@ucsbdad Wow, thanks! We hope so too! :D
Nice clicker game
@vishwah Thanks! DVD Project Blue® promises there's more than just mouse clicking if you keep playing :eyes: Here at DVD Project Blue® we value all types of input peripherals.
Absolutely brilliant. Without spoiling anything, the hammer is an extremely versatile tool :)
"Freddy isn't going to be able to fix this one" 5/5 humor
@amkingtrp @kenneth-gibson Glad you enjoyed it! <3
...
Clever concept, wasn't sure what to do after reaching the tnt area.
@eharp Thanks! DVD Project Blue® would like to tell you that you have to get to the centre of the map to find the surprise!
@bios3008 ,,,
I am amazed you finished all this in weekend. 10/10 A clear winner on kwickstarer.
Yeah, took me by surprise.
@david-hunter Thanks! for your kind review DVD Project Blue® Would like to ensure you we will be moving onto kickstarter we are planning to have 99 tiers from $1000 to $86,000 we of course will have 86 stretch goals for when we achieve our budget of 7 billion dollars, our release date should be 2077 give or take a century.
@noctiphobia DVD Project Blue® is very glad you were surprised, additional surprise will be updated some time in 2022

This game clearly delivers on its promises. It is definitely not over-hyped and I'm sure it will be the game of the year.
With multiple game modes and a variety of content, it has something for nearly any player. While it may be a little unpolished, I feel that DVD Project Blue® has clearly lived up to their reputation.
I eagerly await the release of the main menu.
(Well done; that was great!)
Hi @thepelranthean, DVD Project Blue® appreciates your comment and agrees, we all ready won over 100 awards before voting opened and are now hoping to break new records!
Nice work! Definitely less of a game, and more of an experience, which in my books is no small feat for a gamejam.
I started to lose interest on the text adventure one, unfortuantely, and stopped there, but the small and silly minigames up to that point were hilarious. Well done!
@ollieoa Thanks for playing as far as you did! [SPOILER] ~~The text adventure is actually the last one so you didn't miss out on much!~~
Hammer.
(No but seriously, great job! Very unique take on the theme.)
@kybre :hammer:
So many twists! You really got my expectations up and then... :hammer: :joy:
@rayredd DVD Project Blue® was inspired by a 90s hiphop artist!
YOU GOT ME. I thought it was a fantastic 3D game that can play in the browser, and I am literally unstable while playing your game -- mentally. You guys did a great job on faking this, and I love the hammer and grappling movement! Great Job!
@foursay DVD Project Blue® would never mislead consumers or investors this was always presented as a fully 2d game experience!
The poor janitor.
@kwiper DVD Project Blue® Hopes you treated our janitorial staff with respect!
Woah! These graphics are insane! How did you manage to fit 8 years of work into just 72 hours!?!?! This is GOTY for me!
@mega-marlon DVD Project Blue® thanks you for your enthusiasm, ew had a team of 60 artists working 35 hours a day.
Somehow, I ended up clicking for like 20+ minutes! Brilliant game and cleverly presented. Wish I had some ambient music in the background but overall good stuff. :)
@bakenshake Thanks for playing!
Ambient music will be coming in a DLC within 2 years, we hope you will look forward to it. We apologise for the delay as we need to file some paperwork for our janitor, and repair our servers. Would you happen to know anything about that?
Absolutely loved it, the humour, the theme interpretation, the mechanics, everything. So flipping fantastic! Wish there was some more audio, but wow was it a good game!
Pure gold. Game of the year. Fantastic narrative. Eat your heart out, Spielberg!
Fell for the bait and then you switched me quick! The intro is hilariously long. Great work!
@flywolfe DVD Project Blue® thanks you for your kind comment, please be aware audio is coming 2024.
@master-age DVD Project Blue® Would never "bait" investors or customers, we were fully transparent!
Hi @elias-manzaneda DVD Project Blue® actually had hired Spielberg to do a first draft but fired him swiftly.
I see what you did there :D
@mejzlosh We at DVD Project Blue® have no idea what you are talking about!
Very fun and interesting game. Loads of fun physics to play with and entertaining gameplay. Good entry!
Too long credits. Multiple simple 2d games in 1 game. Rather boring, but you made something.
haha was the name idea based on the actual company "cd projekt red" ? pretty fun game too I love it
@louiejams Thanks! Glad you enjoyed <3
@43t4re I think you might have missed the point or didn't play long enough for the story/message to come together, but thanks for playing!
@0x-void-x0 DVD Project Blue® has no idea what you're talking about. If such a company really does exist, we will be promptly taking legal action.
This is brilliant, great idea. I was wondering what I was about to play, and it turns in a funny journey. Good job !
I love the huge variety of games you made! Great work on this one, loved the initial meme :D
Well built game with loads to do and also no bugs. You guys actually delivered.
Innovative doesn't even begin to describe this game. I honestly don't think I'll ever bother to play minecraft again, or any other game for that matter. All I need in my life from here on out is cloudlands. My life from now on could just be cloudlands. That's all I do now. I just play cloudlands forever. Possibly not just the greatest game ever made but one of the greatest pieces of art ever created by the human race.
Wow this is fun! The little games have a big variety in terms of objectives and stressfulness, which made for fun and surprising gameplay.
I tested and reviewed the game in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EfAVRo-ZxYM
What a unique idea! I enjoyed this a lot. I think the best part of this game is the execution. It's not terribly long, and it never stays on one idea long enough for it to get boring. Despite the games themselves being pretty janky (intentionally?), it has a pretty good amount of polish to it. I think the best way to describe it is commitment to the bit.
I actually started playing the html5 version, saw the first pop-up, and went and downloaded the windows version... started to pick up on it then.
So if I had to give a critique, I'd say I never really felt like I had a goal, and there wasn't any progression other than "ok, this is happening now" - and still - I don't care, because of how charming and short it is.
Fun game!
I'll be honest, I was really scratching my head at the start there "how the hell did they make this in the span of ludum dare?" I've never felt like more of a fool :joy:
I absolutely loved this entry! Made me laugh! and yeah you stayed in each section just as long as needed. I did spend a while with the hammer in the first stage haha! Great package that kept me guessing and was very refreshing and fun :) really good job 👏👏
Fun concept, got some laughs out of me. I felt each level lasted a little bit too long though, particularly level 2 I was there for ages which killed the flow a little.
I appreciated the ending, a strong finish and a fun submission overall, the tone is great
You really had me there. I busted out laughing. Love the sound effects, too. Looking forward to the full release. :P
To have the time to have completed such a an intricate and complex world is beyond me. Rendering, dialogue, controls, emergent gameplay. This one has it all.
Strange. Interesting. Tantalizing. With an intro as enticing and accurate as mobile game ads even.
I agree with comments above, hammer IS versatile. Zuckerberg might know a thing or two about using them.
I wasn't expecting how it all went XD Pretty fun idea, and thanks for being honest with the players!
I love how this a just one big puncline. I hope to see the full game before 2078 though
The Space adventures reminded me of Battlestar galactica, the intricacy of politics, moral and ethic are quite deep, very difficult choices along the way, the hammer of justice shows its power and value.
HAHA I like the sense of humor in this game. Simply amazing. Good job.
true to the promises of the game. 10/10
"truly a masterpiece" - ign 2021
Amazing game, the devs are very professional. Can't wait for the next release.
Interesting game, I like the sense of humour! The art is also gorgeous. Good job :)
A bit slow paced and confusing sometimes but overall good twist Uhh.... I mean the voxel tech is great, love the clouds!
