I LOVE THE ART OF YOUR GAME  very nice game. for the Graphics is it vector art or digital Drawing ? bug : can't restart after finishing the game.

shard 2019-04-30 08:29

Looks visually very good!

mrpiedpiper 2019-04-30 08:32

This was fun!

Great graphics, suiting sounds, and enjoyable gameplay.

Only thing I'd add right now, is music. It was so quiet when it first turned on, the rocket landing actually made me jump XD

bnmkt 2019-04-30 08:32

I wish i could have restart the game after i lost :c

Thank you for your game, i loved playing it !

docfallout 2019-04-30 08:34

Great idea! I Love the style and the gameplay.

cubicode 2019-04-30 08:39

Like the game and especially the graphics.

It's easy to control and makes fun.

As already mentioned, a restart button would be nice.

radonraph 2019-04-30 08:49

Very cool game ! Good quality graphics ! I miss the musique too and good history !

sam-machell 2019-04-30 09:03

Definitely easy to control and makes fun. The noises got a bit grating and repetitive: very harsh. Nice tying together of concept and gameplay but I think you could've taken it further and pushed the idea into something fresh. Nice work!

reality-blind 2019-04-30 09:49

Really well polished and fun game, I love the art!

daggett 2019-04-30 10:36

Looks very polished, love the art style and concept. Some sound effects could use a little bit more love to keep up with the rest.

pranjalbisht 2019-04-30 12:12

Wow, very polished entry for a jam! That got dark really fast though, you can never prevent the planet's demise, only prolong it. Top-notch graphics and systems. The only bad thing was that I was clicking so furiously, it'd be cool if I could just used the first attack by holding down the mouse button. But otherwise, it's very good, and thanks for the nice message/warning for our planet!

squaredev 2019-04-30 13:06

Very good looking art! Impressive work for a LD entry. The concept of the game is also nice, and the game itself is fun to play.

castrolol 2019-04-30 16:41

I love the graphics !!! good work dude !!

jerrtato 2019-04-30 16:52

Earth lasted 38 years :[ don't put me in charge of mother nature! I like the message behind your game, and the graphics are impressively clean. I wish the basic shock attack had hold-mouse down to autofire. The audio starts to work tough on the ears after so long of playing, maybe you could variate random db in volume or have multiple sounds for the catastrophes.

frostdragonliz 2019-05-01 09:35

Excellent work, doesn't feel like a jam game. Could only mark down for limited sound, other than that everything was top tier.

narrenschlag 2019-05-01 09:41

Cool

oktarian 2019-05-01 09:51

Amazing game, congrats. Visuals look great too.

bluwind360 2019-05-01 09:54

Visuals are spot on, I didn’t get why I was zapping the spaceships and spacemen but zap them I did. Well done on an great entry

henanboy 2019-05-01 10:01

This is definitely the best looking game I have seen so far. It is very well polished, and it's fun to play, with a message to boot. Awesome job!

fidrik 2019-05-01 10:06

such a good game! very well polished art style too, really nice take on a defence style

banzi 2019-05-01 10:12

Nice game! Reminded me of one game from Blackthornprod.

nicneznic 2019-05-01 10:15

Well polished and visually very appealing game. I enjoyed playing it even though my hand kind of hurts after all those bolts of lightning. :) On top of that, I liked the take on the theme of this jam.

turbogros 2019-05-01 10:16

The gameplay is funny and the assets are great ! I just found that the sound was a bit aggressive. But it was cool :) Nice job !

saladon 2019-05-01 11:15

Very cool art style. Great game. Had a lot of fun

thesunshineraven 2019-05-01 11:27

I went into a full berserk mode when playing this game, internally yelling "Go away! Go away! Go away!" – great idea! Very enjoyable game, getting super challenging the more you progress. Loved the art as well. Sadly, didn't get any sounds or music and as my colleague mentioned, after a while, my hand was getting tired after constantly tapping the light bolts (still, it was oddly satisfying bolting all those little astronauts :D), but otherwise, a solid entry and a very nice game. Thank you for creating it!

johanhelsing 2019-05-01 12:29

Very nice and polished graphics. Screenshake is a nice touch. My hand got tired of clicking after a while.

