Awesome art ! The game is gorgeous, and the music and sound effects are great ! I like the dialogue, the use of "old english" is clever and funny. The time mechanic is great and it fits the theme pretty well. The bosses are all fun to discover, with their own mechanic and graphics. I had a blast playing, although I couldn't help but nitpick some tiny details. -Shooting offers no disavantage, so the player is quick to spam it, but there is no "hold the button to spam" mechanic which makes it a bit tiring. -The projectiles have this "old game mechanic" where you can only shoot one at once. But it makes the game better in away as it forces the player to get closer. -The first boss is pretty boring compared to the other, be it in mechanics or in design of terrain. -The hitbox on the second boss seems weird, sometime I wasn't touching them but still took damage -The fact that you can "kill" the third one projectiles make it so you can win without even moving your character -The third one has "sweet spot" where if you're slightly offcentered, you can touch him without ever being touched.

For the last two one, they where fun to discord so I think they "fit in" with the game, and made me enjoy it in another way.

A really good game ! Graphics are nice, graphics are nice, had a great time and launched it many time trying to beat it. The lack of a "fire compass" on day, the zoom level and the lack of a fire gauge make it a little frustrating, but maybe it's on purpose. Overall, the game greatly encourage exploration, transport the player in another world and is really cute.

/!\ The web version is unplayable on my computer, can't pick up items, can't see anything etc. I think you should put a warning about it as it may give player a bad first impression. Globally I think that there's a scale problem with the game, like it doesnt scale down on smaller computer or something ( a quarter of the explications where left out on my notebook and the camera was off centered)

The game ambiance is superb ! Graphism are beautiful, sounds are great and the whole concept is really smart and reminds me of the Pico 8 "corupt mode". However, the lack of real ending makes it feel a little... pointless ? Like I could just play Hedgehog 2 for hours without seeing anything and get an infinite number of point.

So, great game, great work, had a fun time ! The core mechanic is smart and well developped, the differents upgrades, althought brought up a little late, makes it refreshing (by the way, on my first try I got a speed boost and on the second, won without having to get it, were there more optional artifacts ?) and less bothersome while your multiples clones are running around, blocking path and killing you (When I got the dmg bonus, I had the very smart idea to try it at spawn, let's say futures mes didn't like it). The music is great and the rewing animation is top notch (although a way to speed it up would be nice when you're in a "hurry" after a frustrating death). I however have some points I'd like to bring : -The background is way less visually appealing than the rest, it seems messy and because of the absence of characters outline, it can become a bit hard to see what's an item/entity and what's the background. -There seems to be an input lag in combat, especially with the sword -The delay in camera movement is too big, it makes it hard to see where you're going, at some point, I even had trouble following the arrow as it always was outside of the screen. But overall had a great time and if you ever make a post jam version I'm looking forward to it.

The game is overall pretty fun. Dialogues are well written, the level design is interesting, and in such a short time you've managed to build a really cool experience with a funny story and a great progression curve. The graphics are great colorful and so full of ambiance, and the musics are bangers. However, there are lots of tiny details which lessened my experience: -The fact that there is no sound makes the music a little... repetitive. -I sometimes skipped the dialogues without wanting too, and I realised that in most games skipping a dialogues take two pressed: the first to reach the end of the line immediatly, the second to go to the next, in your game one press is enough. And as you can't retalk to the npcs, it made me miss some dialogues (which is shame considering the quality of your writing) -The boss fight was just confusing, there's just no way of knowing which shots are the enemy's when both of you has the "wheel of cheese" achievement (which is fun to get and to use)

Also, while I don't know if the ending was made on purpose or because of a like of time, but either way it's pretty funny and a nice trick to respect the theme last minute xD.

Beautiful, smart, fun, the game is very cute and it's a pleasure to defend the small house. One complain I'd have tho is that the game is slow paced but too punishing, like, the first 10 minutes are pretty repetitive and that's why when I dided facing the dragon I didn't had the courage to start over.

It's a simple but fun game, made me pass 5 minutes so that's a win in my book. As always on these kind of game, I'd suggest adding a "Best score" feature which always give more of an incentive to replay.

