I enjoyed this more then I thought I would! Good job!
Very interesting game. It's an extremely unique take on tetris. The art is good as well, very consistent and very visually appealing. There probably aren't many people who represented the theme as well as you either. Very cool.
simple but don't need enithing else
The sound effects as the pieces set into places were perfect.
I spent a lot longer on this than I thought I would. The physics feel great and the presentation is pretty awesome. I'm probably gonna spend another hour on it before long here
Simple but very fun game. I like the addition of an endless mode so you can practice setting up the blocks to get better at the game. Very good job! :)
@sephowepho @circle @azylmarillion @zinnin @kadecgos @zack-andre Thanks for the comments, off to check your games
At first I was very attracted with the design because it looks very neat and colorful. I really appreciate the attention for details : homescreen with tutorial, very precise design, cool sound design and of course qualitative graphics. The gameplay is very innovative and I don't really have any negative feedback about this game. I spent a lot of time playing it, congrats to the creators !
This game is simple, but it works really well that away. The glowing aesthetics of the game are very pleasing to the eye while still being simple enough for players to be able to see the scene clearly, and the music is a nice addition. I love the addition of more points for more difficult to use shapes as it helps incorporate a high-risk, high-reward system.
A simple idea very well executed. Normal mode felt challenging but fair, and everything made sense. The music, sound design and aesthetic all complemented each other nicely. Overall, I had a lot of fun playing this :)
Simple & Fun! Played more than I thought I would. Good job!
Really love the mood of this game! The audio is really neat as well.
Simple game, but very good. The audio suits the game very well. Great vibes as well from the whole game. Amazing submission!
Simple and effective graphics with good polish.
A very polished experience, hats off! I'm only a few games in, but I suspect this will be one of the strongest entries I play this jam with the literal "balancing a stack of objects" take on the theme.
Beautiful neon aesthetic.
The first time I played, sounds weren't working for some reason - I only went back to check on them once I saw them complimented here in the comments. And going back I only found more polish :)
Very clean artwork and gameplay, quick to learn nice to play. The music is also calming. Good luck in judging!
Simple, but so much fun. I love the coloring, and the music. And just stacking them together makes me want to stack more.

Thanks for the feedback! I will try all your games tonight :)
A huge plus for neon. I liked the beautiful unusual Tetris !!!
I failed miserably but i had fun doing it. Good job!
When the shape started to rotate, i was like "oh shit, this game is different". It's simple, but the gameplay is really good. Great Job.
Super fun idea and very chill vibes. It would be nice to have a button that lets me spin the shapes faster, as waiting for a shape to rotate all the way back around isn't very engaging. Very well done!
@legiongrifst @jon-nova @pabulum Thanks for the nice words.
@t-r-e-f-e-t-h-e-n Thanks for the feedback. I definitely have to give this more thought. As the design stands now the move and rotation speed increase slowly with every next shape. So I set my the highest(In my opinion) speeds for the 50th shape(the end of the level) and calculated backwards. But yeah at the beginning rotation does feel slow. Again Thanks :)
Mobile friendly is so nice~ Nice game
So fun! Played it on my phone and it worked great. Could only get to 250 on normal mode. :p I only wish there was a way to make the shape rotate faster, or just drop it immediately without rotating at all. Nevermind that, it's still super fun to build a tower like that! Tight physics. Good aesthetic too!
very interesting and intriguing mechanics. the visuals and sounds are amazing very nice game
Nice concept and honestly a good game to relax and enjoy in casual mode. Wasn’t expecting this gameplay mechanic though. It was surprising. Worked great on my tablet but sound is getting noisy. I think it might be an issue with apple / safari. I’m pretty sure it would feel more open to a larger public with a carved wood style. Like kid’s toys. But the experience is really smooth and I didn’t find any physics issues, so well done :)
Very nice game! Simple idea, cleanly executed. A little dry after a while - some powerups or something might help the gameplay stay interesting. Excellent work!
I really like the colors. And I appreciate that it works on mobile. Thank you for that.
I like the aesthetic and it plays really well! Is there a list of what shapes there are in the game? I found it a little difficult to tell how close I was to winning. It was really cool, though. Awesome job!