The text at then end was funny :)

jin47 2019-05-01 13:36

The visual are stunning! I also really liked the concept and I think that, if pushed a bit further, this could make a nice game! Good job!

falak 2019-05-01 17:54

Use of theme, graphics, gameplay and that ecological message! everything is great! Good luck!

grllle 2019-05-01 20:26

Ok, this is funny how simlar our entries are, yet different in detail. I obviously like your idea very much and your execution is flawless. Very nice job!

zoneoutapps 2019-05-01 20:33

Excellent! Definitely inspiring idea and game logic. Props!

carpin 2019-05-01 20:59

Nice game, i liked the idea. It's polished and smooth.

fatpenguin 2019-05-01 21:00

Ughh, humans are the WORST, right? :D real sweet game! I liked the art style very much, it was also challenging and at the end quite overwhelming, but that's what those games aim for, to see how long you can keep going ;) I liked the different types on enemies and weapons, maybe if you continue to work on it, make a sound indicator when which weapon is ready/when you get a new one, or upgrades :) Also, maybe splitting the enemies up in waves would be fitting! Good job overall, I enjoyed playing it :)

mlleab 2019-05-01 21:34

Excellent works for the design! It would just miss a tutorial in the game but it's really optional A game that carries its ecological values! You must continue to play and go out on mobile;)

If you have time to give me also a user feedback :) https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/44/underbreak

limejuice123 2019-05-01 21:59

Lovely polished and fun game which looks great. Had a lot of fun with all the powerups, nice variation. Seems a minor complaint but it would be nice to be able to just hold the mouse button down for the lightning strikes rather than having to click repeatedly; my finger started to hurt after a bit. Also some background music might be nice.

Overall had a great time though.

jamesolivermusic 2019-05-01 22:11

Nice work! Wonderful graphics here and pretty intense gameplay. Maybe some of the powerups, like the comet, should actually damage the earth as well? But well done with this, I had great fun playing it!

inkyglow 2019-05-01 23:03

Great game! Very nicely polished and well-executed. Doesn't feel like a game made in a short timeframe :) I'd love it if there was some music to go with it but apart from that it's great

zubspace 2019-05-03 10:04

Holy wow. The visuals are truly excellent! Sound effects perfect. The different skills and the unlocking are well done. Even though it is just a clicker game, I enjoyed it very much. Congrats!

almost 2019-05-03 10:08

Really pretty. Needing to click constantly can be annoying though, I would have liked if I can hold the button. The UFO had so much health! I threw so many attacks at it, and then 2 more came at once. I lasted 251 months.

4knights 2019-05-04 08:01

personally I'm not a huge fan of this genre, however, I liked the idea, graphics, SFX, VFX and the clean code <3. however, a bg soundtrack would have been nice. overall this was an interesting entry. for what can be improved you can add upgradeable attacks to balance the increasing number and absorption power of the enemy. well done and i hope you keep working on it ^^ all the best

286 Months! Nice game, it looked similar (in some way) to mine!

flamus 2019-05-04 20:13

Great game! Had fun playing it, graphics are lovely!

mika-la-grand 2019-05-07 20:25

A well polished game. Some minor complaints would be that the healthbar of some of the bigger enemies can be obscured by clouds.

ddrkirbyisq 2019-05-13 03:56

Pretty on the nose, eh? But that's fine for an LD entry I guess! :)

ivan-garcia-filho 2019-05-14 12:02

Awesome entry with amazing graphics.

The sfx are repetitive and you could maybe add 1 or 2 more variations and oscilate the pitch and volume to avoid that.

There's a lack of ambience vfx and sfx which could reflect the status of the planet, like layers of sfx and vfx which you could turn on and off, some birds which could become crows and then turned off, tree leaves shaking which could after turn off, some wind breeze which could after become some howling and whispering wind, and once a factory is built, add a layers of some industrial sfx for every factory (1º factory turns on a steam loop, 2º factory turns on pistons and metal slams, 3º Factory turns on some sledgehammers and so on).

philstrahl 2019-05-25 19:25

Very arcadey. Is there a highscore? Because I think I didn't do too bad: https://youtu.be/NxsO8deuXdo

sirdorius 2022-10-07 20:49

Late to the party, but just wanted to say this is amazing! Very nihilistic and cute at the same time. Loved it!
