@stamperino hope you enjoyed the game
greaat game, i really like the mechanic. congrats!!!!
Interesting idea. The environments look nice. I couldn't get past level 2 so seems a little unfair for me to give it a rating when I've seen so little of the game.
Good stuff :8ball:
Really fun game!
My final rating: 7 salami sandwiches / 4 grilled cheeses
Character design of Jimmy and Grandma just amazing. Gameplay and mechanics really enjoyable. Great job!
it seems that because of the character with the cart it is difficult to jump and there is no balance, and it is not always clear where to go because of the unstable camera
@ricardopino Thank you for playing my game!
@oddballdave Damn, sorry to hear that, I guess you weren't able to jump across the platforms? I probably made the game too challenging in that regard.
@milan8890 great rating scheme you got there, thanks for playing!
@kurakurture Thank you!
@kate-black Sorry to hear that, do you have any suggestions to make it better? I made it so the cart only collides with the sandwiches so it shouldn't interfere with the platforming.
YES. Me and a few friends were looking at games and we played this one to the end on a projector with pure joy, bad voice acting and jokes on our side. Very well made platforming and compelling story.
@thedevatlas Love to hear it! Thanks for playing!
I had no troubles jumping on the platforms. Can say that the game is really funny. But it could be much-much better with sounds and music. And maybe you should add a sandwich radar, because sometimes it's too hard to understand where to go.
@cloudinksk Thanks for your feedback! The sandwich radar is tough in levels where sandwiches are spawning all around you, but maybe in the levels where there's only one sandwich that would be a good addition.
made me laugh, I wish there was more overall polish and sounds. as the rooms look pretty nice and are well lit. was fun to play great job!
I had a lot of issues with the camera (stuttering and it seemed like my wasd and the mouse ones were fighting each other), but this game was fun as heck and above all: Very funny.
Cool lightning setup you have in this game! The gameplay is clear and dialogs are funny. Keep it up!
Here is my playthrough:

Really funny story and good gameplay. Platform jumping is a little bit hard for me when using touch pad.
JIMMY! YOU MADE A HILARIOUS GAME! I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT WAS GOING ON BUT GREAT WORK JIMMY! YOU SAVED THE WORLD YET AGAIN.
Jimmy looks suspiciously familiar... like all my game characters when I start new unity project :D (even in this jam) I liked the humor and also the lighting of the levels. The controls could be more precise - I had some problems with the obstacle course. Nevertheless, it was fun - thanks :D
@fidrik Thanks for playing! I too wish there was sound, but that's my least favorite feature to implement and I pushed it back to the end, ultimately not finding the time to add it.
@kinart Do you play on a surface pro? Because I had the exact same issues on my surface pro. Not sure if it's the game's fault, or the laptop turning off the touchpad when the keyboard is in use (not sure if it does this). I'm glad you still enjoyed my game though!
@icxon Thanks for posting that recording! It's always cool to see someone else play my game! You know in level two, I really need to make it clear somehow, because no one notices it, but you can jump to collect the sandwiches faster! Might have helped you out. I need to put some sandwiches on some obstacles or something so people are forced to jump and 'accidentally' collect a sandwich in the air, lol. Thanks for playing!
@asukanami I have the same issue. I tried playing with my surface pro, but ended up moving then stopping then rotating the camera, then moving again. Not the best, but I managed to make it all the way through like that.
@reronin JIMMYYY!! THANKS FOR PLAYING!!
@owca Indeed! I didn't know how to make a character, so default capsule it is. Then I made a story around it. I'd love to know what you think could be done to improve the controls. Thanks for playing!
@renge I was thinking about adjusting gravity when falling so it's more "snappy". But I just played the game again I noticed something weird - this time I could control the camera :) When I played for the first time the camera was fixed in one position and I thought this is how it supposed to be :P Now when the camera is working it's much easier to move exactly where I want :)
Mouse sensitivity is way too high, so an option to adjust it would be nice (sensitivity in WebGL is by default 2x larger than in unity editor).
Regards to Jimmy! :D
Why can I only read boss's dialogue in the voice of Rick Sanchez? :D
Really funny stuff, and neat platforming. I love the flop on the cart. Man catching those sandwiches really went from 3 to 500mph. Sorry to hear about Jimmy's condition. Unfortunately there's no known cure and every person he comes into contact with will be unable to not play and reference Among Us constantly.
I like the menu screen! Something very visually appealing about it
Simple but fun gameplay and the levels look quite nice. At times there's some stuttering while moving the camera. Also, although the story and dialogue is pretty funny ඞ, some of the images hang on for a little too long and I would have liked being able to manually go to the next image
Very cute game. Didn't get very far because my dexterity sucks. But the graphics are very good and the gameplay is entertaining. I picked up quite by accident that your walls' collision settings don't always work - missed jumping a platform and ran through the wall - was hilarious. Good job on a fun game.
I enjoyed this game I think team can do big and best projects
Swell game dude
The concept is cool, controls feel nice, but had to figure out, that you can move camera by using mouse. Probably some sounds and possible way to skip cutscenes could be good.
