A really nice game, but i feel like my character walk speed is too slow and it made the experience much less enjoyable. Otherwise a really nice entry :)

Really nice artwork. I love the walking animation! Sad story!
Using dynamic lighting on sprite to make horror mood is brilliant! Love the font too.
When I started the game I was mesperized by the artstyle. Liked the gameplay, but the walking speed was way too slow. You really managed to nail the horror vibe tho!
The small hallways and oppressive lighting create a really claustrophobic mood, good job!
I think the walking speed was fine, it's just that the animation is too fast.
Also, on the second map, I assumed that there would be something chasing me after picking up the key. I guess you ran out of time for a monster AI? It was still scary though, and the story had a great twist :)
@rufus @tracex, thank you, maybe i should have done something for the animation/speed
@orpartlu @andyzyz thank you!
@parkuhrmd yes, for the second map, i planned for some jumpscares and horror scenes, but i had no time. Thank you!
Very confining feeling, and the ambient sound and the narrowness contribute very positively to the feeling of the game! However, I got lost at a certain point, and did not know where to go further
Very interesting game! Even if the art is a bit rough i think the overall aesthetic is very interesting, love the combination of tight corridors, low lights, and the character sprite with all the environmental sounds. Id say the one thing that could be improved is the vertical movement as that felt a bit awkward but otherwise very cool!
This gave me the same eerie feeling as when playing the first Diablo game. Great job keeping the suspense, I was scared that guy would chase me throughout the entire dungeon! Great work :)
I really liked the aesthetic of the game, I think the walking speed is a bit slow. After the monster chase, I got lost in the maze, it would be nice to have a minimap which you unlock as long as you discover new areas. Nice work!
Good job setting the mood with audio and visuals. What I would address is the second map, I found the key before I knew I had to, so character didn't pick it up, and going for it the second time felt frustrating since I've managed to get lost even knowing where to go  Other that that good job on your first entry!
Great entry, character feels a little slow which takes a little bit away from the suspense of the chase scene, I did also spend a while trying to pick up the key before finding Mary so had to backtrack a bit which takes a while since the movement speed. But they game has fantastic atmosphere and you are always on your toes waiting for the next thing to happen. Great job!
I also found the key first and had to backtrack. Creepy stuff, good mood.
Right on theme with sense of imminent danger resulting from constrained lighting within narrow passageways, nice character/animation, great ambient audio (good reverb for that dungeon echo), unsettling whispers and the persistent heartbeat  A very good end result.
Really well done. You captured the feeling of underground catacombs more than I've ever seen. Art style was amazing. Interesting choice in making up and down slower than left and right, but it felt good. I was surprised to find the key and get to the end rather quickly, but I think I just got lucky! Great entry!
The game was beautiful and the ambiance brilliant, I had a good time because of this. But the character speed is way too slow, it makes exploring (the heart of the game) hard to enjoy, also, I found the key before finding Mary and couldn't pick it, and it felt tedious to walk the same way again as the character is slow, it also seems weird because left and right speed are okay, and up and down are 3 times less quick.
Nice ambiance, needs tunning but hey still a good entry
