop moving. I can see this being a neat little speedrun game.
I do kind of wish I had a more accurate trajectory prediction before I through the vial though. Especially during the arrow with all of the criss-crossing arrows, I felt like I was over/under shooting quite a bit, and couldn't really get a read on where my vial was going to fly before I threw it.
That's just a minor polish thing, though. This game is all-in-all really really REALLY solid! Excellent work!!
Amazing game! Great mechanics, graphics and music. Feels very finished. Could definitely see people speed running this with some tricky vial throws etc.
Very good entry in terms of gameplay, graphics, sound! So in almost everything.
Not much can be added, you had an idea which is executed perfectly, with attention to the detail. It surprised me that I could block arrows with vial by turning back.
The biggest weakness of this game will be the reference to the theme. It's so-so, very contractual.
Beside that, good job guys, I had fun playing your game! :thumbsup_tone1:
Solid entry, everything is here ! Mechanic sure is original, level design is good as well !
So many solid games this gamejam, i`am so amazed. This game could be whole release right now. You should work on this idea more. Sound, Graphics, Controls are astonishingly good 10/10.
so much fun that my friend was watching me play it, immeditaely stood up and went to go find it haha well done!! :)
Nice mechanic! It has potential for a publishing game!
I really enjoyed the art and the audio! Fun mechanic and I think your tutorial was particularly good, though it did become pretty difficult for me after a few levels. This felt well polished for a jam game, good controls and felt nice to play.
VERY neat entry. Very polished, using an item as health equivalent is a great twist on an established genre. I especially enjoyed that there was usualyl a naive and terrible route and a much easier one that rewarded exploration rather than just precise execution. And then there is of course the great infuriating feeling once you just barely missed with the bottle and loose everything =)
Very polished sound, graphics and controls. The mechanic was really fun! :)
The physics were really fun to play around with. Getting to be invulnerable but still affected by objects was very satisfying, and the audio effects supported that. I was particularly impressed that the axes slow down at the top of their swing rather than having continuous motion, and the arrows fall on impact. Little touches that make the game world feel more real.
Nice level design allowed for creativity in finding skips. Good entry.
I like this idea. The graphics are cool. I liked the physics of control very much. Well done!
This is a really finished and polished product ! The graphics and sounds are really nice. This color palette is well used and everything is cohesive (also props to the fluid physic, it looks really nice). The controls are fluid, the mechanic well executed and the difficulty is just at the right level.
Only downside I can think of is the inclusion of the theme, but at this point it's almost anecdotal and the quality make up for it in my opinion.
Very nice, good graphics, good sounds (although the footsteps sound was a little weird imo), good mechanics. I think the axes and arrows make you fly a little too far though, I found it very difficult to get through a couple areas when I was basically getting combo'd by the hazards. Maybe some i-frames would help with that, idk. I also think the controls could be a little better. Hitting r makes me take my finger off the d key, which isn't great if I'm trying to jump right or adjust my jump while grabbing the vial. I think right click might have been a better option.
Overall though, this game is super cool. I love the spooky aesthetic and the different ways you can use the grab and throw mechanic. Definitely some very cool technical stuff is possible here. Would love to see a speedrun of this game.
Pretty good, has some legs to make it as a standalone game. Doesn't adhere too closely to the theme IMO, but that's alright. Pressing R is a bit of a stretch when things get hairy though, pressing E felt more natural.
"There are traps scattered about the world that threaten the safety of the product" THROWING IT IN THE AIR. aha really cool concept, could be even more fun in the future if you add some weird bouncing potion, or "force to catch it back and not touch the floor" ones
Core gameplay resembles my [**platformEgg**](https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/46/platformegg) but your game is much better and fun. Well done.
fascinating mechanic and responsive control, graphics is cool. Nice game))
It's perfect haha, it's very good! I love the idea, the movement of the player and the graphics! Very well done!
The most polished game I've played so far. A lot of fun with the mechanic, and graphics and audio are on point. Not sure how it fits into the theme (not that it matters, not a good theme IMO) but I definitely think this could be a full release! The texts on the signs is a funny touch too:D
Great game. Solid in every aspect. I enjoyed it!
Nearly rage quit, glad i finished https://clips.twitch.tv/EnergeticTsundereBorkPunchTrees
This was really good! I don't know what else to say other than well done!
Very interesting idea and punishing as heck. So far, one of three downloadable games from the jam that I am not instantly deleting after playing, sorry to the others.
Really unique idea, it was presented extremely well, levels progressively got harder - no big difficulty jump. Great job all around, one of the best games I played from this jam. Good job guys!!
Played great, really tight controls. Unique spin on a tried and tested platform mechanic. I enjoyed the visuals and the overall mood of the game. Could easily see this as a full game because the first few levels are so strong. Sorry I was so bad at it on stream.
really nice gameplay and innovative idea.it played well with the theme. nice to see another godot game. great game!
The game has very good concept and I love the execution. I would like to have a helper for throwing mechanics, but that's just me maybe :) Other than that, solid entry and well done!
I really enjoyed this game! Good music. Good art. Fun and unique. Great job!
Cool! Amazing game with well-polished gameplay. I love the sound and visuals. It is possibly the most finished game I've seen in this jam.
I'm really struggling to find anything that can be improved. The gameplay is smooth and solid, so I guess that base can easily be turned into a full-featured game.
Good job!
That liquid shader is some black magic. Game is really fun too and I love the art overall
congrats on the amazing game man! Clear and well-executed concept, very good polish! i like
Fun game to play and the art was very good. Art style reminded me of shovel knight
Wow...what can I say? Propably one of the greates Ludum Dare 47 Games I've tried out!
I loved the music, the Graphics and the whole idea! The Soundeffects really made me shiver and I made me panic, when I heard that the delivery gets damaged!
The Hurtsounds of the Delieveryboy made me laugh, It was just fun to jump into all the obsticals
I am a bit proud ouf myself, that I figured out the self passing before the text message  It's a really great game. I hope you develop that into a bigger Game, It would pay money for that!
As an Ex Deliveryboy I can only say... WE ALL SHOULD HAVE SOME ARMOR!
Wow, great job you two, the game is awesome! Cool concept and great delivery.
I really enjoyed the level design, it does a good job of giving you room to play around with the core gameplay hook and it gives just the right amount of challenge to actually make you plan your moves but at the same time keep you curious about what's the next challenge going to be. Well done, really, especially considering how it isn't trivial to play-test your own game and tune those things!
I would say that I found the art style a bit too simple - with such a muted color palette and little amount of elements on screen the picture felt empty and I think that just adding a little bit more variance to the tiles and maybe something for the background would be enough to make it pop.
Sounds are really great, though, hearing the clinking of your armor and stomping of your boots does a good job of grounding you in the game and both sounds and music fit the style well. The sound of a trap hitting the Juice cut right through my heart each time!
Anyways, I've enjoyed this game immensely, I think it's proper fun and I appreciate the fact that I finally know why my packages arrive in the state they do :D
It's the same game mechanic I had last Ludum Dare, except polished and not janky. Unfortunately I couldn't restart a level after breaking a vial, I can only start from the start. I wish I had a level select.
A really good entry! I just think, that the theme isn't really respected, but it's my opinion)