The story is nice, the level design is well thought and mixed with the graphics and gameplay it makes for a nice immersing experience. However, I think the balancing has a problem, the traps are almost useless as they only kill one enemy at a time and are rare, I did'nt really see the point in boarding the windows as they had to break it for the wave to end (maybe having an unboardable spawn point would make them more useful ? Like once you boarded everything you just have this one to watch) and bonuses were never timed correctly. And once you don't have any bullet left, the game just become avoiding enemies until you're lucky. It makes the rythm a little slow which is a shame because the gameplay is nice and killing the enemies is enjoyable and fun. Oh and the music is good but I don't know if it was a bug or something, but 100% of times there was a knocking sound coming from somewhere on the map that seemed "buggy" and would'nt stop playing.

The concept seems interesting but unfortunately it's just too buggy to enjoy, the gravity is too weak, the mouse only move when clicked, and no matter what I chose in the menu I couldn't go to the second level. I think it needs more work but it might eventually end up being a good game. Oh and the music is nice.

Really fun game, the graphics are stunning and the music is nice. It is hard tho, and I think that more feedbacks would help to get the rythm and anticipates the movement. For exemple, all the knives are "rocking" back and forth, even when not going to go down, having them static would help us notice the one that are about to cut. Differents colors for the knives would also help with differenciating them etc.

Very intersting ! Your game is original and refreshing, the execution is fine for a jam game and graphics are nice. The balance isn't that great but in 3 days I don't think you could have done really better than that. But the foundations are solid. Oh and sound is nice. How and I think the magnet is waaay too weak, I didn't feel any difference when I actiavted it.

This game is really, really great. Graphics are beautiful, the "Octopath traveler" effect is stunning, the concept is clever and makes good use of the game and music is a blast. The little phrases of the heros are a nice touch and the "Phase change mechanic" is a clever use of the premise and a great mechanic to explore different gameplays.

Nice technical feet on the planet rotation and on crateria staying ! The graphism are nice and overall the game is well polished, however, not seeing your score until you die make it easy to just give up.

The graphics have their own personnality and I love it. You were able to create a little universe which is cute and gives your game personnality. A nice touch for a future version would be to see the little dogs in the shelter move and live their life etc. The idea of the game is interesting and pretty unique, it can become a bit repetitive however. The lack of sound effects is a little sad though. Also, I think that's a bug but the text has a hitbox, but it kinda contributed to my experience in a way xD as I couldn't shoot the missiles above it I had to pay more attention which made my run more intense.

Wow, the game is very pleasing visually, the sprites are great, the lighting is well done, particles are well used, color effects are smooth, animations too etc. So yeah, it is easy to see that you're primarly an artist xD. Gameplay wise the game is very simplistic but it works, it's effective and well scoped.

Really nice for a first game ! The music is nice, the graphics are cute and the game is well scoped, it's simple but polished and great at what it wants to achieve. If I can give you some advice : -Best score feature are always very welcomed in this kind of game -The font isn't really adapted to a pixel art game, it can seem like a detail but a good font brings a lot -I had the impression that the pixel art were a little... Blurry ? Make sure to deactivate resize filters to keep all their sharpness.

**Spoilers ahead** -A very fun and clever game over all, the dialogues are well written and the "traps" pretty smart, kuddos to the blue button. -However, I have some slight details to report : the game exe is called Ludum.exe and not "The Button.exe", same goes from the window which is named "Ludum (DEBUG", also, the icon is et to the default godot one while the button as an icon would have been a nice detail. The grandmas are in front of the next, and I think that the lack of sound, even just "Typewritters" sound for the text or click sound for the button, lessen the impacts of the players actions. -The fact that the game is windowed made me click outside of the screen once

But besides these nitpicky details, I had a good time, despite the fact that after 5 tries, I only got the the green button.

@eli-delventhal Hello, thanks for your feedbacks. We disabled the shop in the first level to try and give the features progressivily, but we can see how it was the bad idea to juste remove the buttons without removing the tab. After a said time (the one given on the timer) you change level and in the second, you get a second mushroom. If you're talking about the crystals of the shop, they're the currency and only last for a level, which is why you haven't had them on the second one.

The game was beautiful and the ambiance brilliant, I had a good time because of this. But the character speed is way too slow, it makes exploring (the heart of the game) hard to enjoy, also, I found the key before finding Mary and couldn't pick it, and it felt tedious to walk the same way again as the character is slow, it also seems weird because left and right speed are okay, and up and down are 3 times less quick.
