Well playable, I was afraid this might get confusing with annoying backtracking, but neither happened in the game.
Jumping over the map edges doesnt bring you back home, had to restart game and do game again. Music doesnt loop, but the song itself is very good. No sound effects ingame is a shame.
Funny game, but unfortunately no real gameplay. Still a good game to play through
I'm unable to run the game, it says I'm missing python34.dll when I click on main.exe. Please fix.
Very well drawn graphics, a game theme that immediately gets you intrested from one picture. Unfortunately, the game part doesn't have much depth or fun to it.
Besides glitches like pushing enemies through ground or being pushed into a wall by enemies, the game itself is okay.
okay.
Simply EPIC top-down beat 'em up. My only complaint it that doing a pacifist run was too easy.
No glitches, fluid controls, all sound effects fit, music is okay.
Finished it, liked it in general. But there are 2 crippling issues.
One is the camera movement,
The other one is the difficulty of use for the shift and X interact keys.
Would have been much simpler if X and Shift were combined into one button.Half the time I tried to pick up a letter, it wouldn't work, so I try X, but that's wrong, so I was fidgeting both buttons all the time.
The game idea was neat, a very intresting concept
Not that much to play with, but no glitches and it's very playable
I thought the game was going to get too easy too fast, but I'm glad I was wrong and the balance follows pretty fast suddenly, so it was epic.
No glitches, graphics were average programmer graphics, so it's okay.
Good pinball game, no glitches, I like the voice acting, simple, easy game.
Cool little puzzle game, although the red enemies never hurt me and every 2nd or 3rd move would take 1-2 seconds. Very cool that the exit path can never get blocked.
Feels really slow and broken to play, did not enjoy, buttons works about 10% of the time and the mouse isn't captured by the window.
Gorgeous game, probably the most polished game I've seen in the compo! It's (too) short, but hard. Good voices, nice textures and lights, feels good to play! Great work!
More than a handful of bugs and glitches, very hard to understand whats going on besides make drugs, is there anything else even? Some form of readme or instructions in the game's description would help.
HEY an RTS game! I love seeing any and all RTS games on ludum dare, always really cool to see and play. I really enjoyed the general vibe of the game, easy to manage mining, but there's a long list of issues, like the game being 99% certainly unbeatable, units (both my and enemy) going forever off into the distance, miners trying to attack the enemy and thus getting stuck, and some other minor ones. But with the time given, very good effort, it's definitely playable and worth continuing development.
Thanks for the game!
Great puzzle game, I haven't seen a puzzler like this before. Controls are responsive, good Played it for about 20 minutes, this feels like an ideal game for mobiles. Great job, you could make some dosh off of this if you wanted.
Good job, but the game is broken if I'm not playing it in fullscreen, as the left and right edges of the world are cut off
Good game, I loved it Nice handling, controls are good and responsive. The sounds are good and varied, but I wish there'd been more (ie tapping sounds for walking, jump sound, more ambient sounds). Good graphics & aesthetics. Happy to see a checkpoint system is in place immediately after I died.
Gorgeous visuals, not much gameplay but beat it nonetheless. I enjoyed the graphics enough to not get bored at all for the duration of trying to figure out what or how I can even do anything. Extremely stylish. The music was nice, but I didnt like that the movement-SFX drowned the music out, making it very hard to hear it. Thank you for a great LD experience.
I didn't expect to enjoy this as much as I did, this exceeded my expectations by a wide margin.
The initial infodump at the intro was too much, I did not even bother to read it more than skim the controls through in a couple of second. Too much abstract info to remember without even knowing what the gameplay is about initially. Fortunately I could figure everything out in-game. The atmosphere is nice, almost like a reverse Defcon, instead of killing everything, you are trying to fix a post-Defcon world.
It was fun and exciting to paint the world green and blue, unexpectedly seeing humans place a settlement. Good sound, and a great song.
The graphics were nice, I enjoy 3d to 2d sprite graphics. Two very annoying bugs, one being inputs getting stuck, the other being that every restart takes longer than the last one to start, eventually taking 10+ seconds per restart. I liked the aesthetics in general a lot, nice cyber feeling.
I seemed to be unable to progress past stage 2 due to what felt like a bug. If my power, for any of the 4 power types, was above 50%, then every action increased the power and there was no action that lowered my power. If I got hit by an enemy projectile, my power % went up. If i clicked to shoot, my % went up, there's nothing I could do to beat Stage 2.
That was fun, and the mechanic of throwing your own jump point somewhere to bounce off of is pretty fun, albeit hard to execute at times, would definitely be easier if the tables were always drawn with either strong outlines, or always brighter than the background, fast moving around its hard to track new tables mid air.
For some reason, level 10 tables just dont work and wont let me jump off of them, not even the crosshair highlights that the table is targetable. The other levels all worked fine.
Very enjoyable! I enjoyed the challenging difficulty and unexpectedly long game length. The mouse and keyboard controls are much harder to use than they could be, but nonetheless still servicable. Fantastic work, I like this a lot!
Edited: Nevermind my previous issue, refreshing the page worked. Quite fun! Beat it first try too. Enjoyable mechanics, even if it was the same mechanic, it was still fun to figure out where and what to press.
That was fun!
