Sin tÃtulo.jpg I couldn't really play it, I couldn't shoot it in any way. And with wasd I only moved the cats in the lockers but nothing else, I think a tutorial would be necessary
Excellent graphics. An interesting look at the mechanics of 2048. How does this fit into the theme of "Delay the inevitable"? The first association is scary.
Interesting interpretation of 2048. A bit long in my opinion, but enjoyable to play
@sofignedova Hello, we are a team from Ukraine, we made a game between air raids during the war.
We wanted to create a game dedicated to the belief in the victory of our country, so the game has air defense that protects the house in our both in the game and in life :)
If you go through the game, you will see an inscription that explains the topic (see 3 screenshot)
Our victory is inevitable!
@thenerdster Hello, the link has been fixed, now it is possible to save the world with fluffy paws again)
ohh, I understand what that Art style message is on the background...
Subtle. The concept felt nice.
Loved the art
Great work! Cool little game
Nice graphics and interesting conecept with the 2 in one games.
The fish cannon was a bit weird to aim but maybe I just didn't get the controls.
overall nice entry. good job and stay safe!
The graphics have their own personnality and I love it. You were able to create a little universe which is cute and gives your game personnality. A nice touch for a future version would be to see the little dogs in the shelter move and live their life etc. The idea of the game is interesting and pretty unique, it can become a bit repetitive however. The lack of sound effects is a little sad though. Also, I think that's a bug but the text has a hitbox, but it kinda contributed to my experience in a way xD as I couldn't shoot the missiles above it I had to pay more attention which made my run more intense.
Very nice concept and art style. Good job!
Very unique idea. I was kind of confused though as to how the cat troops worked. I know I could move them around and stack them to upgrade them, but I couldn't figure out how to consistently send them out to attack the enemy. I ended up winning on my 2nd playthrough by just spamming WASD. I found that pressing W would sometimes send a cat out, but not always. It was pretty confusing. The fish cannon seemed broken because the fish wouldn't fly far enough out of the cannon, but the hits still registered.
Overall I liked the game and the concept, but I really wish the troop thing worked better or was clearer. It seems like it could be a very interesting mechanic but needs more development.
(Also hope you and your families are safe)
Loved the graphics in this game, great job!
@skleembof, Thanks for your feedback, the cannon works so that you can only shoot down enemy bombs. And the cats themselves go into combat when they reach the maximum level.
I don't know if it was an issue with the game or with my system, but the cannon shots were so short that they couldn't possible cover the entire area. I also kept randomly spamming WASD in order to just merge the cats to attack.
I think having that kind of split controls is a cool idea, but it can be very difficult to pull off. You need to focus on two things at once and both are time sensitive, but there's no penalty for either, so I just kept firing the cannon and spamming WASD, without paying any attention to the merging aspect.
The art and audio were great, but I think the gameplay could do with some more polish. The idea of dual controls is ambitious, but not necessary doable for this type of game.
