I like the art of this game. It’s very interesting for robots to attack enemies with their own bodies.

Cool idea, love graphics! Kinda hard to aim though and it's not obvious that golden robots fixes you (and it seems that they not always will? Didn't get fully this part...)
Great job!
Really like the camera view, the graphics, and the artstyle. The game really follows with the theme as well!
Nice game, the gameplay and the graphics are really cool!
Great game, great team. Love your project les gars <3
When I heard the ingame music, I thought I was gonna have a bad time, but it turned out to be pretty ok.
I like the art and the sound, they match really well. The gameplay is solid, however the hit detection response on enemies is either not there or I'm missing enemies and hit the wall behind them :-)
Well played with the theme and amazing art and mood. would only suggest maybe remapping the control or showing the more clearly, just my opnion. overall amazing game and experience :)
Shooting feels a bit clunky and wish you had the time to add mouse position based character rotation to the game, graphics are great, audio is also great and it has the right atmosphere.
nice graphics and nice concept. i enjoyed. music is poor, but sfx are... apropiate. the game works properly. good job!
I love the art style in this game, but I don't understand using mouse button for shooting. It would be much easier to use another key from numpad. Also as a big fan of Undertale - I love music, but be aware of it's copyrights.
Yeah just like others comment, the art style is really good and the rendering is awesome! But I think you should try to enhance the visual effects of the player's attack. For example, shooting my arms should give me the feeling of rocket punch! Mazinger_punch_8493.jpg Then the gameplay will be much more satisfying. I think some simple fire particle and better sound effect can do the job. Anyway, it's still a good entry, robot fight is always awesome!
Very cool !
Nice, I like the low-poly theme, music is good but becomes repetitive fast. The twist on the theme is great. Good job.
Hey everyone ! Thanks for playing our game and taking the time to let a comment. We appreciate that and we're taking any feedback. We are aware of the rigid controls and aiming system but we realized it maybe a bit too late, we'll do better next Jam ! Thanks again for your kindness ! :)
Style and graphics are really cool, but gameplay feels a bit clunky for me, too hard to aim. Also, why is there is pitched and looped megalovania riff?
@goldranger oh it's rocket punch, and I thought what it reminds me
Cool graphics and title screen.
Nice implementation of limbs falling off. I like the funny animations.
Original artstyle! Maybe add a bit more color. Careful with spelling mistakes on the description and link your game from the itch.io page. I found it there and had to guess the ludum dare url XD (You can easily do it from the "Edit game" page)
@captainweeaboo @derko666 My colleague who made the music, at the end of his design he realized that inconsistently the music he produced sounds like megalovania, but that's not the same ^^ have a good day ;)
To be honest, I followed a YouTube tutorial to learn the basics of the 8 - bit Beepbox, so I followed the tutorial by applying motifications (modification of the notes to correspond more to our universe) on the result (reverb , some effects), some sounds did not succeed to be integrated, rocket explosion / alarm during the 5 seconds before death. Thank you for your feedback I would bebcareful in the future
Easy to understand. Fun. Clean. Musicaly and graphicaly interesting. What else?
A very good entry. Nice job!
Realy fun game. The aiming is a bit wonky though.
Also it would have helped to have "Q" as a head attachment button so WSAD controls are viable too.
Graphics stand out as quite good. I thought aiming was a little clunky and sometimes I wasn't able to exchange bodies with the golden enemies. Also I've heard megalovania way too many times :P
Very cool and stylish concept, nice music, interesting topic disclosure, but I think u should change controls by 2 ways: 1) Use current movement controls, but will add to aim by mouse. In one moment I wanted to kill, but they ran behind me like a horde and it wasn't comfortable to rotate. or 2) Use for "attack" another button on keyboard to play without mouse and add more directions when rotate.