The most interesting story I have ever seen.
Nice job with the environment. Cut scenes were entertaining.
LOL great writing...I imagined it in the voice of Jon Tron. Fun game
Rather fun game, but the constant spinning of the camera is VERY irritating. The graphics of the cutscenes = MSPaint... The graphics of the game = Semi-photorealistic. Didn't hear any audio (which you opted out of, but I think it would be beneficial). Very humorous. Good job.
This little 3D Platformer is so nice! Had a bit of trouble with the camera spinning around a lot, but I loved the story of the game and made my way through this difficulty to know what I know now... the end, what Jimmy really is... but I cannot say it... who know it could turn me into...
Ahahah
Loved the game, great entry!
Really nice looking game. A fun little concept that was well done. All of my comments are really the usual things with game jams that would, most likely, be sorted out with more timed and testing.
I felt that the camera movement was too quick and jerky. I think the cut scenes needed and option to skip to the next one once you'd read the text.
Well done!
@hori Thank you for reminding me about the mouse! I added it to the instructions. Should be in the game, I know!
@augustcoder Yeah, the mouse sensitivity seems to be the biggest complaint so fat, definitely have that noted for my next games.
@codebug skippable cutscenes is something that I definitely won't forget in my next games. Thanks for playing!
@renge It wasn't the mouse sensitivity per-se. Even with my mouse not moving at all (not even touching it), it would still spin the camera around the character.
"JIMMY!!! DON'T YOU KNOW HOW EASILY SANDWICHES GET OUT OF HAND?!" I lost it here lol, thank you so much for the laughs!
This is a great job, I had a lot of fun playing and watching the cutscenes before each level, really hilarious. The art seems very good to me, especially the 3d, without a doubt the music and the sounds are missing, I think that with this addition the game and the gameplay would be improved and I would enjoy it much more. The best were the credits jajaja! Great entrance! I hope you can continue polishing and working! xD
Love the humor and variety of levels. nicely done!
Amazing game, I seriously had so much fun! (Especially impressive as a single person effort) I didn't realize you could just change the camera angle until i took the very last sandwich in the laser level which MAY HAVE made it a little more of a challenge, but that's on me for somehow not registering the second instruction into my brain!
Really good humor, the visuals looked great and were clean, I really enjoyed the whole thing and now I'm gonna treat myself to a sandwich, oh, and hey Timmy, good luck out there!
Loved the writing and story XD gameplay felt smooth and the overall mood was really good. Not sure how it tied in with the theme, but had a great time nonetheless!
Great game, I especially liked the graphics and the humor.
I don't really have any constructive criticism, maybe I'll just mention that I miss sounds and music. Also, the theme aspect seems a bit forced, but at least it inspired a plot-twist
Very funny history. Gameplay is pretty simple but also enough for getting some fun.
This was super goofy and I loved that. I think it'd be helpful to enable the player to predict where the next sandwiches are going to drop when they're off screen. Like an arrow that rotates the player as part of the GUI, and points to the nearest sandwich. I liked that you could jump to catch things a little earlier!
Overall, great ideas and really goofy!
I love this story:)) not bad game play. Awesome work for one person:)
This game is an absolute gem, The lore of this game brought me to tears i never thought that something so simple could be so moving.
The jumping animation on the cart was a really nice touch! Also loved the cutscenes and the dialog. There were a few stuttering issues where the mouselook camera went a bit crazy, but otherwise the controls worked well. Cool game, keep it up!
I love the idea and humor of the game! Also the little storyline you implemented. I would have wished for a short dash/run option, furthermore at the stagepart of the retaurant the camera always struggled for some reason, what dropped score, but all in all the controls worked nicely and intuitively. I had much fun playing and enjoyed the innovative take on the topic. Good entry!
Very funny game! I missed the invisible sandwich :D Some sound would have made the game even better!
very interesting idea. the polish of the game left something to be desired, but the fidelity of the theme and the gameplay delivered what they promised. Liked it!
Some technical issues aside, this was a fun experience! I wish it had some audio, at least simple sound effects. As for the gameplay, it was kind of difficult because you don't know where the sandwiches will spawn. I think a sprint button would have fit perfectly. I also think sound effects would have helped the gameplay because it wasn't always clear when a sandwich was on my cart. I found myself leaving too early from a sandwich because I thought it was close enough, just to have it continue falling after I move. A catch sound effect would have been a huge help
funny entry and original art and use of theme, the only thing a find a little dizzy the cam movement but overall good entry!
Love the hand drawn cutscene, made me lol.
Nice entry! Overall I had a pretty good time with it. The intro and cutscenes were funny but I think they could be cut a bit shorter or just allow the player to progress it forward with a click so everyone can read at their own pace and not be stuck waiting or missing things. Controlling the character felt nice, though I didn't realize I could move the camera for a while and kept missing things because they would happen off screen. I think this game could work well with a fixed somewhat Isometric cam and cut away walls where they would get in the way. Once I started moving the camera the platforming got a bit harder because of the floaty-ness of the character. For some reason it felt better to me to control from a fixed cam but maybe I'm weird. Anyway, good entry!