@flywolfe To win you have to make 50 shapes without dropping. There is a counter in the UI. The thing is I didn't tweak the variables as well in the last minute and it turned out a little difficult to do so unless you practice a lot and get lucky. Design-wise the trick is to build a good foundation with the simpler shapes. Also as time passes by the shapes in the tower become static so that helps as well if you manage to stack them good. The easiest fix from me would be just to remove the game over logic when you miss a piece. But anyway thanks for playing :smiley_cat:
@cloudlunar @fupi @sherwood @potkirland @gus-goucher @turquoise-moon Thanks for the tips and the feedback. It means a lot :smiley_cat:
Such an polish game, I really enjoyed the neon light effects and the child blocks shapes, good Jam ^^
Enjoyed this very much. Amazing to have such a finished game at the end of a short jam.
I'm a sucker for these kinds of graphics - clean, simple, but also glowy and polished. Gameplay was intuitive and forced you to think ahead as much as possible and the points really well suited to the various pieces. Nice job!
fantastic use of the theme, nice graphics, sound and gameplay. perfect
Really liked the physics in this one. They're pretty smooth and predictable. Dropping a block into a tight opening isn't going to disturb and collapse the whole tower, which is very welcome. I would recommend making desktop builds, because they can help with things like input lag, which is very important for the kind of controls you've gone for. Simple but pretty graphics, overall excellent entry :)
Interesting game. Nice calming music, and an appealing visual style.
I played and seen games streamed with similar ideas and, so far, this one I like the most. Glow of shapes and colors create a pleasant impression. Did you use WorldEnvironment Glow effect or did you draw the sprites like that?
I tried for a while, but couldn't make it to the end. Bloody hard and I like it! Some shapes probably should be simpler to be used, though. This is my best run:

This was really fun and easily replay able great job!
@npr0nn @thieme55 @atmospherium @javicoder @naali @evokesoul Thank you all for the feedback and nice words. I can't wait to play your games as well.
@outfrost thanks for the feedback and the tips in your stream. It was really helpful.
@civmaniac Wow thanks for the screen share. I think this must be one of the top results. It turned out a bit difficult and I can tune it pretty quickly to be finishable. But at the end of the day I decided to leave it that way. After all this was the original submission. For the glow, yes I used the simplest environment solution of unity. There are 17 or 18 shapes and each one gets a random of 6 of 7 pre-chosen colours when created.
neon-tower.png Fun game! The bounce is so... unstable. Sometimes the piece just land and stay but just when you think you are safe the damn piece bounce off in the wrong direction.
@denatus Thanks you took time to post a screen shot. I think you must be the highest scorer. Thanks for the feedback. If I were to work on the game afterwards, the bounce would be the first thing I'd look into for sure. It is a matter of tweaking, I have tons of variables, just as always was left with literally minutes to playtest
This was very fun! I love the neon shape aesthetic and the stacking is very interesting with the wide variety of shapes! Though I feel like it caps at some point when you just do not have a solid foundation to stack stuff on. The sound design is a good pick!
Great work!
Wow super impressive and a lot of fun! Really beautiful game :)
The gameplay is nice and i like the high friction between blocks. I played a few other takes on that mechanic already and some struggled with a to 'icey' feel. A nice touch i noticed is that the tower 'freezes' after you get to a new height, which makes further stacking easier and more fun.
I really like the neon graphics (i used them myself) but have some improvements there:
The glow/bloom effect can be toned down just a bit for my taste. And some colours are far brighter than others - maybe playing around with the hsv values (especially the value) can be an easy fix. Also there are destinct visual differences between hand drawn and some of the more geometric shapes (circle, rectangle etc.). Keeping it visually consistent is always important to me. And at last - maybe use a different font. The pixel font really doesnt suit the general aesthetics of the game.
That sounds a bit too nitpicky but is just meant to help^^
Otherwise i really like it and the bounce sounds are nice too.
Was super fun and pretty! Got to 10 height before stopping :P
Thank you for interesting relaxing game! Sound and atmosphere are individual. Neon lights are very enjoyable. Your game is the rare case, when just the whole process, but not final result, is interesting.
Good game, simple and fun, good job, i like the music and colours
I liked the visual style and what I enjoyed the most was the variety of shapes to work with. A lot of stacking games will give you very basic shapes to work with, but this one kept things interesting. The only thing that I would find helpful is maybe some indicator of where the block will land to make it a little bit easier to place the blocks, but otherwise it was a lot of fun. Great job!