Also change score font (; 1.png 3.png
Looks lovely but quite tricky to control. Especially aiming up and down. The character feels like it gets stuck. Still, a nice entry :)
It's nice to see how the same idea gets developed, I really liked your interpretation of it :D I would love to see a version with gamepad to get more precise aiming :3
other than that the animations are really cool and I enjoyed the game <3
As many others said the game looks phenomenal, the idea is quite quite good but the controls are a bit funky.
Also some particle effects, screen shake and some other gamefeel thingies would have helped.
But hey, this is a great game and I really enjoyed it. Congrats! :)
Cool idea! I like that you can weaponize your team members! Did have some troubles with the controls (we definitely experienced that in our game!), but overall had a fun time playing. Like the colors you chose for the art! Great game :)
great game haha really enjoyed it, made me think of an old SNES game called Plok!
Neat idea with sacrificing your body parts! I liked animations when some parts were absent. Keep going!
really outstanding artwork here. very well done game and great animations. cool conzept as well - fast paced and challenging. :)
very stylish! The undertale music was a turn off though, so many jam entries are using tracks from undertale.
Greate visuals, but the idea is very simple and it gets repetitive really quickly. It would be nice to have different enemy types and/or powerups to spyce things up.
Nice job though.
jumped straight into a run, easy to understand, looks good, feels good, sounds good, matches arent too long, pretty close to a perfect gamejam game imo.
This was definitely a unique take on a survival shooter and I think the theme was well executed with the ammo being your robot's body parts so nice work there. Like other have mentioned it was easy to get going and play which is a major plus in game jam so nicely done!
One thing that I have to mention is that the music is really close to Undertale San's boss fight but I see no mention of it and there was no "opting" out of the "Audio" category. It's a great theme and goes well with your game but I would give credit to the original author even if your audio person re-did the entire theme from scratch, it sounds really close to it so at least an "inspired by" or something would be good to mention in the game's description. :)
Very cool concept - I got to about 300 in score after a few play-throughs. The music was a bit repetitive but fine.
I got glitched out at one point where the main character would just move around in T-Pose and not actually animate any movement, but sometimes he would and he'd end up partially underground where I could move through and under obstacles... not sure how that happened.
It would have been nice if there was more to do than just killing enemies, like dodging really slow attacks, or something like that to up the challenge periodically or to add a bit of variety. I know you added the multi-health enemies, and that was nice, but it would have needed a goal of some sort - be it a leaderboard, a level progression, or picking up certain numbers of items across the course of the level so that you can have a satisfying conclusion to the game.
All things considered, if you got me to play multiple times, I think you made a fun game.
Very nice game! Innovative concept and cool animations :) The feedback of you being attacked could be slightly better. Overall solid entry!
Nice fun game
Good game! Nice use of mechanics combined with the theme! Nice Job!
Very nice and polished game, the way you took the theme is very creative and fun.good job! :)
I got a score of 1412, but I killed myself because nothing really changed... All in all I really really liked this game, it was very fun to play and I loved the artsyle! Be proud you did a GOOD job!! I wish it would've gotten even harder after a while... Or maybe it did..? Well done!
there seems to be no upper cap on the enemies. This makes navigating troublesome after a while. The logical next step for this game would be to add more variety. I really like the artstyle, the game is really ok
Thank you all for your feedback this affect us enormously, we will try to modify the week just after Christmas but as we have a lot of work in parallel, but we took into account all your feedback, thank you very much;)
Happy New Year celebrations to all of you!: :)
I love the retro artstyle.
Very nice, best game I've seen so far! The concept fits the theme very nicely, the art style is cool and consistent. Very addictive and it was really fun trying to survive and it was nice to form a tactic to survive as long as possible. It was a really cool experience overall and would love to see some more exploration of this mechanic. Great job. One minor point, using 0 on num pad as a control is not a smart choice because some players (as in me) don't have a number pad. An afterthought, I think this would also be very nice in a multiplayer setting. Again great job! I hope this gets developed into a full game!
Nice take on the theme, loved the art direction and vibe, but controls weren't as smooth and the character's legs would be under the level map sometimes. Other than that, I really enjoyed it, well done!
Nice!
